[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a credit contract system and method for making a credit contract via a network in door-to-door sales, and more particularly to a system and method for intermediating between a credit sales company and a dealer and performing a credit operation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a door-to-door sales by a sales representative (hereinafter simply referred to as “sales”), when a business negotiation is concluded and the customer wishes to pay with credit provided by a credit card dealer, first the credit desired by the customer We will consider how to return the contract. At that time, we will calculate the split fee and total payment from the purchase amount according to the credit card company's quick reference table, and decide the return method according to the customer's wishes. At this time, there are a calculation method using a manual calculation method and a method that eliminates the manual calculation using a computer program that outputs a return method when a payment condition desired by a customer is input.
[0003]
Next, an application form for a credit contract is entered, the completed application form is sent to a credit sales company, and the identity of the customer who wants the credit contractor is confirmed. At that time, after the brokerage company that mediates between the credit sales company and the dealership receives the application form sent by FAX from the dealership, the brokerage company converts the application form into a format for each sales office of the credit sales company. Summarize each and send to fax company by fax.
[0004]
After the customer receives the application form carried by the dealer and fills in the necessary information, the customer sends the application form filled in with the necessary information to the brokerage company by FAX. The identity verification is confirmed by the credit sales company calling the customer's address or residence.
[0005]
The credit sales company that has received the credit contract applicant application form examines the customer's credit contract application form. The examination result is notified to the brokerage company by telephone or FAX, and the brokerage company notifies the dealer of the notification. Based on the notification, the dealer performs the subsequent procedure. For example, if the examination result is “decision”, it is out of the credit examination standard, and if it is “pending”, an erroneous entry such as an incorrect entry telephone number or a matter to be corrected may be investigated and an examination request may be made again. If the result of the examination is “approved”, procedures such as sending the signed contract to a credit sales company and contacting the transfer date are carried out.
[0006]
In the door-to-door sales, in the case of a system in which a brokerage company that mediates between a credit sales company and a dealership, the examination result is notified to the customer through the procedure described above.
[0007]
By the way, in the credit contract system and method described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-113033, a system that efficiently processes processing such as a credit contract return method, identity verification, and contract creation from online is proposed. . The system calculates the payment amount when a credit agreement is concluded with the credit sales company based on the payment conditions entered by the member for the amount of the purchased product and the rate notified by the credit sales company, In this system, identity verification is performed using an IC card, and personal information necessary for a credit contract is acquired from a host system based on the identity verification. In addition, the payment condition determined as described above and the personal information confirmed by the principal confirmation unit are transmitted to the host system to apply for a credit contract. Furthermore, when the approval of the examination started based on the contract application is obtained, the contract document can be printed out.
[0008]
In such a system, it is possible to easily determine how to return a credit contract or to verify the identity of an IC card, but it is necessary to transmit encrypted data in order to transmit IC card information. It was. Furthermore, the credit sales company needs to make a system different from the system using the conventional FAX, and it is necessary to perform a method different from the conventional method using the FAX. The credit sales company required additional work, such as managing the data of customers from whom IC cards were issued and the data of member stores.
[0009]
On the other hand, in the case of a system in which a brokerage company that brokers a credit sales company and a dealership is intervening, small-scale dealers and individuals who are difficult to tie up directly with the credit sales company can use door-to-door sales, etc., using the credit contract system of the credit sales company. In addition to being able to sell, the credit sales company can receive the same fax application form as before, so there is no need to add special trouble to the credit sales company, making it convenient for retailers and retail customers. This is advantageous compared to the case where no intermediary company is involved.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, after the brokerage company that mediates between the credit sales company and the dealership accepts the FAX credit application form sent from the dealership by FAX and checks the data entry omission of the buyer's contract application form, etc. , It is sorted and sent to each sales office of the credit sales company, but it is cumbersome, the work is cumbersome, omission of confirmation to check whether there is any ambiguity in filling in the contract application form, etc., and each sales office of the credit sales company There was an error in the operation such as mistakes in the work of sending the data all at once.
[0011]
In addition, after the examination results from the credit sales company are notified to the brokerage company by fax or telephone, the brokerage company will notify the dealer by fax or telephone. In the case of FAX, reading may be difficult.
[0012]
In the case of the credit contract system and method described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-113033, since the personal data of the IC card is transmitted via the network, the data to be transmitted must be encrypted, which is troublesome. Furthermore, the system is not effective when the customer does not have an IC card. In addition, the system is difficult to use for small-scale dealers and individuals who are difficult to directly partner with a credit sales company.
[0013]
The present invention has been made under the circumstances as described above, and an object of the present invention is to provide information on a credit contract application form accurately in a credit sales company in a system that mediates between the credit sales company and a store. A credit contract system via a network that allows credit contracts to be processed accurately and quickly in door-to-door sales, etc. by transferring the credit card company's examination results to the customer promptly. And providing a method.

Explain the procedures for mailing contracts. First, the retailer prints out the online contract application form and gives it to the purchaser along with the credit contract. Notice. Here, when the customer is at the store, the purchaser returns after returning home, or in the case of door-to-door sales, after the sales representative returns, Credit This contract is filled in and stamped, and after receiving a phone call from a credit sales company to confirm the purchaser, it is mailed to a dealer or an intermediary company. The dealer that received the mail will mail it to the brokerage company, and the brokerage company will fill in the customer contract and contract number in the credit contract that has been sent and mail it to the credit brokerage company. Also check. The credit sales company checks the credit agreement that has been sent by mail, and if there is no problem, the brokerage company processes the payment, and the brokerage company transfers the money to the dealer to complete the credit settlement.
[0055]
Hereinafter, the credit authentication rate fortune-telling will be described with reference to flowcharts, screen examples, and the like.
[0056]

Based on the information received in this way, the
[0059]
First, the answer to the question of the first item (indicated by Q.1 in FIG. 13; Q.2 to Q.20 also corresponds to the second item to the twentieth item) is a perfect score of 5 points. Then, a score (point) is given and stored in the hidden file. Further, according to the answer of the question after the second item, a score is similarly given with a maximum score of 5 and added to the score of the first item. Since these scores are added in the hidden file, it is not visible to the dividing person. Similarly, the third item to the nineteenth item are added to obtain a temporary total result. A method of assigning points will be described later. The provisional total score from the first term to the 19th term is a maximum of 95 points.
[0060]
Depending on the result of the input item of the twentieth item, the score is subtracted from the provisional summary value up to the nineteenth item, and the final summation is performed. Further, the items from the first item to the twentieth item correspond to the 20 items of the date of birth, gender, single ... desired purchase amount in FIG. Therefore, it is determined whether or not the value is subtracted from the provisional total value based on the answer to the purchase request amount.
[0061]
The score calculation method is an example, and can be calculated by any one of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, or a combination thereof, and the question items are not limited to the above-mentioned 20 items. Furthermore, the
[0062]
If the final result is 70 points or less, the fortune-telling result is rejected ("may be refused"), and if it is 71 points to 90 points, a joint guarantor ("Please ask a joint guarantor." If it is 91 points or more, it is approved ("If there are no questions or input errors, it is OK. However, it is not the main examination"). This result is transmitted to the web terminal 101a and the reference numeral 36 in the screen shown in FIG. 1 Displayed in the column. The button 36 2 Click to return to the menu screen.
[0063]
【The invention's effect】
In the system of the present invention, an intermediary company is interposed between a credit sales company and a retail store, so even a small retail store or individual who is difficult to partner directly with the credit sales company uses the credit contract system of the credit sales company. Sales such as door-to-door sales were possible. In addition, since the credit sales company can receive the contract application form by FAX as before, it is possible to provide a system that is convenient for the store or the customer of the sales store without adding special trouble to the credit sales company. .
[0064]
In addition, the credit contract application form entered via the network is converted into a format for each sales office of the credit sales company and sent by FAX. So far, the application form sent by FAX from the dealer is read by a dedicated computer. There are no misidentifications etc. that sometimes occurred, and it is possible to easily convert to a format for each sales office.
[0065]
In addition, if the credit card company informs you of the examination results, e-mail In this case, the dealer can access the web server and browse the details of the examination result without delay.
[0066]
Furthermore, in the case where the web server has an authentication rate measurement program and the credit authentication rate can be measured to predict the examination, the customer can gain interest by the prediction, The knowledge which becomes the reference regarding the propriety of the certification concerning this can be obtained.
