Description

【0001】

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Referring to FIG. 1, a food dough continuous supply apparatus 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention is a hopper as an example of a dough receiving portion for receiving a large baby boom of food dough 3 such as bread dough, for example. 5, the food dough 3 is formed into a sheet-like dough 3 </ b> A having a predetermined thickness on both the left and right sides of the passage of the food dough 3 descending from the lower outlet of the hopper 5. A plurality of pinching rollers 7L and 7R as a plurality of pinching means capable of pinching are rotatably provided.
[0012]
The left and right clamping rollers 7L and 7R are rotationally driven in opposite directions by a motor (not shown) so as to feed the food dough 3 in the hopper 5 downward, and both the clamping rollers 7L and 7R. The distance between the shafts, that is, the distance between the two pressing rollers 7L and 7R is relatively wide and always almost constant so that the food dough 3 can be easily lowered in the present embodiment. The left and right nipping rollers 7L and 7R are provided to move up and down relatively with respect to the hopper 5.
[0013]
The up and down movement of the left and right nipping rollers 7L and 7R may be configured to move up and down synchronously as shown in FIG. 1 (A), or as shown in FIG. 7R may be alternately moved up and down. Note that various configurations such as a cam mechanism and a link mechanism are employed as a configuration that moves up and down synchronously and a configuration that moves up and down alternately in a state in which the distance between the left and right nipping rollers 7L and 7R is always kept substantially constant. Therefore, a detailed description of the configuration for moving the left and right nipping rollers 7L and 7R up and down is omitted.
[0014]
In the configuration as described above, an appropriately shaped baby boom 3 of the food dough 3 is put in or carried into a hopper 5 as an example of the dough receiving portion, and the left and right pressing rollers 7L and 7R are moved downward. When the left and right pressing rollers 7L and 7R are moved up and down, the food dough 3 is lowered between the left and right pressing rollers 7L and 7R, and the left and right pressing rollers 7L and 7R It is pinched and formed into a sheet-like fabric 3A.
[0015]
As described above, when the food dough 3 is formed on the sheet-like dough 3A by the left and right nipping rollers 7L and 7R, the left and right nipping rollers 7L and 7R move up and down to increase the nipping action area on the food dough 3. At the same time, there is a smoothing effect by keeping the distance between the left and right nipping rollers 7L and 7R substantially constant, and the thickness accuracy of the sheet-like cloth 3A is improved. Further, when the left and right nipping rollers 7L and 7R are lowered, the sheet material 3A is given a feeding action in the downward direction in combination with the rotation, so that the feeding action can be improved. is there.
[0016]
Further, as shown in FIG. 1B, when the left and right pressing rollers 7L and 7R are alternately moved up and down, in the portion where the food dough 3 in the hopper 5 is formed on the sheet-like dough 3A. The food dough 3 is swelled, undulated, and the like, and the food dough 3 is given a kneading action, and the gluten structure in the food dough 3 can be strengthened.
[0017]
Further, when the left and right nipping rollers 7L and 7R are moved up and down, the food dough 3 is moved downward by controlling the nipping rollers 7L and 7R to have different rotational speeds according to the rising and descending speeds. For example, the feed speed of the food dough 3 in the downward direction can be controlled to be substantially constant. In some cases, the feed rate can be appropriately controlled according to the convenience of the downstream side.
[0018]
FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, a plurality of pressing rollers 9A, 9B, 9C arranged in a plurality of stages on the left and right sides as a plurality of pressing means, respectively. 11A, 11B, and 11C are arranged in a row, and the distance between the left and right nipping rollers 9B, 9C, 11B, and 11C is lower than the distance between the left and right nipping rollers 9A and 11A on the upper side. The left and right nipping roller rows 13L and 13R are arranged in a V shape so that is narrower. The distance between the left and right rollers 9C and 11C at the bottom is always kept substantially constant so that the food dough 3 is formed into a sheet-like dough 3A having a predetermined thickness.
[0019]
The rotation speed of each of the pressure rollers 9A to 9C: 11A to 11C in the left and right pressure roller rows 13L and 13R can be arbitrarily adjusted. In the embodiment, the lower the pressure roller, the circumferential speed is higher. Is rotated so that the pinching pressure of the food dough 3 and the feeding action in the downward direction are smoothly performed.
[0020]
2A illustrates the case where the left and right pressing roller rows 13L and 13R move up and down in an oblique direction in synchronization, and the configuration in FIG. 2B shows the left and right pressing roller rows. The case where 13L and 13R are alternately moved up and down in an oblique direction is illustrated.
[0021]
In the above configuration, the food dough 3 can be more easily lowered from the hopper 5 into the left and right pressure roller rows 13L and 13R because the left and right pressure roller rows 13L and 13R are V-shaped. In addition, the pressure application area is longer than that in the above-described embodiment, and the action of squeezing the food dough 3 is further improved. And the uniformity of the thickness of the sheet-like cloth 3A is further improved by maintaining the distance between the left and right nipping rollers 9C, 11C at a substantially constant level.
[0022]
By the way, when the left and right nipping rollers 9A to 9C: 11A to 11C are moved up and down, the rotation speeds of the nipping rollers 9A to 9C: 11A to 11C are controlled to be different depending on the rising speed and the descending speed. Thus, the downward feeding action of the food dough 3 can be controlled, and the same effect as in the above-described embodiment can be obtained.
[0023]
FIG. 3 shows a third embodiment according to the present invention. In this embodiment, a plurality of left and right clamping rollers 15A to 15D: 17A to 17D as clamping means for clamping the food dough 3 on both left and right sides of the passage of the food dough 3 descending from the hopper 5 are used. The left and right nipping roller rows 19L and 19R are arranged in a V shape, and the upper side swings in the left-right direction with the upper side approaching and separating from each other around the lower part of the left and right nipping roller rows 19L and 19R. This is a configuration that can be moved. Also in this embodiment, the rotation of the nipping rollers 15A to 15D: 17A to 17D is the same as that of the second embodiment.
[0024]
The configuration shown in FIG. 3A is the upper side of the left and right pressure roller rows 19L and 19R with the lowermost pressure roller rows 15D and 17D held at a constant interval in the left and right pressure roller rows 19L and 19R. The configuration shown in FIG. 3B is a modified example in which the interval between the pressing rollers 15C and 17C in the second stage from the bottom is kept constant, and the pressing roller 15C 17C, the left and right nipping roller rows 19L and 19R are provided so as to be swingable in the left-right direction.
[0025]
In the above configuration, the food dough 3 descending from the hopper 5 is clamped by swinging in the left-right direction so that the upper sides of the left and right pressing roller rows 19L, 19R come close to and away from each other. It can be formed on the fabric 3A.
[0026]
At this time, the center of oscillation of the left and right nipping roller rows 19L and 19R is the lower side of the left and right nipping roller rows 19L and 19R, and the food dough 3 lowered from the hopper 5 has already been thinly pinched, In addition, since the laterally widening width of the left and right pinching rollers near the rocking center or near the rocking center is small and almost constant, the thickness of the sheet-like material 3A transferred by being pinched is always almost constant. And the thickness of the sheet-like material 3A becomes uniform as compared with the conventional case.
[0027]
The center of swinging of the left and right nipping roller rows 19L and 19R is not limited to the axis of the nipping roller, but may be a position close to, for example, the lowermost nipping rollers 15D and 17D.
[0028]
FIG. 4 shows a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, a large-diameter pressing roller is provided as one pressing means on one side of the path of the food dough 3 descending from the hopper 5. 21 is rotatably arranged so as to feed the food dough 3 downward, and a plurality of nipping rollers 23A, 23B, and 23C are rotatably arranged on the other side of the passage of the food dough 3 as the other nipping means. This is a configuration that is movably provided in a direction that is relatively close to and away from the large-diameter pinching roller 21. A pair of left and right pressing rollers 25L and 25R is arranged below the large-diameter pressing roller 21 and the pressing roller 23C as the pressing means so that the distance is always kept substantially constant.
[0029]
In the above configuration, each pressing roller is rotated so as to transfer the food dough 3 downward, and each of the plurality of pressing rollers 23A, 23B, 23C is individually moved in the directions of arrows P, Q, R. The food dough 3 descending from the hopper 5 can be pinched by expanding and reducing the distance from the large-diameter pinching roller 21. And it can form in sheet-like cloth 3A of fixed thickness by pinching with a pair of lowermost pressure roller 25L and 25R.
[0030]
In the above-described configuration, the plurality of right-side nipping rollers 23A, 23B, 23C, and 25R are arranged in a single row as a nipping roller row. The upper side of the roller row may be configured to swing in the left-right direction.
[0031]
FIG. 4B shows a modification of the configuration shown in FIG. 4A, and shows a case where the nipping rollers 23A, 23B, and 23C are configured in an elliptical shape or an oval shape. Thus, by forming the pinching rollers 23A, 23B, and 23C into an oval shape, the distance from the large-diameter pinching roller 21 can be expanded and contracted only by rotating at a fixed position. Although it is possible to omit moving the rollers 23A, 23B, and 23C in the directions of arrows P, Q, and R shown in FIG. 4A, a configuration in which the rollers 23A, 23B, and 23C move in the directions of the arrows may be used.
[0032]
FIG. 5 shows a fifth embodiment of the present invention, in which paired nipping rollers have the same diameter as the nipping means arranged on the left and right sides of the passage of the food dough 3 descending from the hopper 5. A plurality of eccentric pinching rollers 27A, 27B, 27C having different diameters are provided as left and right pinching roller rows 31L, 31R so as to become narrower toward the lower side of the passage.
[0033]
In the above-described configuration, the eccentric clamping rollers 27A to 27C and 29A to 29C in the left and right clamping roller rows 31L and 31R are lowered from the hopper 5 by rotating so that the circumferential speed of the lower clamping roller increases. The food dough 3 is clamped and fed out as a sheet-shaped dough 3A having a substantially constant thickness from between the lowermost eccentric pressing rollers 27C and 29C.
[0034]
By the way, in the above configuration, when the eccentric clamping rollers 27A to 27C and 29A to 29C having different diameters are rotated in synchronization with each other, for example, as shown in FIG. In the configuration in which the diameter is small, the food dough 3 is subjected to a pinching action and a compression action, and as shown in FIG. 5 (B), the diameter of the eccentric pinching roller becomes larger toward the lower side. The food dough 3 is subjected to a pinching action and a stretching action.
[0035]
Therefore, by using properly according to the characteristics of the food dough 3 and the characteristics of the product to be manufactured, it is possible to obtain an appropriate dough corresponding to the product and to send it out as a sheet-shaped dough 3A having a substantially constant thickness. is there.
[0036]
By the way, in the above configuration, the configuration in which all the pressure rollers are eccentric rollers has been described. However, the normal pressure between the left and right pressure roller rows 13L and 13R, for example, the lower pressure roller is not an eccentric roller. It is also possible to adopt a configuration of a roller, or a configuration in which only one portion of the pressure roller is an eccentric pressure roller. That is, it is possible to adopt a configuration in which a normal nipping roller and an eccentric nipping roller are appropriately combined.
[0037]
FIG. 6 shows a sixth embodiment of the present invention, and this embodiment shows a modification of the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. That is, in this embodiment, instead of the large-diameter pinching roller 21 illustrated in the fourth embodiment, a plurality of extending rollers 37 are arranged on the same circumference of a rotating member 35 that is rotatable around a shaft 33. Since the rotation member 35 and the plurality of extending rollers 37 correspond to a large-diameter pinching roller, the other configurations are the same as those in the fourth embodiment described above. It is the same composition as. Therefore, the same reference numerals are assigned to components having the same function, and redundant description is omitted. The above-described configuration can also achieve the same effect as described above.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
As can be understood from the above description, according to the present invention, the food dough lowered from the dough receiving portion such as a hopper is sandwiched between the sheet-like dough by the clamping means disposed on the left and right sides of the food dough passage. When the pressure is formed, the gap near the final stage in the clamping means is always held almost constant and fed out, so that the thickness of the sheet-like food dough can always be clamped almost uniformly. Thus, the thickness accuracy of the food dough that is continuously fed out can be improved, and the conventional problems as described above can be solved.
