Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a package having a display function such as a small electric device, and more particularly to a small electric device such as a mobile phone that is difficult to fix because of having a curved surface shape, and a package having a function of displaying other products.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a transparent case is manufactured in a quadrangular prism shape by assembling a plastic sheet.
The product as the contents has various shapes and weights, and the material and thickness of the transparent case are appropriately selected depending on the shape and weight.
And the contents need to be packed in a transparent case. There are two purposes, one is to place the features that the seller wants to emphasize in an easy-to-see position on the buyer's side, and the other is to maintain logistics quality.
[0003]
In order to fix the product, various cushioning materials are used in accordance with various shapes of the product, but generally a three-dimensional molded product with little assembly work is used. Here, the three-dimensional molded product is a cushioning material having a function for stabilizing the product along with at least a part of the upper end, the lower end, the back surface, etc. of the product, and for buffering during transportation and transportation.
Three-dimensional molded products include injection molding, blow molding, vacuum molding, and press molding. In many cases, press molding products are used that have relatively low production equipment and mold costs and use less raw materials.
Moreover, although printing is performed on the transparent case and the three-dimensional molded product, printing is performed by direct printing or transfer printing. In the case of a transparent case, the direct printing can be performed by a normal sheet-fed printing such as silk printing or offset printing in the case of a sheet before the assembly process. In the case of a three-dimensional molded product, bad printing (tampo printing) or the like is possible.
FIG. 3 is a package having a conventional display function using a three-dimensional molded product as a cushioning material. In the figure, support means such as a recess 5 for fitting and supporting the upper and lower ends of the product stored in the product area 2 on the upper and lower ends of the inner surface of the plastic transparent case 1 formed in the shape of a quadrangular prism. The upper and lower three-dimensional molded products 3 and 4 having (the same applies to the upper side) are fitted.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
There are a wide variety of products such as small electrical appliances, and consumers who are buyers are required to find the target product quickly, and the product itself is inevitably packaged in a transparent case or other package. A technology that clearly displays the product features and design on the package is required.
However, the product has various shapes, and the above-described three-dimensional molded product is required to fix (hold) the product. In particular, in the case of a spherical or cylindrical product, the rotation of the product during distribution cannot be suppressed by simple fitting. If the product rotates inadvertently, the features of the product will be hidden and will not be transmitted to the consumer, but will also cause problems due to friction between the product and the cushioning material.
For example, in the prior art shown in FIG. 3, the three-dimensional molded product is simply inserted into the upper and lower positions of the product, so the stability is poor, and the product is caused by friction caused by vibration during transportation. The product is rotated and the design of an important part of the product is hidden on the back side. Moreover, fixing the three-dimensional molded product to the transparent case with an adhesive cannot be performed because it hinders the removal of the product.
In addition, direct printing on the plastic sheet or three-dimensional molded product of the raw material of the transparent case has poor printability (ink adhesion performance), poor color design or gradation reproducibility, and transfer printing can reproduce the color design. However, the number of printing processes increases by at least one process and the amount of secondary materials increases, resulting in an increase in printing costs and is difficult to use for temporary packaging.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The product packaging body using the transparent case of the present invention as the display container is composed of upper and lower three-dimensional molded products provided with means such as recesses or protrusions for supporting the upper and lower ends of the product, respectively, and upper and lower three-dimensional molded products. It is a packaging body characterized by having a cushioning material comprising a binding tool made of an integrally formed paper material for connecting and fixing products.
Here, the binding tool includes an upper side and a lower side winding part that winds and supports the upper and lower three-dimensional molded products, and a side plate that connects the both winding parts to each other.
The principle of the present invention is as follows.
First, a three-dimensional molded product as a cushioning material is disposed between the upper and lower openings of the transparent case and the product. However, the transparent case and the three-dimensional molded product do not have a fitting force for stopping the rotation of the product, and the product rotates. Therefore, the upper and lower three-dimensional molded products that are cushioning materials are combined, and the transparent case is provided with a binding tool that does not depend on the fitting force, and the binding tool is made of a single sheet of paper, and is subjected to color printing such as offset printing. . The binding tool winds up each three-dimensional molded product at the end of the development, and connects the centers with a surface. Further, the side surface has a surface capable of holding the upper and lower fittings.
More specifically, the present invention relates to upper and lower three-dimensional molded products provided with means for supporting the upper and lower ends of the product, respectively, and upper and lower windings that entrain and support the upper and lower three-dimensional molded products. A binding member made of an integrally formed paper material having a side plate for connecting the winding portion and the upper and lower winding portions to each other, and a transparent case for housing the binding member, and each winding of the binding tool The portion is connected to the side plate and is connected to the first surface (24, 25) having a size substantially equal to the bottom surface of the molded product, and the other edge of the first surface, along the side surface of the molded product. A second surface (26, 27) and a third surface (28, 27) connected to the other edge of the second surface and having an opening of the same size as the first surface for receiving the product. 29) and a fourth surface connected to the other edge of the third surface and extending along the side surface of the molded product 30 and 31) and insertion flaps (32 and 33) provided at the other edge of the fourth surface, and the second surface (26 and 26) of at least one of the upper and lower winding portions. The height of 27) is set to be lower than the height of the fourth surface (30, 31). In order to improve the appearance, it is preferable that the at least one upper and lower wrapping portions are formed on the side edges (36 ′) where the first and fourth surfaces are not connected to the third surface. A fan-shaped surface having a height corresponding to the height of the second surface (26, 27) and the fourth surface (30, 31) is connected.
[0006]
[Action]
The binding tool winds up the upper and lower three-dimensional molded products at the end of the development, and is fixed in the binding tool. Then, a desired hole or protrusion is provided on the surface where the three-dimensional molded product of the upper and lower binding tools and the product are fitted, and a product having a spherical shape, a cylindrical shape, or other shape is disposed therebetween. And a flap is arrange | positioned up and down the side surface of the connection surface of a binding tool, and the position of a three-dimensional molded product is stably fixed. The present invention further improves the appearance of the package, and narrows the width on the front side of the upper three-dimensional molded product so that the product can be viewed at a wide angle, and the rigidity (strength) of the binding tool increases the width on the back side. To ensure that the product can be secured.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a package according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
Reference Example FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show a package according to a reference example, and the products stored and displayed are small electric devices such as mobile phones with poor stability because the lower end portion has a curved shape, and other products. is there.
FIG. 1 is an elevational cross-sectional view of a package body. The package body has a quadrangular prism shape, and the upper and lower ends of the product 20 are placed inside a transparent case 11 formed by folding a transparent plastic plate into a quadrangular prism shape. The upper three-dimensional molded product 12 and the lower three-dimensional molded product each provided with, for example, recesses 21 and 22 (or projections if the upper and lower ends of the product are concave) that fit into the upper and lower ends of the product 20 to support and cushion each. 13 and an upper winding part that winds and supports the upper three-dimensional molded product 12 and the lower three-dimensional molded product 13, a lower winding part 17, and a side plate 15 that couples the winding parts 16 and 17 together. The tying tool 14 is housed.
[0008]
Here, for the production of the transparent case 11, product features and cautionary notes are printed on a single transparent plastic sheet. Printing is performed by silk screen printing or offset printing. The printed transparent sheet is subjected to line pushing and punching along the necessary bent side portions, the paste margin portions are adhered, and the respective portions are folded and assembled to complete the transparent case 11 having a quadrangular prism.
[0009]
The upper and lower three-dimensional molded products 12 and 13 are made of a deep dish-shaped thin plastic plate manufactured by the arbitrary method described above, and the upper and lower ends of the product have convex portions in the example of FIGS. As a premise, recesses 21 and 22 are formed to be fitted to these protrusions. Other shapes may be used depending on the product and purpose of use.
[0010]
Next, the binding tool 14 is assembled by applying a description of the features of the product and design to the double-sided white coated cardboard by offset printing, further pressing and punching, folding it into a predetermined shape. 2 shows the structure of the blank before assembly of the binding tool 14 before assembly as shown in FIG. 1, and the upper winding part 16, the connecting side plate 15 and the lower winding part 17 correspond to the respective parts in FIG. .
First, the processed shape is approximately the same size as the center surface 23 having a dimension corresponding to the height x width of the inner surface of one side surface of the transparent case and the bottom surfaces of the three-dimensional molded products 12 and 13 to be wound around both ends in the height direction. The surfaces 24 and 25 having a thickness are connected. Surfaces 26 and 27 having a size substantially equal to the height of the three-dimensional molded product are connected to both ends in the height direction, and openings 34 and 35 through which the upper ends of the products pass are respectively provided. The surfaces 28 and 29 having substantially the same size are further connected, and finally the insertion flaps 32 and 34 are connected. Furthermore, the side surface 38 of the height x width of the inner surface of the corresponding side surface of the transparent case 11 is connected to one side of the central surface 23, and insertion flaps 36 and 37 are formed on the upper side and the lower side, respectively. Between each surface and the flap, muscle push is given. In addition, notches 39 and 40 for inserting the insertion flaps 32 and 33 are formed in the pushing portions of the central surface 23 and the surfaces 24 and 25 on both sides thereof, respectively. This blank is formed by punching, cutting, and pushing the outer shape and openings 34 and 35.
[0011]
By completely winding the upper three-dimensional molded products 12 and 13 respectively into the upper and lower winding portions 16 and 17 of the blank having the above structure, and inserting the insertion flaps 32 and 33 into the corresponding cuts 39 and 40, respectively. The compatible body molded product is fixed at a predetermined position. The assembly is then completed by bending side 38 at a right angle and then inserting plug flaps 36, 37 inside surfaces 24, 25.
The product 20 is stored in the binding tool 14 thus formed, the product is held by the three-dimensional molded products 12, 13, and the package is completed by inserting it into the transparent case 11.

FIG. 7 is a developed view of the tying member 14 and has elements substantially corresponding to FIG. In addition, it has fan-shaped surfaces 43 and 44 on both sides of the surface 28 which is a component of the upper winding part 16, and insertion flaps 45 and 46 connected to them via a pushing line, and the surface 26 correspondingly corresponds to it. Narrow and the surface 30 is wide. Similarly, it has rectangular surfaces 47 and 48 on both sides of the surface 29 which is a constituent element of the lower winding part 17 and insertion flaps 49 and 50 connected to them through a reinforcing line, and the surfaces 27 and 31 and the surface. 47 and 48 are formed in the same shape. Openings 34 and 35 are formed in the surfaces 28 and 29, respectively, and have a diameter sufficient to expose the protrusion 41 and the peripheral edge 43 of the three-dimensional molded product. Insertion flaps 51 having a height equal to the maximum width of the fan-shaped surface 43 and insertion flaps 52 having a height equal to the widths of the rectangular surfaces 47 and 48 are provided on the upper and lower ends of the free edge of the central surface 23. Further, the insertion flap 36 is formed smaller than that of the first embodiment as shown in the figure, and a notch 36 ′ is provided between the surface 28 and the sector surface 44 correspondingly.
In assembling, the upper three-dimensional molded product 12 and the lower three-dimensional molded product 13 are wound in the same manner as in Example 1, and then the fan-shaped portions 43 and 44 and the rectangular surfaces 47 and 48 are folded and their flaps 45, 46, 49, and 50 are folded. Are inserted inside the surface 24 and the surface 25, respectively. Further, the insertion flap 51 is inserted into the inner surfaces of the sector portions 43 and 44, and the insertion flap 52 is inserted into the inner surfaces of the rectangular surfaces 47 and 48. In this example, the insertion flap 36 is not inserted into the inner surface 24 but is inserted into the notch 36 ′. This prevents the upper winding part from being lowered by weight.
Next, after placing the product at a predetermined position, the product is inserted into the transparent case 11 to complete the package.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the features of the present invention , it is possible to fix a product using a three-dimensional molded product connected and coupled.
By securely fixing the product, the distribution quality is stabilized, the reliability is improved, and it is easy to convey the intended characteristics of the seller to the consumer.
Further, high-quality printing is possible at a lower cost than a three-dimensional molded product. Furthermore, difficult high-quality printing is possible on the transparent case. High-quality printing is possible by using a paper binding tool.
The above-mentioned improvement in print quality broadens the range of design considerations, and by increasing the degree of freedom, we will move away from the transparent case and three-dimensional molded product package that tend to become monochrome designs, and reliably convey the characteristics of the product to consumers and purchase. Designs that will motivate you.
In the present invention, preferably, when the side plate is constituted by the center surface and the side surface, the mechanical strength of the binding tool is increased.
Design effects by fully involving sterically molded product as in Example is further improved. Furthermore, by improving the appearance of the package and narrowing the width on the front side of the upper three-dimensional molded product, the product can be viewed at a wide angle, and the rigidity (strength) of the binding tool is increased by increasing the width on the back side. Make sure that it can be fixed.
