Description

【0001】
【0010】

Figure 0003767911
【0011】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a printed matter preferably used for various lotteries, learning tools, toys and the like, and more particularly to a special printed matter in which an image of a hidden character or picture appears by friction, scratching, or the like. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this type of printed matter, an image of a character or a picture printed with an ink composition containing a material having a hardness higher than that of a coin metal on a printing substrate, that is, when the printed portion is rubbed with a coin, the metal of the coin It is known that the printed portion is colored by the scraped metal and is in a state where it can be visually recognized more clearly (see JP-A-62-297196).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The printed matter described in the prior art does not require a step of forming a concealing layer by silk screen printing using silver ink like a general scratch lot, and has an excellent advantage that it can be produced efficiently at low cost. However, there is a drawback that the image formed on the printed material can be recognized without being rubbed with coins. Therefore, for example, in the case of use for winning lottery and answer columns for problem collections, the first image is made of an ink composition containing a material having a hardness higher than that of a coin metal in one region on the printing substrate. The first image and the appearance of the ink composition comprising a relatively soft material having a hardness lower than that of the metal of the coin on the same printing substrate as the printing substrate or on a separate printing substrate. There is a problem that the use form is limited such that a similar second image is printed and formed, and only one image is discolored by rubbing or scratching.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a special printed material in which an image cannot be visually recognized before rubbing at a low cost. It is in.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the special printed material of the present invention is a printed material in which a flat mesh composed of uniform halftone dots is provided on a substrate, and the halftone dots of an area constituting an image of a character or a picture are provided. Printing with an ink composition containing a material having a hardness higher than that of the metal of the coin, and printing halftone dots in other areas with an ink composition containing a material having a hardness equal to or less than that of the metal of the coin The halftone dots of the image portion are colored by rubbing with a coin so that the image can be visually recognized, and the halftone dots are formed at intervals within a range where the image which is small and can be discriminated can be discriminated. It is a feature.
[0006]
As described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 62-297196, titanium oxide, aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide, chromium oxide, etc. can be used as a material having a hardness higher than that of the coin metal. Further, as a relatively soft material having a hardness equivalent to or less than that of the metal of the coin, barium sulfate, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, kaolinite, talc, magnesium carbonate, an organic pigment, a dye, and the like can be appropriately used.
[0007]
[Action]
In the special printed matter of the present invention having the above-described configuration, the halftone dots of the area constituting the image and the halftone dots of the other areas are continuous, and the appearance is a state where the image is hidden by showing the entire screen as a flat halftone screen. Become. Then, by rubbing with a coin, only the halftone dot of the image portion is changed to black and can be seen in a raised state.
[0008]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0009]
FIG. 1 shows a part of a special printed material as one embodiment of the present invention. This printed matter 1 is a paperboard as a base material 2, for example, “Jet star”, “Jet A Manila” (made by Daishowa Paper, basis weight 310 g / m 2 ), “silk G” (made by Koyo Paper Industries, basis weight 310 g / m 2 ) or the like is provided with a flat mesh composed of uniform halftone dots 3, and as shown in FIG. The halftone dots 3a in the region) are printed by offset printing (or letterpress printing) using the ink composition of the formulation A shown in Table 1, while the halftone dots 3b in the other regions 5 are blended as shown in Table 1. Similarly, printing is performed by offset printing (or letterpress printing) using the ink composition of B.
[0010]
[Table 1]
Figure 0003767911
[0011]
Here, the Mohs hardness of the titanium oxide contained in the ink composition of Formulation A is 5.5 to 7.0 (rutile type = 6.0 to 7.0, anatase type = 5.5 to 6.0). It is much larger than the Mohs hardness (nickel = 3.8, brass = 3.0 to 4.0, copper = 3.0) of metals generally used as coin materials. The Mohs hardness of CaCO 3 contained in the ink composition of the formulation B was 3.0, and a metal and equal to or smaller hardness than that of the coin.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 1, the printed matter 1 has a flat mesh shape on the entire surface, and the image cannot be distinguished. However, when the surface is rubbed with a coin, only the halftone dot 3a of the area constituting the image is blackened as shown in FIG. As a result, the image is clearly visible.
[0013]
Since the size of the halftone dots was as characters or figures appearing and small in the range in which printing is to form a halftone dot at a possible distance within the range that can be determined, it Does difficult to determine the image before rubbing Yes .
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the special printed material of the present invention is a printed material in which a flat mesh composed of uniform halftone dots is provided on a base material, and the halftone dots of an area constituting an image of a character or a pattern are replaced with coins. Printing with an ink composition containing a material having a hardness higher than that of metal, and printing halftone dots in other areas with an ink composition containing a material having a hardness equal to or less than that of the metal of the coin, The halftone dots of the image portion are colored by rubbing so that the image can be visually recognized, and the halftone dots are formed with an interval within a range that can be discriminated as small as the printable range . In addition, it is not necessary to form a concealment layer by silk screen printing using silver ink, and it can be manufactured efficiently at low cost, and before it is rubbed with a coin, it looks flat and the image is indistinguishable. ,coin From the first time the halftone image part is ready to clearly recognize turned black by rubbing, may be the image can be visually recognized unfavorable various lottery acids, widely used in toys before rubbing.
