この発明は、保有玄米の保管払出装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
カントリ−エレベータ,ライスセンタ−等の大規模乾燥調製貯蔵施設に持ち込まれた穀粒には、これらの施設から出荷される出荷米と、利用農家の食用に供する保有米とに区分される。この保有米についての利用農家への保管及び払出は、利用農家の希望により、施設の管理作業者が例えば玄米を30kgまたは60kgの袋詰とし、農家に手渡したり、配送したりしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の保管払出方法では、施設には管理作業者を配置しなければならず、このため人件費がかさみ、また、これらの施設での籾・玄米の保管中には温度管理がなされてなく、夏場の高温により穀粒が劣化し、食味が低下するという問題があつた。

そこで、この発明は、これらの施設のサイロ等で保有米として保管されている乾燥・籾摺後の籾を、年間を通じて所定温度(例えば、15°C)以下で保管して、穀粒の劣化防止及び食味の維持を図りながら、出荷用玄米を保管及び出荷をできると共に、前記サイロ等から1〜2トン程度の小ロットで籾を取り出して、これらの施設の籾摺装置で籾摺し、これらの施設に並設した玄米保管施設に移して保有米の玄米を一時保管し(あるいは、サイロ等で玄米で保管されている場合には、そのまま玄米を移し保管し)、コンピュ−タを利用した無人運転で、利用農家へ自動的に玄米あるいは白米として払出そうとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明は、このような従来装置の問題点を解決しようとするものであつて、次の技術的手段を講じた。即ち、この発明は、所定の温度以下に管理されている穀粒低温貯蔵庫を有する大規模乾燥調製貯蔵施設に並設されている保有玄米保管払出施設において、前記保有玄米保管払出施設の建屋内は、荷受室Aと精米室Bと出荷室Cと払い出し室Dとで構成され、前記荷受室Aの一側部には個人用荷受ホッパ1を、その他側部には業務出荷用荷受ホッパ20をそれぞれ設け、該個人用荷受ホッパ1,業務出荷用荷受ホッパ20は前記大規模乾燥調整貯蔵施設の穀粒低温貯蔵庫に保管されてた穀粒に係る玄米を受け入れる構成とし、前記精米室Bは前記個人用荷受ホッパ1に受け入れられた玄米を低温あるいは常温で保管する個人用玄米タンク4と、利用者の指定した払出玄米量を玄米のままであるいは精米して白米として払い出す玄米・白米払出装置とを備える利用者個人向けの小能力の保有玄米の保管払出施設を設けると共に、前記業務出荷用荷受ホッパ20に供給された玄米を保管する業務出荷用玄米タンク23と、業務出荷用玄米タンク23内の玄米を精米する精米機28,31と,精米機28,31で精米された白米を品種ごとに張り込む複数の白米タンク41と,白米タンク41の白米を所定重量毎に計量袋詰めする自動計量包装機48とを備えた大能力の業務出荷用玄米払出施設を設け、前記利用者個人向けの小能力の保有玄米の保管払出施設で精米された白米は前記払い出し室Dから払い出し、前記大能力の業務出荷用玄米払出施設で袋詰された白米は前記出荷室Cから出荷する構成としたことを特徴とする保有玄米保管払出施設としたものである。

【作用】
まず、利用者個人向けの小能力の保有玄米の保管払出施設の作用について説明すると、大規模乾燥調製貯蔵施設の穀粒低温貯蔵庫で、所定温度以下に保管されている籾は、当該施設の籾摺装置を利用して玄米とし、また、穀粒低温貯蔵庫で玄米として保管されている場合には、その玄米を比較的小ロットで取り出し、大規模乾燥調製貯蔵施設に並設されている保有玄米保管払出施設の個人用荷受ホッパ1を経由して個人用玄米タンク4に移し替えられる。個人用玄米タンク4に利用者の保有米として保管されている玄米は、利用者の指定玄米量に基づき、残存保有米量等を照合しながら、玄米あるいは精米して白米とし、自動的に払い出し室Dより払い出される。

次に、大能力の業務出荷用玄米払出施設の作用について説明すると、業務出荷用荷受ホッパ20に供給された玄米は業務出荷用玄米タンク23に保管され、次いで精米機28,31で精米され白米タンク41に張り込まれる。そして自動計量包装機48で袋詰めされ出荷室Cから出荷される。

【実施例】
以下、図面に示すこの発明の実施例について説明する。図1に示すように、保有玄米保管払出施設の建家は、荷受室A,精米室B,出荷室C及び利用者への保有米を払い出す払出室Dで構成されいる。そして、これらの建家は、周知のカントリ−エレベータ等の大規模乾燥調製貯蔵施設(図示省略。荷受処理,乾燥,精選,貯蔵,籾摺調製,自主検定等の諸機能を有する。)に並設されている。この大規模乾燥調製貯蔵施設における利用農家の保有米保管用のサイロ(図示省略)は、保有米である乾燥後の籾、あるいは、乾燥・籾摺後の玄米を保管するもので、籾あるいは玄米の保管中には、年間を通じて所定温度(例えば、15°C)以下に保持する温度管理がなされている。なお、保有米を出荷用の玄米と一緒のサイロで保管する構成としてもよい。

次に、建家内の機械設備について説明する。荷受室Aの一側部には、利用者の保有米である玄米を荷受けする荷受ホッパ1を配置している。前記大規模乾燥調製貯蔵施設の低温管理されているサイロから、所定の小ロット(例えば、1トン)で籾を取り出し、籾摺後の玄米が例えばフレコンに入れられ、フォ−クリフトで運搬されて、荷受ホッパ1及び後記の出荷用の玄米を受け入れる荷受ホッパ20に供給される。荷受ホッパ1及び後記の荷受ホッパ20は、上端縁を床面と面一にした床配置型とし、1トン詰めのフレコンの玄米を一挙に供給できる大きさとしている。

このようにして、荷受ホッパ1に荷受けされた玄米は、後続の玄米タンクエレベータ2で揚穀され、玄米タンクコンベア3を経由して、精米室B内に配置されている複数の玄米タンク4,4に移し替えられる(なお、この実施例では、単一の品種の玄米を受け入れる構成であるが、複数の品種毎に分けて受け入れる構成としてもよい。)。玄米タンク4,4,…及び後記の玄米タンク23,23,…は、所定温度以下の低温に温度制御されるのが好ましいが、例えば、1トン単位の小ロットで移し替えられ、比較的短期間で払出あるいは出荷されるので、常温で保管する構成としてもよい。

玄米タンク4,4に保管されている玄米は、下部排出口から玄米引出計量機5で計量しながら引き出されて、下方の玄米タンク排出コンベヤ4aを経て、精米機エレベータ7の下部に供給される。精米機エレベータ7で揚穀された玄米は、排出方向切替弁(図示省略)を介して、払出側と精米側とに切替できる構成であり、払出側に切替られた場合には、荷受ホッパ6を経由して払出室D側に払出され、また、精米機側に切替られた場合には、後続の精米タンク8を経て、精米機9に供給されて精米される。

このようにして精米された白米は、石抜機エレベータ10で揚穀されて石抜機11に供給されて小石が除かれ(石抜機11を経て精米機9に供給される構成としたり、あるいは、精米機9で精米された白米を別途構成の搬送装置で直接払出す構成としてもよい。)、次いで、カラ−選穀機エレベータ12で揚穀されて、カラ−選穀機タンク13を経由してカラ−選穀機14に供給されて、着色粒が除かれ、次いで、自動計量包装機エレベータ15で揚穀されて、自動計量包装機タンク16に供給され、自動計量包装機17で計量されながら、所定量ずつ払出口から払出される。

なお、精米後の白米が直接自動計量包装機タンク16に供給され、自動計量包装機17で所定量ずつ計量しながら払出される構成としてもよい。また、動力操作盤18は,荷受ホッパ6,20に供給された玄米を、玄米タンク4,4,23,23に移し替えの操作をするものである。また、管理端末機19は、保有米の管理を委託している利用者が払出内容を指示操作するものである。

次に、出荷用玄米の保管及び出荷をする機械設備について説明する。荷受室Aの他側部には、荷受ホッパ20を配置し、荷受ホッパ20に荷受けされた玄米は、玄米タンクエレベータ21で揚穀されて、玄米タンクコンベア22を経由して精米室B内に搬送され、複数の玄米タンク23,23,…に品種毎に区別されて収納される。玄米タンク23内の玄米は、下部流出口から玄米タンク排出コンベア24に取り出され搬送され、搬送終端側から石抜機25に供給されて石抜選別される。なお、玄米タンク4及び玄米タンク23に玄米を移し替えるにあたり、荷受ホッパ1,20を経由することなく、これらの玄米タンクの上部からラセン搬送装置等で直接移し替える構成としてもよい。

次いで、精米機エレベータ26の下部に流入して揚穀され、精米機エレベータ26の上部の切替弁(図示省略)で切替られて、一方の精米機タンク27あるいは他方の精米機タンク30に供給され、精米機28及び精米機31に供給されて精米される。このようにして精米された白米は、篩い用エレベータ32で揚穀されて篩い用タンク33を経由して、周知の砕米篩34に供給され、砕米・異物を除去する粒選別がされる。

砕米篩34で選別された白米は、カラ−選穀機エレベータ35で揚穀されて、カラ−選穀機タンク36を経由してカラ−選穀機37に供給され、カラ−選穀機37で色彩選別され、黄変米等の着色米が除去される。次いで、色彩選別された白米は、白米タンク張込エレベータ38で揚穀され、白米中継コンベア39,白米タンク張込コンベア40を経由して、複数の白米タンク41,41,…に、品種毎に張り込まれていく。

白米タンク41,41,…に張り込まれた白米は、下部流下口から夫れ夫れの白米タンク41に設けられているブレンドスケ−ル42,42,…で計量され、好みのブレンド比率で白米をブレンドしながら取り出し、白米タンク排出コンベア43を経由して、金属選別機エレベータ44の下部に流入する。次いで、金属選別機エレベータ44で揚穀されて金属選別機45に供給され、金属選別機45で白米に混入している金属片を除去する。ブレンドスケ−ル42,42,…で計量しながら取り出された白米は、白米タンク排出コンベア43,金属選別機エレベータ44,金属選別機エレベータ44,金属選別機45を経由する間に混合される。

金属選別機45で選別された白米は、次いで、自動計量包装機エレベータ46の下部に流入して揚穀され、自動計量包装機タンク47を経由して、自動計量包装機48に供給されて、所定重量毎に計量袋詰めされ、出荷コンベア49で出荷室Cに搬送されて出荷される。なお、出荷室Cの片隅部には、集糠サイクロン51及び集糠サイクロン51を配置し、精米機28,精米機31の糠が搬送ホ−ス(図示省略)を経由して、集糠サイクロン51に送られ、集糠サイクロン51で分離された糠は、糠タンク52に供給される。また、糠タンク52の糠は糠取出コンベア53を経由して取り出される。また、集塵サイクロン54には精米室B内の塵埃を含んだ空気が送られ、塵埃が分離される。なお、動力操作盤55は、出荷用玄米の機械設備を起動・停止する操作盤であり、ブレンドスケ−ル操作盤56は、ブレンドスケ−ル42,42,…の操作盤である。

次に、図2に基づき、マイクロコンピュ−タ(以下CPUという。)61による利用者個人向けの保有米払出システムの制御内容について説明する。CPU61には、入力インタ−フエイス及び出力インタ−フエイスを介して、利用者の操作する管理端末機19が接続されている。また、CPU61には、出力インタ−フエイスを経由して、玄米引出計量機5の駆動手段62,玄米排出コンベア4aの駆動手段63,玄米タンク4における下部流出口の開閉弁の開閉駆動手段64,精米機エレベータ7の駆動手段65,精米機エレベータ7の上部に設けられている切替弁(図示省略)の駆動手段66,石抜機エレベータ10の駆動手段67,石抜機11の駆動手段68,カラ−選穀機エレベータ12の駆動手段69,カラ−選穀機14の駆動手段70,自動計量包装機エレベータ15の駆動手段71,自動計量包装機17の駆動手段72が接続されいる。また、CPU61には、入力インタ−フエイスを経由して、玄米袋センサ73及び自動計量包装機17における袋の装着の有無を検出できるが白米袋センサ74接続されている。

次に、CPU61の利用者個人向けの保有米払出システムの制御内容について説明する。
(I)管理端末機19がONされると、操作画面(図示省略)には、「いらっしゃいませ。磁気カ−ドをお入れください。」と表示される。これに従って利用者が磁気カ−ド(図示省略)を管理端末機19の挿入口に挿入すると、磁気カ−ドに係る利用者の保有米に関するデ−タ(例えば、利用番号,住所,コ−ド番号,保有米委託数量,前回までの引取り量,保有米残量等)が表示される。間違いの場合には、操作画面の取消しボタンをONして終了させ、間違いでない場合には、確認ボタンを押すと、次の指示画面に移行する。
(II)指示画面に移行すると、画面の表示が「ご利用種別及び数量をご指示ください。」の表示がされ、種別欄の「上白」,「標準」,「8分」,「玄米」の表示及びそれらの操作ボタン、並びに、数量欄の「10kg」,「20kg」,「30kg」の表示及びこれらの操作ボタンの表示がなされる。これらの中から希望のもの操作ボタンを指定すると、種別及び数量が指定され、次の利用確認画面に移行する。

(III)利用確認画面に移行すると、操作画面には利用者の指定内容が表示される。例えば、「あなた様の今回のご利用は、〔標準〕で〔10kg〕である」旨表示され、間違いの場合は、取消しボタンを押し(取消しボタンが押されると、前記の指示画面に戻される。)、間違いでない場合には、確認ボタンを押すと、次の払出行程に移行する。
(IV)払出行程に移行すると、CPU61から指令が出されて払出運転が開始され、次のように玄米の払出及び白米の払出がされる。

玄米の払出である場合には、CPU61から玄米の払出指令が出され、駆動手段64が駆動されて、玄米タンク4の下部の開閉弁が開かれ、玄米引出計量機5で指定重量が計量され、指定の計量に達すると、前記開閉弁が閉鎖される。このような玄米の払出作業中には、操作画面に「計量・払出中です。あなたの玄米は1番出口から10kgづつ出ます。紙袋を装着の上お待ちください。」旨の表示がされ、利用者により紙袋が装着されるまでの間は、「紙袋・装着」の表示を点滅して利用者に注意を促し、紙袋の装着したことを玄米袋センサ73で確認すると、CPU61からの指令で、玄米排出コンベア4a,精米機エレベータ7が駆動され、切替弁を経て玄米の払出がされる。
(V)白米の払出である場合には、前記(III)で種別及び数量が指定されると、CPU61の白米払出指令がなされる。すると、玄米タンク4の開閉弁が開かれ、玄米引出計量機5で指定重量の玄米の取り出しが開始され、指定の重量になると、前記開閉弁は閉鎖される。計量行程が終了すると、次いで、玄米排出コンベア4aの排出搬送,精米機エレベータ7の揚穀,精米機9の精白行程を経て、石抜機11の石抜行程,カラ−選穀機14の色彩選別行程,自動計量包装機17の計量包装行程を経て、2番出口から払出室Dに取り出される。

このような白米の払出中には、操作画面に、「玄米計量中」の表示が点滅して、その間に「玄米の計量・払出運転」がされ、次いで、「精米中」の表示が点滅する間に、「精米運転」等がなされ、精米作業等が終了すると、操作画面には、「白米の払出をします。」の表示が点滅し、「あなたの白米は2番出口から10kgづつ出ます。備付けのビニ−ル袋にて取り出しシ−ルして下さい。」の表示がされ、自動計量包装機17の白米袋センサ74で袋の装着を検出すると、前記の自動計量包装機17の計量包装行程が駆動されて、2番出口から白米が払出室Dに取り出される。
(VI)このようにして、玄米あるいは白米の払出が終了すると、操作画面は終了画面に移行し、「ご利用伝票をお取り下さい。」の表示がされて、管理端末機19のプリンタから伝票が取り出され、利用者の伝票取り出しが終了すると、「ご利用ありがとうございました。」の表示がなされると共に、利用者の保有米デ−タが更新され、次いで、前記の待機画面に移行する。
(VII)このようにして玄米あるいは白米の払出がなされるものであり、その利用状況については、施設管理用の管理端末機(図示省略)で、1日の利用者全員の利用状況を記録した日別集計表,1か月間の月別集計表,6が月間の半年集計表,年間集計表等が表示及びプリントアウトされる。

なお、システムが故障の場合には、管理端末機19の操作画面に、「故障です。係員にご連絡下さい。」の表示がされる。また、前記の磁気カ−ドに代えて、暗証番号で利用者を特定する方式としてもよい。また、この実施例では、玄米及び白米の払出単位を、10kg,20kg,30kg,60kgとしているが、これを5kg単位の段階的に、あるいは、1kg単位の無段階的に払出す方式としてもよい。また、利用農家の保有米の保管量を管理するにあたり、玄米保管施設のCPU61の記憶装置に、並設している前記大規模乾燥調製貯蔵施設のコンピュ−タにおける利用農家の保有米デ−タを移し替えたり、あるいは、CPU61で玄米の払出をする際に、前記大規模乾燥調製貯蔵施設のコンピュ−タのデ−タと照会・照合しながら払出をしてもよく、また、CPU61と前記大規模乾燥調製貯蔵施設のコンピュ−タとを接続して、保有米デ−タについて前記コンピュ−タで一元的に管理する構成としてもよい。

次に、他の実施例について説明する。前記の実施例では、大能力の出荷用玄米払出施設と利用者個人向けの小能力の保有玄米の保管払出施設とを、並設した構成であるが、この実施例では、出荷用玄米払出施設を利用して、利用者個人向けの保有米の払出も行い、設備費の大幅な削減を図ろうとするものであり、以下具体構成を説明する。

前記実施例における荷受ホッパ1,玄米タンクエレベータ2,玄米タンクコンベア3,複数の玄米タンク4,4,玄米タンク排出コンベヤ4a,玄米引出計量機5,精米機エレベータ7,精米タンク8,精米機9,石抜機エレベータ10,石抜機11,カラ−選穀機エレベータ12,カラ−選穀機タンク13,カラ−選穀機14,自動計量包装機エレベータ15を取除き、払出用の荷受ホッパ6,自動計量包装機タンク16及び自動計量包装機17をそのまま設置した構成とする。そして、これに付加して、玄米タンク23の何れかの下部に、玄米引出計量機5を設けて、玄米を計量できる構成とし玄米タンク23から計量して取り出された玄米を精米機エレベータ26で揚穀し、揚穀された玄米を荷受ホッパ6に搬送する玄米搬送装置(図示省略)を追加して、玄米を取り出しできる構成とする。

また、精米機エレベータ29に揚穀された精米済みの白米を、白米搬送装置(図示省略)を経由して、自動計量包装機タンク16に搬送して、白米を自動計量包装機17から取り出せる構成とする。また、払出室Dを玄米タンク23の近いところに配置換えすると、払出室23への玄米及び白米の搬送経路を短縮できて好都合となる。

しかして、管理端末機19に保有米払出指令が入力されると、CPU61から前記出荷用玄米払出施設の運転停止時、あるいは、運転時にはこれを一時停止して、優先して玄米等の払出指令がなされる。玄米払出の場合には、玄米引出計量機5を作動し、玄米タンク23の開閉弁が開けられ、玄米引出計量機5が指定重量を計量すると、前記開閉弁を閉鎖し、取り出された玄米を、玄米タンク排出コンベア24,精米機エレベータ26,前記玄米搬送装置(図示省略)を経由して、荷受ホッパ6に搬送し、前記実施例と同様にして、玄米の払出をする。

また、白米払出の場合には、玄米引出計量機5を作動して、玄米タンク23の開閉弁を開け、玄米引出計量機5が指定重量を計量すると、前記開閉弁を閉鎖する。このようにして取り出された玄米は、玄米タンク排出コンベア24,精米機エレベータ26を経由して、精米タンク27に搬送され、精米機28で精米される。次いで、白米は精米機エレベータ29,前記白米搬送装置(図示省略)を経由して、自動計量包装機タンク16に搬送され、前記実施例と同様にして自動計量包装機17から白米が払い出されるものである。

次に、他の実施例について説明する。前記の実施例のように、大能力の業務出荷用玄米払出施設と利用者個人向けの小能力の保有玄米保管払出施設とを並設した施設において、保有玄米保管払出施設を利用して、外部から持ち込まれた玄米をコイン精米もできることにし、設備費の大幅な削減と施設の利用率の向上を図ろうとするものである。以下その具体構成について説明する。

管理端末機19の操作画面には、「保有米払出ボタン及びコイン精米ボタン」が表示されていて、コイン精米ボタンを押すと、コイン精米システムが開始される。すると、操作画面に「玄米をコイン精米ホッパにお入れ下さい。」との表示がなされ、利用者が持込み玄米を前記コイン精米ホッパに投入すると、玄米引出計量機5で計量される。次いで、操作画面に「精米料金は〇〇です。コインをコイン投入口にお入れ下さい。」との表示がなされ、コインが全額投入されると、コイン精米を開始する指令がなされる。
