BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sliding automatic door, and more particularly to an automatic door provided with a start sensor for opening and closing the door on the door surface of the door.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the open / close control of the sliding type automatic door, there is a type in which a touch sensor is provided as an activation sensor on the door and an opening is opened by the door when a passerby contacts the touch sensor. In this method, when a predetermined time has elapsed since the passer disappeared, the opening is closed by the door in principle. However, when a person is standing in the opening when the door is to be closed, the door to be closed may come into contact with the person who is standing. Therefore, a support sensor that detects that a person is standing within the width of the opening is provided, and if the support sensor detects a person after the opening, the door remains open. And
[0003]
In this system, if a passerby tries to pass through the opening while the door is about to close, the door that is closing is not opened unless the passerby touches the touch switch moving with the door. Since this is not sufficiently recognized by ordinary passers-by, there is a possibility that the closing door will come into contact with the passer-by.
[0004]
Therefore, recently, another invisible sensor above the opening was installed as a safety sensor, and when this safety sensor detects a passerby approaching the door, the door opens and closes the door. An automatic door that prevents contact with a person and improves safety has been proposed.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above automatic door, in addition to the touch switch, another safety sensor must be installed. The touch switch installed on the door surface, the support sensor passed through the opening, and installed invisible. This requires a total of three safety sensors, which increases the cost.
[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a sliding automatic door that can reduce the cost without lowering the safety of traffic.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The sliding automatic door according to the present invention has a slidable door that opens and closes an opening through which a passerby passes. This door may be single-sided or double-sided. The display part is provided in the position which the said passerby contacts in the door surface of a door. The display unit can be, for example, a display board or a seal on which a display for prompting a passerby to contact is printed. Above the openingOne sensorIs installed. In this sensor, a plurality of detection ranges including a detection range in the vicinity of the front of the display unit are set to be substantially the same as the width of the opening. This sensorHas a plurality of light projectors that irradiate light rays and a plurality of light receivers that receive the reflected light of these light rays, and the plurality of detection ranges are formed by the light projectors and the light receivers. The plurality of detection ranges are formed from above the opening toward the floor surface. When the sensor detects an object when the door is in the closed position where the opening is closed, this detection signal is supplied to the control means, which controls the door drive means, and the drive means opens the door. Can be made. In addition, when the door is in a position other than the closed position, for example, in the open position where the door is completely open, if the sensor detects an object, this detection signal is supplied to the control means, and the control means The door can be kept open.
[0008]
In this sliding automatic door, when the passerby tries to contact the display unit when the door is in the closed position, the passer's hand enters the detection range near the front of the display unit, and the passerby is detected. . Therefore, the door can be opened based on this detection. Further, when the door is in the open position, the plurality of detection ranges of the sensor are set to the width of the opening, so that the sensor can detect a passerby standing in the vicinity of the opening. Therefore, even if it is a timing which closes a door, a door is open | released by this detection and it can prevent that a passerby contacts a door. Thus, in this slide type automatic door, one sensor can be used as both a start sensor for opening the door and a safety sensor for preventing a passerby from contacting the door. Therefore, the number of sensors can be reduced.
[0009]
For example, if the number of sensors is to be reduced, a display unit is provided on the door, the light beam of the support sensor is passed near the front of the display unit, and when the opening is closed, a passerby touches the display unit and supports it. A configuration is also conceivable in which the opening is opened when the light beam of the sensor is blocked, and the open state is maintained when the light beam is blocked while the door is open. However, in this configuration, the support sensor that passes the light beam into the opening is also used as a touch switch, so that a passerby approaching the door outside the opening may not be reliably detected. Contact with passers-by cannot be reliably prevented. However, according to the present invention, since the detection range is formed from above the opening toward the floor surface, a passerby outside the opening can be reliably detected when used as a safety sensor. The safety of passers-by passing through automatic doors is not reduced.
[0010]
The sensor enables only a detection range in the vicinity of the front of the display unit among a plurality of detection ranges in the previous period in a state where the door is located in a closed position where the previous period opening is closed, and the door is located in a position other than the closed position. All multiple detection ranges in the stateValid.
[0011]
In general, a person who wants to pass through a door approaches the display unit to contact the display unit to open the door in a state where the door is in the closed position. A person who does not intend to pass through the door and is simply standing in front of the door does not attempt to approach the display unit. Therefore, when there is a door in the closed position by configuring as described above, even if there is a person who is within the detection range of the door opening width but does not intend to pass through the detection range other than the vicinity of the front of the display unit. By detecting this person, the door is not opened, and the useless opening and closing of the door can be prevented.
[0012]
Further, in the state where the door is located at a position other than the closed position,Than the state where the door is in the closed positionThe plurality of detection ranges in a depth direction away from the door surface of the door, With the same width as the opening widthIt can also be enlarged.
[0013]
When configured in this way, the depth of the detection range becomes large except for the closed position, and a passerby can be detected in a wider range than when the door is positioned at the closed position, and the passerby is too close to the door. For example, a door that is being closed can be reopened before the safety of the passerby is increased.
[0014]
In the sensor, adjacent detection areas can be overlapped in front of the display unit.
[0015]
In this way, a plurality of detection areas are formed so that adjacent detection areas overlap in the vicinity of the installation position of the display unit, so even if the adjustment of the installation position of the display unit is rough, an attempt is made to contact the display unit. The hand of the person who performs can be detected reliably.
[0016]
In addition, it is possible to set a detection range near the front of the display unit by a projector near the center arranged substantially perpendicular to the floor, and to set the remaining plurality of detection ranges by other projectors. it can.
[0017]
In such a configuration, since the detection range for the display unit is arranged perpendicular to the floor surface, the display unit may be provided on the door surface in parallel to the detection range. The position can be easily adjusted.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the slide type automatic door according to the present invention can be used as a start sensor and a safety sensor even though it is a single sensor, and the cost of the slide type automatic door can be reduced. Moreover, since this sensor forms a detection region from the top to the bottom of the door, when used as an activation sensor, it is possible to reliably detect the passerby's hand trying to contact the display unit. Even when used as a safety sensor, a wide detection area can be secured, a person standing in the vicinity of the opening can be reliably detected, and safety can be ensured.
