Description
【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the terminal wire of the coiled wire is directly sandwiched and held by the holding means of the terminal detection device, there are the following problems.
[0012]
(1) The terminal wire of the coiled wire must be drawn to the holding means of the terminal detection device.
[0013]
(2) When pulling out the terminal wire of the coiled wire, it must be handled with care because it springs back due to the springback force.
[0014]
(3) When the coiled wire is a tight coil, it is impossible to use the terminal detection device because it is impossible to pull out the terminal wire.
[0015]
(4) When the terminal wire is pulled out from the coiled wire, the wire of the terminal wire is rubbed and the surface is scratched, which may cause the surface of the product.
[0016]
(5) It is necessary that the diameter of the wire retainer groove matches the wire diameter of the coiled wire.
[0017]
(6) It takes time to attach the end of the coiled wire to the wire retainer.
[0018]
(7) Since the terminal detector is hermetically sealed, the upper plate must be opened in the event of a failure, which takes time to repair.
[0019]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a terminal line detection method and apparatus that solves the above-described problems and is easy to handle and highly reliable.
[0020]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a terminal wire detection method of the present invention is a terminal wire detection method for detecting whether or not a coiled wire taken out from one end has been taken out to a terminal wire at the other end. The dummy wire is mounted and held by the holding means, and the determination means determines whether or not the dummy wire is detached from the holding means.
[0021]
In addition to the above configuration, the terminal wire detection method of the present invention preferably uses a clip attached to the dummy wire for mounting the dummy wire on the terminal wire.
[0022]
The terminal detection device of the present invention includes a housing, a holding unit that is provided on the upper plate of the housing and holds a dummy wire attached to the terminal wire at the other end of the coiled wire taken out from one end, A terminal line detection device including determination means for determining whether or not the dummy wire has been detached from the holding means, wherein an inner inspection hole is formed in the lower plate of the housing.
[0023]
In addition to the above configuration, the holding means of the terminal line detection device of the present invention includes an upper plate, an arm that is provided on the upper plate and rotates to sandwich a dummy wire between the upper plate, and the arm is drawn into the housing. The determination means may be composed of a cam attached to the arm and a limit switch that operates by rotation of the cam.
[0024]
According to the present invention, when the coiled wire taken out from one end is taken out to the terminal wire at the other end, the dummy wire previously attached to the terminal wire is detached from between the arm of the holding means and the upper plate. By determining whether or not the wire is disconnected, it is possible to detect whether or not the terminal line has been taken out.
[0025]
Mounting is facilitated by using a clip for mounting the dummy wire to the terminal line. The use of the dummy wire eliminates the work of drawing the terminal wire of the coiled wire. Since there is no terminal line drawing work, the burden on the operator is reduced and the quality of the product is improved because there is no damage to the terminal line that occurs during drawing. It is possible to adapt the coiled wire to various packages. Adaptation to each wire diameter of a wire becomes possible. Since a hole for internal inspection is formed in the lower plate of the casing of the terminal detection device, maintenance at the time of failure becomes easy.
[0026]
