Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a decorative material mounting structure and a decorative material mounting tool for attaching a decorative material such as a pillar, torso, and windbreak to a building frame, and in particular, to a building frame such as a column and windbreak in a vertical direction or oblique direction. The present invention relates to a mounting structure and a mounting tool for a decorative material that is mounted in a direction.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Cosmetic materials such as pillars, girder, and windbreak are attached to the outer wall surface of the building mainly to improve the aesthetics of the building and prevent rainwater from flowing into the gaps in the building frame. Among these, as shown in FIG. 6, there are a torso 201 and a decorative beam 202 as decorative materials attached in the horizontal direction (horizontal direction) of the building, and pillars as decorative materials attached in the vertical direction (vertical direction). 203 and a corner pillar 204. Further, as a decorative material attached in an oblique direction, there is a blast 205 or the like.
[0003]
Conventionally, these decorative materials are attached to the building frame by screwing or nailing. However, various improvements have been made for the purpose of facilitating the mounting work, improving the mounting strength, improving the aesthetic appearance, etc., and at present, the method of fixing the decorative material to the building frame via the mounting tool is the mainstream. . For example, as an attachment structure for a decorative material using an attachment, there is an attachment structure disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-306572. Hereinafter, a structure for attaching a decorative material using the fixture will be described.
[0004]
FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view for explaining a structure for attaching a decorative material using a fixture. The base plate portion 121 of the fixture 120 is attached to the building housing 130 with screws 140. The fixture 120 includes a fitting receiving portion 122 on the attachment surface side of the decorative material, and a protrusion 112 formed to protrude from the main body 111 of the decorative material 110 is inserted into the fitting receiving portion 122. Yes. In addition, the protrusion part 112 is normally formed in multiple numbers so that it may extend in the longitudinal direction (the direction perpendicular | vertical to a paper surface in the figure) of the decorative material 110. FIG. Since decorative materials range from several tens of centimeters to long ones of several meters, they are usually fixed to the building frame by providing attachments at several locations.
[0005]
The fitting receiving portion 122 of the fixture 120 has a spring property, and a locking piece 124 is formed by bending the tip of the elastic piece 123. Further, a constricted portion 113 is formed on the side wall of the protruding portion 112 of the decorative material 110. The locking piece 124 and the constricted portion 113 are spring-fitted at the time of attachment, so that they are strongly engaged with each other, and the decorative material 110 is securely fixed to the fixture 120.
[0006]
As described above, the decorative material is attached to the building frame without exposing the screw on the surface of the decorative material and with a high attachment strength secured. In addition, the attachment structure of the decorative material using this attachment is applicable to the attachment of not only the horizontal direction but also all the decorative materials such as the vertical direction and the oblique direction.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, ceramic materials and resin materials have often been used as the decorative material. Among them, most of them are resin-made cosmetic materials that are easy to process, rich in design, and lightweight. However, in recent years, due to environmental considerations, many cosmetics have been formed by mixing wood powder into resin materials. Currently, products with a wood powder content of 50% or more have been commercialized. It is being done.
[0008]
However, it is difficult for a decorative material mixed with a large amount of wood powder to be reduced in weight by being foamed like a conventional decorative material made only of resin. This is because when a resin containing a large amount of wood powder is foamed, the decorative material becomes very brittle, making it difficult to manufacture. Furthermore, the mounting strength is greatly reduced, and workability is also difficult. For this reason, in order to raise the intensity | strength of a decorative material, it is necessary to shape | mold a decorative material by non-foaming, As a result, it will be a 1.5 times or more weight compared with the low-foaming decorative material.
[0009]
When a resin decorative material mixed with wood powder and molded without foaming is attached to a building frame using the above-described fixture, a problem arises due to an increase in weight. For cosmetics that can be mounted in a horizontal direction, such as a torso or a decorative beam, since the protrusions of the cosmetic material are supported by the fitting receiving portions of the fixture, the weight of the cosmetic material increases. In the case of cosmetics that can be installed in the vertical direction, such as attached pillars and corner pillars, or those that are installed in an oblique direction such as gusts of wind, the ridges of the cosmetic material are The inside of the fitting receiving part may slide and slide down downward. When this slippage occurs, the design property, which is the original function of the decorative material, is greatly impaired, which is very problematic.
[0010]
For example, when connecting a decorative material and a decorative material, a slight gap is often provided between them, and the gap is often filled with a caulking material. At this time, after the decorative material is attached at a predetermined position, the caulking material is applied to the gap. When the decorative material is connected in the vertical direction, the upper decorative material faces downward before the caulking material is cured. By sliding, the gap is reduced, and the caulking material is sometimes compressed and hardened in a state of protruding onto the surface. If this is done, the aesthetics will be greatly impaired, and the original function of the cosmetic material will not be exhibited.
[0011]
Furthermore, when fixing a decorative material using a fixture, the decorative material may be temporarily fixed by the fixture, and the permanent fixation may be performed using an adhesive in combination, but the adhesive is solidified. If misalignment occurs, the decorative material may be firmly fixed with the misalignment.
[0012]
In order to solve this problem, some L-shaped stopper members are attached to the building frame and the decorative material is supported by the stopper members to prevent the decorative material from sliding downward. As can be seen, the workability is poor compared to the conventional mounting structure, and the stopper may not be provided depending on the structure of the building frame.
[0013]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to easily prevent a positional shift caused by sliding of the cosmetic material even when a relatively heavy cosmetic material is attached, and to attach the cosmetic material so that the installation work can be performed simply as before. It is an object of the present invention to provide a structure and a fixture for a decorative material.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the decorative material mounting structure according to the present invention, the decorative material includes a protrusion extending in the vertical direction on the mounting surface side, and the mounting tool includes a base plate portion fixed to the building frame, and the decorative material. The fitting receiving part formed in the opposing surface side and the bottom face receiving part similarly located in the opposing surface side with a cosmetic material, and arrange | positioned at the lower end surface of the said fitting receiving part are provided. Further, at the time of attachment, the cosmetic material is fixed to the fixture by the fitting material protruding portion being fitted and sandwiched by the fitting receiving portion of the fixture, and the lower end surface of the protruding portion is By coming into contact with the bottom surface receiving portion, positional deviation of the decorative material from the fixture is prevented. In this decorative material mounting structure, the bottom surface receiving portion is configured separately from the base plate portion and the fitting receiving portion, and is detachably assembled to the fitting receiving portion.
[0015]
In this way, the cosmetic material is displaced after the cosmetic material is attached by attaching the cosmetic material to the building frame via the fixture having the bottom surface receiving portion that contacts the lower end surface of the protruding portion of the cosmetic material. Nothing will happen. This is especially effective when a relatively heavy decorative material is attached to the building frame in the vertical or diagonal direction so as to intersect the horizon, and the bottom receiving portion comes into contact with the lower end surface of the ridge to apply the decorative material. By supporting, the cosmetic material is prevented from slipping off due to its own weight. In addition, as described above, the bottom receiving part is configured separately from the other parts of the fixture, and the fixture can be shared by being detachably assembled to the fixture. The fixtures at the position where the bottom receiving part is required are only the lowest-end fixtures when the cosmetic material is installed in the vertical direction or the diagonal direction, and the fixtures installed at other positions or the cosmetic material in the lateral direction. The attachment for mounting does not require a bottom receiving part. For this reason, when a bottom face receiving part is not a separate body, it is necessary to manufacture two types of attachments, that is, a fitting with a bottom face receiving part and a fitting without a bottom face receiving part. On the other hand, when the bottom surface receiving part is configured separately as in this configuration, it is sufficient to manufacture one type of attachment and a separate bottom surface receiving part that can be attached and detached, before shipping or on site. If necessary, the bottom surface receiving portion may be attached to the fixture, and the parts can be shared.
[0016]
Examples of the heavy decorative material include a decorative material made of a non-foamed resin material mixed with wood powder and a decorative material made of a ceramic material. In addition, examples of the decorative material attached to the building frame so as to intersect the horizontal line include a vertical column and a corner column in the vertical direction, and a gust of wind in the diagonal direction.
[0017]
In the decorative material mounting structure according to the present invention, it is preferable that, for example, the protruding portion of the decorative material is introduced into the fitting receiving portion of the mounting tool and is clamped by spring fitting.
[0018]
As in this configuration, the fitting receiving part of the fixture has a spring property, and the cosmetic material is attached by pressing the protrusion of the decorative material directly against the fitting receiving part. It becomes easy and workability is greatly improved.
[0021]
In the decorative material mounting structure according to the present invention, for example, it is desirable that the bottom surface receiving portion includes a leg portion that comes into contact with the top surface of the decorative material attached to the building frame in the lateral direction.
[0022]
In the present invention, as described above, the bottom surface receiving portion has a structure that supports the decorative material by the lower end surface of the protruding portion of the decorative material coming into contact with the bottom surface receiving portion of the fixture. As a reinforcing material for supporting the weight, it is desirable that the bottom surface receiving portion includes a leg portion. In general, a plurality of decorative materials are attached to a building frame in a vertical direction or a horizontal direction, and these are often connected to each other. For this reason, for example, when the lower end of the decorative material in the vertical direction is connected to the decorative material in the horizontal direction, the bottom receiving portion of the fixture protrudes further downward from the lower end surface of the fitting receiving portion. By providing a leg, and this leg abuts on the upper surface of the lateral decorative material attached to the building frame, the weight of the vertical decorative material can be attached laterally via the leg. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the cosmetic material from slipping off more reliably.
[0023]
A decorative material fixture according to the present invention includes a base plate portion fixed to a building frame, a fitting receiving portion that is formed on one surface of the base plate portion and is fitted to a protrusion provided on the decorative material, In order to prevent displacement of the decorative material, an end surface receiving portion that closes one end surface of the fitting receiving portion is provided. In this decorative material fixture, the end surface receiving portion is configured separately from the base plate portion and the fitting receiving portion, and is detachably assembled to the fitting receiving portion.
[0024]
As described above, by providing the end face receiving portion that closes one end face of the fitting receiving portion, it is possible to prevent the positional deviation of the decorative material. In particular, it is effective as a means for preventing misalignment of a decorative material attached in a vertical direction or an oblique direction. In addition, as described above, the end face receiving portion is configured separately from the other portions of the fixture, and the fitting fixture can be shared by being detachably assembled to the fitting receiving portion. .
[0027]
In the decorative material fixture according to the present invention, it is desirable that the end surface receiving portion includes a leg portion extending in a direction opposite to the fitting receiving portion.
[0028]
As described above, the end surface receiving portion includes the leg portion that protrudes and extends toward the opposite side of the fitting receiving portion, so that the leg portion is brought into contact with the other member of the building frame and the weight of the decorative material Can be released to the other members, and a further effect of preventing the cosmetic material from slipping off can be obtained.
[0029]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the decorative material mounting structure and fixtures described below are all at the lowermost end when the decorative material is vertically mounted on the building frame.
[0030]
(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is a diagram for explaining a decorative material mounting structure according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, and FIG. 1 (a) is a partially broken view seen from the building housing side in a state in which the decorative material is attached to a fixture. A back view and (b) are schematic sectional drawings. 2 is an enlarged view of a dotted line portion in FIG. 1A, and FIG. 2A shows a case where the lower end surface of the ridge portion and the contact surface of the bottom surface receiving portion are in contact ( b) shows a case where a slight gap is provided between them. 3A is a front view, FIG. 3B is a bottom view, and FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view for explaining the structure of the fixture.
[0031]
(Structure of fixture)
First, the structure of the fixture will be described with reference to FIG. The fixture 20 includes a base plate portion 21 made of a plate-like body, and includes one fitting receiving portion 22 extending in the vertical direction on the decorative material mounting surface side of the base plate portion 21 on the left and right sides. The fitting receiving portion 22 includes a pair of elastic pieces 23 protruding from the base plate portion 21, and a locking piece 24 formed by folding the tip of the elastic piece 23 toward the inside of the fitting receiving portion 22. It is composed of Since the fitting receiving portion 22 has a spring property, it is possible to receive the protruding portion of the decorative material in the gap portion inside thereof.
[0032]
In the fixture for fixing the lowermost portion of the decorative material when the decorative material is attached to the building frame in the vertical direction or the oblique direction, a bottom surface receiving portion (end surface receiving portion) 25 is provided on the lower end surface of the fitting receiving portion 22. Is assembled. The bottom surface receiving portion 25 is formed separately from the fitting receiving portion 22 and the base plate portion 21, and is assembled as necessary. The contact surface 26 of the bottom surface receiving portion 25 is assembled so as to close a gap formed inside the fitting receiving portion 22 at the end face of the fitting receiving portion 22.
[0033]
Referring to FIG. 4, bottom surface receiving portion 25 is assembled so that claw portion 25 a is hooked to notch portion 23 a provided at a predetermined position of fitting receiving portion 22. Further, the fitting receiving portion 22 is assembled to the base plate portion 21, and the bottom receiving portion 25 is assembled so as to be sandwiched between the fitting receiving portion 22 and the base plate portion 21.
[0034]
The fixture 20 is preferably formed of a metal material such as stainless steel that has excellent corrosion resistance and is easily molded into a desired shape. Moreover, it is preferable that the fitting receiving part 22 and the bottom face receiving part 25 have a spring property so that the protruding portion of the decorative material can be inserted, and in order to secure this spring property, a stainless plate is bent. It is desirable that it be formed.
[0035]
(Applying structure for decorative material)
Next, with reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 (a), the attachment structure of the decorative material will be described. The fixture 20 is fixed to the building frame with screws 40 as in the above-described conventional example. The attachment of the decorative material 10 to the fixture 20 is performed by inserting the protrusion 12 of the decorative material 10 into the fitting receiving portion 22 formed in the fixture 20 and spring-fitting and clamping. Here, the front end of the locking piece 24 of the fitting receiving portion 22 is locked to the constricted portion 13 provided on the side wall of the protruding portion 12 of the decorative material 10 and meshes with each other, so that the decorative material has high mounting strength. 10 is fixed to the fixture 20. Further, the lower end surface of the protruding portion 12 of the decorative material 10 is in contact with the contact surface 26 of the bottom surface receiving portion 25 assembled to the fixture 20.
[0036]
When attaching the decorative material, it is not always necessary to attach the decorative material in such a manner that the lower end surface of the protrusion is in contact with the contact surface of the bottom receiving portion of the fixture. In consideration of the efficiency, it is practical to attach with a slight gap as shown in FIG. Even if the decorative material is misaligned when mounted with a slight gap, the lower end surface of the ridge always comes into contact with the abutment surface of the bottom surface receiving portion, so that further misalignment is ensured. Is prevented. Moreover, such a misalignment does not impair the beauty of the building.
[0037]
(effect)
As described above, by providing the bottom surface receiving portion at a predetermined position of the fixture, the cosmetic material may fall off due to its own weight even when a heavy weight cosmetic material is attached to the building frame in the vertical direction or the oblique direction. Disappear. In addition, since it is only necessary to make a slight change to a conventionally used fixture, there is no need to newly change the mounting structure or make a significant design change.
[0038]
(Embodiment 2)
FIG. 5 is a diagram for explaining a decorative material mounting structure according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention, and FIG. 5 (a) is a partially broken view seen from the building frame side in a state in which the decorative material is attached to the fixture. It is a back view, (b) is an enlarged view of the dotted line part in Fig.5 (a). In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected in the figure about the part similar to the above-mentioned Embodiment 1, and the description is abbreviate | omitted.
[0039]
(Structure of fixture)
Referring to FIG. 5, in the present embodiment, leg portion 26 a is provided at a predetermined position of bottom surface receiving portion 25. The leg portion 26 a is formed so as to protrude further downward from the contact surface 26 in a state where the bottom surface receiving portion 25 is attached to the lower end surface of the fitting receiving portion 22. For this reason, as shown in the figure, the leg portion 26 a protrudes from the lower end of the decorative material 10 even after the decorative material 10 is attached.
[0040]
(Application example)
The fixture provided with the bottom surface receiving portion 25 having the leg portions 26a is used, for example, when the decorative material and the decorative material are connected in the vertical direction, and the decorative material positioned above and the decorative material positioned below are used. It is attached to the lowermost end of the upper decorative material so that the leg portion 26a is located in the gap portion between the two. By this leg portion 26a, the weight of the cosmetic material attached to the upper side can be released to the cosmetic material attached to the lower side, so that a reinforcing effect can be obtained and the cosmetic material can be used for positioning.
[0041]
When using the fixture provided with the above-mentioned leg part 26a, it is desirable that the decorative material located below is a decorative material that is attached in the lateral direction. For example, a gap between the first floor portion and the second floor portion of the building is used. This is effective when connecting the pillars of the second floor on the blinds to be blindfolded.
[0042]
(effect)
As described above, by providing a leg portion on the bottom surface receiving portion and letting the weight of the cosmetic material to the lower decorative material etc. via this leg portion, more than the case where the cosmetic material is supported only by the bottom surface receiving portion. A heavy decorative material can be attached to the building frame in the vertical direction. In addition, after attaching the decorative material to the building frame, the caulking material is embedded in the gap between the decorative material and the decorative material where the leg portion is located, so that the leg portion is not exposed to the outside and the aesthetic appearance is impaired. It will never happen.
[0043]
In the first and second embodiments described above, the case where the bottom surface receiving portion is assembled to the fixture in advance has been described as an example. However, the bottom surface receiving portion may be designed to be detachably attached. . In this case, since the bottom surface receiving portion is assembled to the fixture as necessary at the site, parts can be shared and workability can be improved.
[0044]
Moreover, in the above-described first and second embodiments, the case where the bottom surface receiving portion is formed as a separate body is illustrated, but the present invention is not particularly limited thereto. The bottom surface receiving portion may be configured by folding a part of the fixture, or a screw or the like may be attached and used as the bottom surface receiving portion. However, in order to secure a sufficient mounting strength to support the decorative material, and to make a bottom surface receiving portion having a spring property so that the protruding portion of the decorative material can be inserted into the fitting receiving portion of the fixture. Seems to be optimally formed separately as described above.
[0045]
Furthermore, the shape of the connecting portion between the decorative material and the fixture is not particularly limited to the structure shown in the above embodiment. Any structure can be used as long as the protrusion of the decorative material and the fitting receiving part of the fixture are fitted together, and the protruding part and the fitting receiving part may slide. Also, the present invention is effectively applied.
[0046]
Thus, the above-described embodiments disclosed herein are illustrative in all respects and are not restrictive. The technical scope of the present invention is defined by the terms of the claims, and is intended to include any modifications within the scope and meaning equivalent to the terms of the claims.
[0047]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, a comparatively heavy cosmetic material represented by a ceramic material mixed and non-foamed or a ceramic material is used in a longitudinal or oblique direction. Even in the case of attaching to the building frame using a conventional fixture, the decorative material does not slide due to its own weight and does not shift in position, so that the aesthetic appearance of the building is ensured. In addition, since it can be easily applied to a mounting structure using a mounting tool that has been generalized in the past, no significant design change or change in the mounting structure is required.
