Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a weather strip for facilitating recycling of vehicle parts.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In most cases, weather strips for vehicles are attached to the vehicle body by a clip or other attachment mechanism. However, parts that require a sealing function such as a waterproof function and a soundproof function, and an attachment mechanism such as a clip are used for space reasons. As shown in FIG. 5, the weather strip 2 is directly bonded to the vehicle body 3 by using a double-sided adhesive tape or an adhesive 1 as shown in FIG.
In this case, the adhesive strength of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or adhesive 1 is generally greater than the material strength of the weather strip 2 so as not to hinder the use of the vehicle.
[0003]
However, when the weather strip 2 is separated from the vehicle body 3 when recycling the vehicle parts, the adhesive force of the double-sided adhesive tape or the adhesive 1 used for attaching the weather strip 2 is large as described above, and the separation is performed at the adhesion portion. Since it is difficult to make it difficult, conventionally, the weather strip 2 has to be torn off as appropriate.
[0004]
Accordingly, it takes a relatively long time to separate the weather strip 2 from the vehicle body 3, and even if the weather strip 2 is torn off at an appropriate portion, the side of the weather strip 2 on the side bonded to the vehicle body 3 is considerably large. Since the portion is left unrecoverable, the recovery rate is as low as about 70%, for example, and there is a problem that it is actually difficult to increase the recovery rate.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to make it possible to relatively easily separate a weather strip fixed to a vehicle body and to easily increase a recovery rate for separating the weather strip from the vehicle body.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
For this reason, the weather strip according to the present invention has a thin portion bonded to the vehicle body , and a weak portion having a small tensile strength in the direction of peeling from the vehicle body is formed around the thin portion .
Therefore, when the weather strip fixed to the vehicle body is separated from the vehicle body for recycling, the weather strip can be easily broken from the fragile portion by pulling the weather strip in the direction of peeling from the vehicle body. Further, since the weak portion of the weather strip is formed around the thin wall portion bonded to the vehicle body , it is possible to reliably increase the recovery rate of the weather strip.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described by assigning the same reference numerals to the equivalent portions of the conventional apparatus and the equivalent portions of each embodiment.
In FIG. 1, the weather strip 2 is almost entirely in contact with the thin-walled portion 2 ′ to form a weakened portion 10, and the thin-walled portion 2 ′ is bonded to the vehicle body 3 such as the outer periphery of the vehicle door with a double-sided adhesive tape or adhesive 1. ing.
[0008]
As shown sequentially in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the fragile portion 10 is formed in a thin cut 11 in contact with the thin-walled portion 2 'when the weather strip 2 is formed, and immediately after coming out of the base. As a result, the weather strip 2 is formed as a layer having a relatively low tensile strength in the direction in which the weather strip 2 is peeled off from the vehicle body 3, or illustrated in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b). As shown, the thin-walled portion 2 ′ is constituted by a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or a notch 12 formed on the adhesive 1 side.
[0009]
That is, when the weather strip 2 is used in a vehicle, the fragile portion 10 is compressed. Therefore, the fragile portion 10 is not broken at all, but if the weather strip 2 is pulled away from the vehicle body 3 for recycling, FIG. As shown in FIG. 5, since the weather strip 2 can be broken relatively easily from the weak portion 10 having a low tensile strength, the weather strip 2 can be separated in a short time, and the weak portion 10 Since it is formed in contact with the thin portion 2 ′ of the weather strip 2, only the thin portion 2 ′ remains on the vehicle body 3 side when the weather strip 2 is separated from the vehicle body 3. Since most of the weather strip 2 is reliably separated, the recovery rate of the weather strip 2 can be easily increased to 95% or more, for example. There is.
[0010]
In addition, it is relatively easy to form the fragile portion 10 on the weather strip 2, and since the fragile portion 10 is formed in contact with the thin portion 2 ′ of the weather strip 2, the fragile portion 10 is further formed. Since it becomes easy and the cost of the weather strip 2 is not particularly increased by the formation of the fragile portion 10, the practical effect is very large.
[0011]
In the above embodiment example, the weak part is formed in the weather strip almost in contact with the adhesion part of the weather strip to the vehicle body, but the weak part is slightly separated from the adhesion part, and / or Even if the weakened portion of the weather strip is formed intermittently around the adhesive portion to the extent that the separation characteristic of the weather strip from the vehicle body is not impaired, the effects similar to those of the above-described embodiments can be obtained as such. In such a case, the closer the fragile part of the weather strip is to the adhesive part, and the wider the range of the fragile part of the weather strip, the more excellent the operational effect can be obtained. Needless to say, an appropriate method other than bonding can be employed.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
In the weather strip according to the present invention, when the weather strip fixed to the vehicle body for recycling is separated from the vehicle body, most of the weather strip is quickly pulled by pulling the weather strip in the direction of peeling from the vehicle body , and It is very convenient because it can be easily recovered.
