BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Generally, a fishing line spool has flanges formed at both ends of a cylindrical body, and the fishing line is wound around the body. The fishing line wound on the spool is made of various materials according to its use and has various colors, thicknesses, and lengths. Therefore, it is necessary to indicate the use, material, thickness, etc. of the fishing line on the packaging body for packaging the spool so that the type of fishing line can be easily confirmed.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a packaging body for packaging the above spool, there is a packaging body formed of a paper box (hereinafter, referred to as Prior Art 1). This is to form a square tubular main body by sequentially connecting the front side plate, the right side plate, the rear side plate, and the left side plate, and connecting the hanging plate and the upper lid plate to the upper end edge of the front side plate or the rear side plate, A lower lid plate is connected to the lower edge. The spool is housed in the main body and is wrapped by being covered with each lid plate.
Further, as another conventional type of packaging body, there is a packaging body in which a transparent synthetic resin sheet is formed into a predetermined shape (hereinafter referred to as a prior art 2). That is, as this type of packaging, a transparent synthetic resin sheet is provided with a recess to form a spool accommodating portion, and a mount is attached to cover the recess, or a synthetic resin sheet is box-shaped. There is a type in which a storage part for a spool is formed by bending the sheet and a mount having a product name and the like is attached to the storage part.

In the prior art 1 described above, the entire spool, which is the object to be packaged, is covered with the paper package, and the object to be packaged cannot be viewed directly in the packaged state. . Therefore, although the type of the packaged object is described on the surface of the package, it is not easy to express the content of the packaged object only by the above description, such as the shade of the fishing line. There is a problem that it is not possible to confirm whether or not this packaged item matches the above described contents unless the packaged item is taken out. Furthermore, since this package is formed in a box shape that covers the entire packaged object, the paperboard that forms the package requires a complicated shape with a lid and requires a large area, resulting in high manufacturing cost. is there.

On the other hand, in the above-mentioned conventional technique 2, since the synthetic resin sheet is transparent, there is an advantage that the article to be packaged can be directly viewed. However, since the whole of the packaged item can be seen from the side where the above mount is not placed, it is necessary to attach a label indicating the type etc. to the above packaged product in addition to the synthetic resin sheet and the mount. In addition, the above-mentioned mount needs to be printed with the type of product on both sides, which causes a problem that the cost of the entire package becomes expensive. Further, this type of package is usually discarded immediately after taking out the article to be packaged, but there is a possibility that the environment may be polluted by discarding the synthetic resin sheet.

In each of the above embodiments, the lower end plate (20) of the front and rear side plates (12, 13) is connected via the lower connecting plate (21) having a length substantially equal to the thickness of the spool (1).・ 22) Connected each other. However, in the above-described embodiment, the connecting plate may be omitted or a connecting plate longer than the thickness of the spool may be used as in the modified example shown in FIG. For example, in FIG.
In the second modified example shown in (a), the lower connecting plate is omitted,
The lower edges (20, 22) of the front and rear side plates (12, 13) are directly fixed to each other. However, in this case, the front and rear side plates (12, 13) are curved according to the thickness of the article (1) to be packaged. Therefore, the thickness is 1
When packaging the fishing line spool (1) having a length of about 0 mm, it is preferable to connect the end edges of the front and rear side plates (12, 13) via a connecting plate as in the above-described embodiments.

In the third modification shown in FIG. 7B, the lower connecting plate (21) is formed longer than the thickness of the spool (1),
It is inclined rearward and downward with respect to (12). In the fourth modified example shown in FIG. 7 (c), the lower connecting plate (21) is connected to the lower edge (20) of the front plate (12) and the lower end of the rear plate (13). It comprises a rear connecting plate (21b) connected to the edge (22), and the front connecting plate (21a) and the rear connecting plate (21b) are tilted downward and connected and fixed to each other. Also in the above-mentioned upper connecting plate (17), this may be omitted, or a connecting plate having a length substantially the same as the thickness of the spool (1) may be arranged orthogonally to the front and rear side plates.

In each of the above embodiments, the package (1
The left and right sides of 1) are open, and the spool (1) that is the object to be packaged can be directly viewed from the side, and the packaging mount (25) can be formed in a compact rectangular shape for low cost implementation. However, according to the present invention, for example, as shown in FIG. 8, a lid portion (31) is continuously provided on one of the left and right edges of the front and rear side plates (12, 13), and the lid portion (31) is used for packaging. The left and right openings of (11) may be covered.

In each of the above-mentioned embodiments, the upper and lower edges of the front plate are connected and fixed to the rear plate, respectively. In the present invention, the left and right edges of the front plate are connected and fixed to the rear plate in the hanging direction. You may. In addition, in each of the above-described embodiments, a hanging plate is provided, but when the packages are displayed in a stacked or upright state, the hanging plate can be omitted. It should be noted that the above-mentioned packaging mount is inexpensive and eco-friendly when it is made of paper, but it goes without saying that it may be formed of a material other than paper and that the above-mentioned packaging object is not limited to the fishing line spool.
