防音材は、必要な箇所へ貼着施工できるよう、片面に離型剤コーティングを施した後、任意の形状にトリム加工し、その後、もう一方の面に粘着加工をする。
従来、転写ロールと送りコンベヤーを使用して、トリム品板形状防音材にホットメルト系粘着剤を転写する方法がある。以下、【図1】に基づいて説明する。

転写ロール3は、平行に並べられた円柱状のロール1及び2より構成される。

しかしながら上記従来の転写方法であると、送りコンベヤー5に、トリム品板形状防音材6をフリーに載せ、転写ロール3で防音材を強制的に抑えこむ結果、転写ロール2が防音材を巻き上げてしまい、その都度、転写ロール2に貼り付いた防音材を剥がす必要が生じるため、作業に支障を来たす。また、粘着剤予備タンク4の下面から垂れ出たホットメルト系粘着剤が、転写ロール1・2間を伝って、送りコンベヤー5に垂れ落ち、ホットメルト系粘着剤がコンベヤー上に付着する。ホットメルト系粘着剤が、トリム品板形状防音材の面に付着しない様、コンベヤー上に垂れ落ちた粘着剤をふき取る必要があるため、非常に作業性が悪い、等の欠点がある。ホットメルト系粘着剤転写方法として、特開平7−41742号にも開示してあるが、その中の【図3】からも明らかな様に、ホットメルト系粘着剤液が垂れ落ちる可能性がある。また、ホットメルト系粘着剤塗布後に、ホットメルト系粘着剤がフェルトへ染み込むため、ホットメルト系粘着剤としての効果が半減してしまうといった問題点も、従来方法では防ぐことは不可能であった。

また、片面に粘着剤加工が施された、トリム品板形状防音材を1枚1枚、ズレることのないよう積み重ねていく作業には、大変な手間と時間、および多くの人員を要する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで、本発明は、防音材が転写ロールへ巻き上げることなく、ホットメルト系粘着剤の垂れ落ち、およびホットメルト系粘着剤の、防音材への染込みもなく、さらにトリム品板形状防音材の自動積み重ね、および梱包が可能な、ホットメルト系粘着剤転写装置を提案する。

かかる課題を解決せんとして、本発明者は鋭意研究の結果、風量1〜10m3/minの吸引冷却ブロアーによってトリム品板形状防音材を吸引移動させながら、転写ロールの上をなでるように通過させることでトリム品板形状防音材へホットメルト系粘着剤を転写すると同時に、吸引力であるブロアーの空気流によって、ホットメルト系粘着剤を強制冷却し、ホットメルト系粘着剤が防音材内部に浸透することを防ぎ、速やかに防音材表面にホットメルト系粘着剤層の形成により粘着加工することによって、上記の課題を解決することを見出したものである。

トリム品板形状防音材とは、ニードルフェルト、レジンフェルト、熱可塑フェルト、合成樹脂フォーム材の、片面に離型剤を施した後、任意の形状にトリム加工されたものをいう。

【実施例】
本発明になるホットメルト系粘着剤転写装置を図面に基づいて説明する。
【図3】は全体の流れを示すもので、吸引冷却ブロアー8は、風量2m3/minにて、多孔板9と同時に移動する。トリム品板形状防音材を十分に吸引できるよう、多孔板9には孔径3mm、ピッチ20mmで均等に設けられている。さらに多孔板9は、レール11上に沿って移動し、レール11は、ホットメルト系粘着剤転写全過程が終了したとき、吸引冷却ブロアー8及び多孔板9が工程開始の位置に戻れるよう、ロータリー式に組み込まれており、さらに固定治具12によって支えられている。防音材位置決め治具7には、トリム品板形状防音材の型が4つほど作成されているので、その型内に、あらかじめ片面に離型剤を塗布加工されたトリム品板形状防音材を、離型剤が施された面を上にして入れ込んで準備しておけば良い。

本発明になるホットメルト系粘着剤転写装置は、1)トリム品板形状防音材を転写ロールが巻き上げることなく、2)ホットメルト系粘着剤が垂れ落ちる心配もなく、3)梱包作業が簡易化される、等の優れた効果を発揮することができる。よって、無駄な作業を省くことで、工程作業の大幅な時間の短縮と、人員の削減を図ることができ、また、1度に多数枚、粘着加工ができるため、大幅な作業性アップを図ることも可能である。
さらに、本発明では、ブロアー治具の吸引工法により、ホットメルト系粘着剤とフェルトとの接触部を強制冷却させることで、ホットメルト系粘着剤の、フェルトへの浸透を防ぎ、よって、ホットメルト系粘着剤をフェルト表面のみにのせることを可能とし、ホットメルト系粘着剤としての機能を十分に得ることができた。その結果として、トリム品板形状防音材の、必要箇所への貼着力をさらに強化することに成功した。
