Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an assembly-type toilet box, and more particularly to an assembly-type toilet box that can be conveniently assembled and quickly assembled and used at a use site.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Temporary toilets are often provided at construction work sites, campsites, beaches, and areas affected by large fires and earthquakes. Such conventional temporary toilets are made of a material such as iron or FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, the figure is bulky, and is also heavy and inconvenient to transport, resulting in high transportation costs. there were.
[0003]
The idea of a simple assembling toilet designed to remedy such drawbacks has been proposed in a public utility model publication (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 64-12865). This simple assembling toilet is constructed by assembling synthetic resin panels and toilet seats, which are formed separately for front, rear, left, right, top and bottom walls, with screws at the site of use.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the improved simple assembling toilet still has the disadvantage that it is still heavy and takes a lot of time to assemble.
[0005]
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides an assembly-type toilet box that is lightweight, easy to transport, easy to assemble, can be stably installed, and can be manufactured economically. With the goal.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides a corrugated board with predetermined crease forming lines, bends the corrugated board according to these crease forming lines, and a bottom wall frame, left and right side wall frames that are detachably installed on the bottom wall frame, and A front wall plate, a ceiling wall frame removably connected to the left and right side wall frames and the front wall plate, a back wall plate, a front wall plate and a door held by joint members on the left and right side wall frames. A box body can be assembled and formed, and an assembly type toilet box having a toilet bowl inside the box body is formed. Further, the left and right side wall frames are set such that the length of the lower side is longer than the length of the upper side, and the surface constituted by the front wall plate and the door and the surface constituted by the back wall plate are from above. The front wall plate, the door, and the back wall plate may be inclined so as to be spread toward the bottom, and may be held on the left and right side wall frames. Furthermore, a joint member of a type that can hold each member by a one-touch operation may be configured as the joint member.
[0007]
Thus, as long as a predetermined crease forming line of the corrugated board is not bent, it is the same as simply stacking the corrugated boards, so that the storage space can be minimized. Further, since the corrugated board is lighter than other plate materials having the same strength, the assembly-type toilet box according to the present invention is easy to handle. If the folding operation is performed according to the crease forming line, it can be easily folded into a predetermined shape, and the assembly-type toilet box can be assembled quickly.
[0008]
