Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement of a group management system that is widely used in an apartment house composed of a plurality of buildings.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, group management systems are widely used in multi-family housing. In this building, an alarm monitoring panel is installed in each building to manage the housing information panel of the dwelling unit, and a central monitoring panel is connected to each of these alarm monitoring panels via an interface panel. The center monitoring panel communicates with the alarm monitoring panel of each building via the interface panel to manage the units in all the buildings in a group, so that abnormal conditions in all the units, i.e. Monitors the occurrence of abnormalities such as gas leaks.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in such a group management system, the center monitoring panel recognizes the ridge number of the dwelling unit where an error has occurred based on the address assigned to the interface panel that mediates communication with the alarm monitoring panel of each ridge. However, only one building number can be assigned to the interface panel.
[0004]
For this reason, if an alarm monitoring panel in each building is used to manage multiple units, the alarm monitoring panel in that building will receive the command from the other building based on the address of its own interface panel. Since the number is recognized, the building number is overlapped as a result, and the same dwelling unit information exists in the system, and the processing is impossible.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above circumstances, and a group management system in which a center monitoring panel can manage a plurality of buildings and an alarm monitoring panel in each building can manage multiple buildings. It is intended to provide.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object,
[0008]
Here, the management building number means a restricted building number that can be included in a predetermined communication command that is handled by the alarm monitoring panel or sent and received by the alarm monitoring panel. The display building number is the alarm monitoring panel. This is the actual building number that can be entered or referred to by a person in the center monitoring panel.
