Description

【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the mirror panel disclosed in Patent Document 1, since the mirror is tilted toward the washing field and is directly attached to the recess, the mirror in the washing field is easy to see depending on the tilt angle of the mirror. However, since the mirror is located in the depression, the mirror is far from the bather sitting at the washing place, and it is difficult to sufficiently improve the usability of the mirror. is doing.
[0005]
In addition, since the mirror is directly attached in the recess in the width direction of the mirror panel, the storage shelf formed on the mirror panel is provided in the overhanging portion on the side of the mirror, and the volume of the storage shelf itself is reduced. It is difficult to ensure sufficiently, and all the items stored in the storage shelf are in a state of being visually recognized by a bather in the washing place, and there is a problem that the appearance may be inferior.
[0006]
Furthermore, since the storage shelf is integrally formed at the opposite end of the mirror panel and the mirror is directly attached in the recess, the position of the storage shelf with respect to the mirror panel is limited to the right side when viewed from the front. Although it can be applied to a bathroom having a layout in which a bathtub is located on the left side, it has a problem that it cannot be applied to a bathroom in a layout in which the bathtub is located on the right side of the mirror panel.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and its purpose is that the mirror can be easily attached at a position close to the bather and its usability is sufficiently improved, and the space on the back surface of the mirror is used as a storage space. The object is to provide a mirror panel for a bathroom that can be used effectively to improve the usability of the storage shelf and improve its appearance at the same time. Another object of the present invention is to provide a mirror panel for a bathroom that can be easily applied to a bathroom having various layouts such as the position of the storage shelf even when the storage shelf is provided.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the invention described in claim 1 of the present invention is:BathroomA mirror panel in a bathroom assembled on a wall surface and having a mirror attached to the front surface of the bathroom panel. Can be extendedIt was formed symmetrically with respect to the center line in the vertical direction of the panel bodyA plurality of mirror mounting portions are integrally formed in the vertical direction, and the mirror mounting portions at the upper and lower end portions have a function of mounting other accessory devices other than the mirror. Also,Claim 2In the invention described in Item 1, the accessory device is a faucet operation unit having a water discharge port.
[0009]
With this configuration, a mirror mounting portion having a predetermined height is integrally formed on the panel body of the mirror panel that is integrally assembled, for example, on the wall surface on the bathroom side in the bathroom, and the mirror is attached to the mirror mounting portion. At the same time, a shelf member of the storage shelf is extended. As a result, the mirror can be mounted in a state where it is lifted from the panel body by the height of the mirror mounting part, just by attaching the mirror to the mirror mounting part formed integrally with the panel body. It can be set and the usability of the mirror can be improved sufficiently. At the same time, since the shelf plate member is extended to the mirror mounting portion, the space on the back surface of the mirror can be effectively used as a storage space, and the space for the storage shelf is increased to improve the usability and not always used. The stored items can be stored concealed on the shelf member on the back of the mirror, and the appearance of the storage shelf can be improved.
[0010]
In addition, a plurality of mirror mounting portions are formed symmetrically with respect to the center line in the vertical direction on the panel main body, and the mirror mounting portions at the upper and lower ends thereof have a function of mounting other accessory devices other than the mirror. Even when rotated 180 degrees in the vertical plane, the mirror mounting part can be set to the same position, etc. For example, even if the shelf as a storage shelf is mounted on either the left or right side of the mounting part, By rotating 180 degrees in the plane, it can be applied to both a bathroom with a layout in which the bathtub is located on the right side of the mirror panel and a bathroom with a layout in which the bathtub is located on the left side. Furthermore, since the mirror mounting portions at the upper and lower ends of the plurality of mirror mounting portions have mounting functions such as a faucet operation unit other than the mirror, various accessory devices are not used for the mirror mounting portion. It can be easily mounted, improving the mounting workability and improving the design of the mirror panel itself.

On the front surface (front surface) of the mirror panel 7, for example, an elliptical mirror 8, a faucet operation unit 9 having a water discharge port 9a, a faucet body 10, a bathroom lighting device 12 including a downlight, and a plurality of shelf boards A storage shelf 13 having shelf plates 14 and 15 as members is incorporated.
[0014]
That is, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the mirror panel 7 has a panel body 7 a formed by resin molding into a vertically long rectangular shape when viewed from the front. The projecting portions 17a and 17b projecting to a predetermined height are integrally formed, and a flat recess 18 is integrally formed at the central portion in the width direction, and the surface shape is formed in a substantially arc shape in plan view. . In addition, a plurality of (five in the drawing) attachment portions 19a to 19e are integrally formed at a central portion in the width direction of the panel body 7 at predetermined intervals along the vertical direction when the panel body 7a is molded.
[0015]
Each of the mounting portions 19a to 19e is a flat plate having a horizontal predetermined thickness and is formed at the same height. The mounting portions 19a and 19e having the same shape are formed at the uppermost end and the lowermost end. , 19e, three mounting portions 19b to 19d having the same shape and functioning as the shelf plate 14 of the storage shelf 13 are formed at regular intervals. That is, of the total five attachment portions 19a to 19e, the central attachment portion 19c in the vertical direction is set on the line of the center line 27a (see FIG. 4) in the vertical direction (height direction) of the panel body 7a. The mounting portions 19a and 19d and the mounting portions 19a and 19e are formed from the mounting portion 19c with the same spacing in the vertical direction, so that the mounting portions 19a to 19e are formed at symmetrical positions with respect to the center line 27a in the vertical direction. Has been.
[0016]
Of the five attachment portions 19a to 19e, the upper four attachment portions 19a to 19d are used as the mirror attachment portions of the present invention, and as shown in FIG. 3, the front end surfaces of the attachment portions 19a to 19e The mirror mounting plate 20 is fixed with screws 21 in the screw holes formed in. The mirror 8 is attached to the attachment portions 19a to 19d of the panel main body 7a via the mirror attachment plate 20 by attaching the concave groove of the attachment fitting 22 to the mirror attachment plate 20 by engaging, for example, the outer peripheral edge of the mirror 8. It has been.
[0017]
The mounting structure of the mirror 8 to the mounting portions 19a to 19e is not limited to this example. For example, the mirror 8 is mounted using the mirror mounting plate 20 in which the mirror engaging portion is integrally formed, or the mirror mounting plate 20 is attached. Other appropriate mounting structures such as, for example, screw fixing only to the uppermost mounting portion 19a and the mounting portion 19d can be adopted without screw fixing to all of the four mounting portions 19a to 19d.
[0018]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the three attachment portions 19 b to 19 d that also serve as the shelf 14 of the storage shelf 13 are predetermined on the upper surface of the left end portion in the width direction on the upper surface side (and the lower surface of the left end portion on the lower surface side). A drop-preventing wall 23a (and a drop-preventing wall 23b) projecting in size is integrally formed, and water on the mounting portions 19b to 19d is laterally provided at the rear of the drop-preventing wall 23a (and the drop-preventing wall 23b). A drainage groove 24a (and a drainage groove 24b) to be washed away is formed. Further, an engagement portion 25a (and an engagement portion 25b) having a step height of a predetermined height is integrally formed on the upper surface (and the lower surface of the right end portion) in the width direction of the attachment portions 19b to 19d.
[0019]
By these fall prevention walls 23a, 23b, drain grooves 24a, 24b and engaging portions 25a, 25b, the mounting portions 19b-19d are set symmetrically with respect to the center line 27a in the vertical direction, and the mounting portions 19a-19e described above. When the panel main body 7a is rotated 180 degrees in the vertical plane in the direction of the arrow A in FIG. 4 around the center position 26 that is the center in the width direction and the height direction, The positions of the mounting portions 19a to 19e when viewed from the front are set to the same position, and are set symmetrically with respect to the center line 27b in the left-right direction.
[0020]
And the one end part 14a of each shelf board 14 of the said storage shelf 13 is each mounted and engaged, for example on each engagement part 25a of the attachment parts 19b-19d formed in this way, so that the shelf board The upper surface of 14 and the upper surfaces of the mounting portions 19b to 19d are set to be flush with each other. Thereby, the upper surface of the mounting portions 19b to 19d also functions as the shelf plate 14, and the space 27 on the back surface of the mirror 8 formed by floating from the surface of the panel body 7a by the mounting portions 19a to 19d is also effectively used as a storage space. In addition, together with the storage space of each shelf plate 14 formed outside the mirror 8, a relatively wide storage space is formed on the surface of the panel body 7a.
[0021]
The shelf plate 14 of the storage shelf 13 is formed into a thin plate shape by, for example, a glass plate or a resin plate, the tip portion thereof is formed in a straight line shape, and the rear end portion thereof substantially matches the surface shape of the panel body 7a. Is set to Moreover, each shelf board 14 is made into the state by which the one end part 14a was mounted in the engaging part 25a of the attaching parts 19b-19d, and the other edge part 14b (refer FIG. 2) was attached to the panel main body 7. FIG. It is supported by the support rod 28. At this time, the other end portion 14 b of the shelf plate 14 is removably engaged with the axial engagement groove of the support rod 28, and each shelf plate 14 is locked by a lock nut screwed to the tip of the support rod 28. Is prevented from slipping forward from the engaging groove.
[0022]
On the other hand, among the five attachment portions 19a to 19e, the lowermost attachment portion 19e is used for attaching the faucet operation portion and attaching the shelf board. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, a pipe for forming the water outlet 9a of the faucet operation part 9 is attached and disposed on the lower surface of the attachment part 19e, for example, and the water outlet 9a and the attachment part 19e itself are not shown in the operation part. It is covered with the water discharge cover 29 which has. Further, the pipe forming the water discharge port 9a passes through the panel body 7 on the back side and is piped upward. The pipe is provided on the back of the lower end of the mirror 8 and has a switching operation part and a temperature adjustment part on the left and right sides thereof. It is connected to the faucet body 10.
[0023]
An inspection cover 30 is detachably disposed on the panel body 7a between the attachment portion 19e and the attachment portion 19d. By removing the inspection cover 30, the faucet body 10 and the spout 9a are removed. It is configured so that piping to the pipe and maintenance thereof are possible. A detachable inspection cover 30 (see FIG. 4) is also provided between the attachment portion 19e and the attachment portion 19b below the attachment portion 19a provided at a symmetrical position in the vertical direction. Note that these inspection covers 30 are not always necessary, and the inspection cover 30 can be omitted by drilling a hole for piping in the panel main body 7a.
[0024]
In addition, the left and right shelf plates 15 of the storage shelf 13 are connected to the left and right ends of the attachment portion 19a at the lower end. At this time, the connection structure of the inner end portions of the two shelf boards 15 to the mounting portion 19a has the same engaging portions (not shown) as the mounting portions 19b to 19d described above on the upper and lower surfaces of the mounting portion 19a. Each end is formed, and the inner end of the shelf plate 15 is placed and engaged with the engaging portion. And the outer edge part of this shelf board 15 is supported by the overhang | projection parts 17a and 17b of the panel main body 7a with the support rod 28 similarly to the shelf board 14 mentioned above.
[0025]
As a result, the lowermost mounting portion 19e is used for mounting the faucet operation portion, the uppermost mounting portion 19a is used for mirror mounting, and the upper and lower mounting portions 19a and 19e are also attached to the panel body 7a. When rotated 180 degrees in the vertical plane around the center position 26, the same position is set. In addition, the connection structure of the shelf board 15 with respect to the attachment part 19e of the lowest end is not limited to the above example, For example, an inner edge part of the left and right shelf boards 15 is attached without providing an engagement part etc. in the attachment part 19e. A configuration in which an intermediate portion of the shelf board 15 is simply placed on the mounting portion 19e by using one shelf board 15 without being simply placed on the upper surface of the part 19e or dividing the shelf board 15 into left and right parts. It is also good.
[0026]
As shown in FIG. 4, the left and right projecting portions 17a and 17b of the panel body 7a are provided with substantially vertical side surfaces 31a and 31b. It is set to be a pin angle. Thereby, a big clearance gap does not generate | occur | produce in the connection part with the wall panel 2c (or wall panel 2a) assembled | attached and arrange | positioned by the side surfaces 31a and 31b. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the mirror panel 7 has a slide bar 33 having a curved portion at the bottom, for example, at the end of the overhanging portion 17a near the bathtub 4 located on the left side when viewed from the front. A shower hook 35 to which the shower 34 is detachably locked is attached to the slide bar 33 so as to be slidable in the vertical direction.
[0027]
In the mirror panel 7 of the bathroom 1, the overhang portions 17 a and 17 b and the recess portion 18 are integrally formed at the time of molding the panel body 7 a, and the attachment portions 19 a to 19 e are integrally formed at predetermined positions of the recess portion 18. The molded panel main body 7a is fixed to the wall panel 2b of the bathroom 1 by an appropriate fixing means, and is integrally assembled to the wall panel 2b. Then, the faucet body 10 is attached to the panel body 7a, the faucet body 10 and the faucet operation section 9 are piped with the inspection cover 30 of the panel body 7a removed, and the water outlet 9a is attached. The water discharge cover 29 and the like are attached to the attachment portion 19e.
[0028]
In addition, a support rod 28 is attached to a predetermined position of the overhanging portion 17b on the right side of the panel main body 7a, and each of the three pieces is attached to the support rod 28 with one end portion 14a engaged and supported by the attachment portions 19b to 19d. While attaching the other end part 14b of the shelf board 14 respectively, the inner edge part of the two shelf boards 15 is attached to the attachment part 19e of a lower end, supporting the outer edge part with the support rod 28, respectively. Thereby, the storage shelf 13 is formed in the panel main body 7a. And in the state which formed the storage shelf 13 in the panel main body 7a, the elliptical mirror 8 is attached to the attachment parts 19a-19d via the mirror attachment plate 20 and the attachment bracket 23 which were mentioned above.
[0029]
At this time, the mounting portion 19a at the upper end is positioned on the upper back surface of the elliptical mirror 8 and the mounting portion 19d is mounted on the lower back surface of the mirror 8. The mounting portions 19a to 19d are the outer peripheral edges of the mirror 8. It does not protrude from the mirror 8 and is completely hidden behind the mirror 8. And the mirror panel 7 is assembled by attaching the said slide bar 33, the bathroom lighting device 12, etc. to this panel main body 7a. In addition, attachment of each member to this panel main body 7a is not limited to this example, For example, after attaching each accessory to the panel main body 7a, other appropriate attachment methods, such as incorporating in the wall panel 2b, can be employ | adopted. .
[0030]
According to the mirror 8 of the mirror panel 7 assembled to the wall panel 2b, the mirror 8 is attached to the front surface of the attachment portions 19a to 19d having a predetermined height, so that the mirror 8 is removed from the recess 18 of the panel body 7a simultaneously with the attachment. It becomes possible to float in the direction of the washing place 5 which is a predetermined height forward (closer to the bather). Further, since the mirror panel 7 is formed symmetrically with respect to the center line 27a in the vertical direction, the mirror panel 7 is arranged on the right side of the bathtub 4 in the bathroom 1 having the layout of FIG. Installed. On the other hand, when the bathtub 4 is installed in the bathroom 1 having a layout located on the right side of the mirror panel 7, the panel body 7 is rotated 180 degrees in the vertical plane around the center position 26 to obtain the state shown in FIG. 6. use.
[0031]
That is, the panel body 7a is rotated 180 degrees to position the storage shelf 13 on the left side, and the wall panel 2a is brought into contact with the side surface 31b of the panel body 7a in this state. Also in this layout, the shelf boards 14 and 15 of the storage shelf 13 are respectively attached using the lower surfaces of the attachment portions 19b to 19e, the fall prevention wall 23b (drainage groove 24b), the engagement portion 25b, and the like, or the attachment portion 19a. The faucet operation part 9 and the shelf board 15 etc. can be attached using. That is, by forming the attachment portions 19a to 19e symmetrically with respect to the center line 27a in the vertical direction, when the panel body 7a is rotated 180 degrees, the shape becomes symmetrical with respect to the center line 27b in the horizontal direction. The mirror panel 7 can be applied to the bathroom 1 having two layouts.
[0032]
As described above, in the mirror panel 7 according to the above embodiment, the mounting portions 19a to 19d are formed integrally with the panel main body 7a so that the shelf plate 14 of the storage shelf 13 is placed and engaged. By simply attaching the mirror 8 to the attachment portions 19a to 19d without using another member, the mirror 8 can be easily attached in a state where the mirror 8 is lifted from the surface of the panel body 7a by a predetermined height. In particular, a recess 18 is provided at the center in the width direction of the mirror panel 7, and the mounting portions 19 a to 19 d are integrally formed at a predetermined height in the recess 18, so that various effects of the recess 18 are utilized. In addition, the mirror 8 can be brought close to the bather of the washing place 5, and the usability of the mirror 8 can be sufficiently improved.
[0033]
Further, since the mirror 8 is attached to the attachment portions 19a to 19d in a state where the mirror 8 floats on the front surface of the panel body 7a, the space formed on the back surface of the mirror 8 can be effectively used as the storage space of the storage shelf 13. In particular, since the attachment portions 19b to 19d are formed in a horizontal flat plate shape, the upper surface of the attachment portions 19b to 19d can be provided with the function of the shelf plate 14, and the shelf area of the storage shelf 13 (storage) The amount of storage that is not normally used can be stored in the storage space on the back surface of the mirror 8 in a state that it is difficult to be visually recognized by the bather in the washing place 5.
[0034]
In addition, the engaging portions 25a are provided in the attaching portions 19b to 19d, and the upper end of the attaching portions 19b to 19d and the shelf plate 14 are placed by engaging the one end portion 14a of the shelf plate 14 with the engaging portions 25a. Since the upper surface is set to be flush with the upper surface, the other end portion 14b of the shelf board 14 is detachably supported by the support rod 28, so that the arrangement of the shelf board 14 on the attachment portions 19b to 19d is easily performed. In addition, for example, removal during maintenance such as cleaning can be easily performed.
[0035]
Moreover, since the fall prevention walls 23a and 23b which have the drain grooves 24a and 24b are provided in the edge part of the upper and lower surfaces of the attachment parts 19b-19d which function as the shelf board 14, the shelf board 14 (and attachment) of the storage shelf 13 is provided. The parts 19b to 19d) are prevented from falling from the shelf 14 (and the mounting parts 19b to 19d) of the stored items, and the water on the shelf 14 is drained by the drain grooves 24a and 24b of the fall prevention walls 23a and 23b. Can be smoothly drained downward, and the shelf board 14 can be kept clean. From these things, it becomes possible to arrange | position easily the storage shelf 13 excellent in usability and appearance to the mirror panel 7, and the improvement of the usability of the bathroom 1 itself and the further improvement of the design value can be aimed at.
[0036]
Further, for example, the attachment function of the faucet operation part 9 which is an accessory device other than the mirror 8 is given to the lowermost attachment part 19e and the uppermost attachment part 19a which are integrally formed with the panel body 7a. In addition to further increasing the added value of the panel body 7a, the faucet operation part 9 can be attached to the panel body 7a without using a dedicated attachment member, so that the efficiency of the attachment work can be improved, and the faucet operation part 9 It is also possible to improve the appearance of the mounting part.
[0037]
Further, the attachment portions 19a to 19e are integrally formed at the center portion in the width direction of the panel body 7a, and the attachment portions 19a to 19e are formed symmetrically with respect to the center line 27a in the vertical direction of the panel body 7a. Therefore, the panel body 7a can be rotated 180 degrees in the vertical plane with the center position 26 as the center, and the mirror panel 7 can be used even in the bathroom 1 in which the bathtub 4 is located on the left side of the mirror panel 7. Even in the bathroom 1 having a layout in which the bathtub 4 is located on the right side of the same, it can be applied together. As a result, the mirror panel 7 for the bathroom can be obtained with excellent versatility and can accurately respond to the situation of the construction site and the user's request, and the number of parts of the mirror panel 7 itself used in the bathroom 1 Thus, it is possible to obtain a mirror panel 7 at a low cost, for example, by making it easy to manufacture.
[0038]
Furthermore, since the mirror panel 7 is formed in a vertically symmetrical shape, for example, the corners 32 of the side surfaces 31a and 31b can be set to a substantially pin angle, and the wall panel is in contact with the side surfaces 31a and 31b. Generation | occurrence | production of the clearance gap between 2c and 2a can be suppressed, and the abolition and simplification of the seal structure to this clearance gap part can be aimed at, and the improvement of the appearance can also be aimed at. Further, by providing the removable inspection cover 30 on the upper portion of the attachment portion 19e, it becomes possible to easily perform piping to the panel body 7a, perform maintenance work, and the like.
[0039]
In the above embodiment, the mounting portions 19a to 19e are formed symmetrically with respect to the center line 27a in the vertical direction, so that the panel body can be used even when it is rotated 180 degrees vertically. This invention is not limited to this, For example, you may comprise the attaching parts 19b-19e as shown in FIG. In other words, the fall prevention wall 23a having the drainage groove 24a is integrally formed on one end of the upper surface of the mounting portions 19b to 19d, and the one end 14a of the shelf 14 is placed and engaged on the other end of the upper surface. A portion 25a is formed. Also in the mirror panel 7 having such a configuration, by using the mirror panel 7 in the bathroom 1 having the layout shown in FIG. 1, it is possible to obtain substantially the same effects as the mirror panel 7 of the above embodiment.
[0040]
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the mirror panel 7 demonstrated the case where the surface shape which has the hollow part 18 and the overhang | projection parts 17a and 17b was a substantially circular arc shape by planar view, the surface of the panel main body 7a is flat, for example It can also be applied to cases. Furthermore, in the said embodiment, although the attachment parts 19a and 19e of an upper-lower end part were set to the same shape and the three attachment parts 19b-19d were made the same shape, all the attachment parts 19a-19e are good also as the same shape. In addition, the number of attachment portions 19a to 19e (the number of shelf plates 14 of the storage shelf 13) can be increased or decreased, and the shape thereof can be changed as appropriate, for example, a shape without a fall prevention wall. be able to. Furthermore, the shape of the mirror 8 in the above embodiment, the support structure of the shelf plates 14 and 15 to the panel body 7a, etc. are examples, and can be appropriately changed without departing from the gist of each invention according to the present invention. it can.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
As detailed above, the claims1 or 2According to the invention described in the above, the mirror mounting portion having a predetermined height is integrally formed on the panel body of the mirror panel, and the shelf member of the storage shelf is extended to the mirror mounting portion. By attaching the mirror, the mirror can be mounted in the state of being lifted from the panel body as much as the height of the mirror mounting part, and the mirror can be set at a position close to the bathing person in the washing place, and the usability of the mirror can be improved sufficiently. Storage shelf that can effectively use the space formed on the back side of the mirror as storage space, increase the storage shelf space to improve its usability, and hide storage items that are not always used on the back side of the mirror The appearance of the part can also be improved.
[0042]
In addition, since the plurality of mirror mounting portions provided in the panel body are formed symmetrically with respect to the center line in the vertical direction, even when the panel body is rotated 180 degrees in the vertical plane, for example, the bathtub is the mirror panel. It can be used for both the bathroom with the layout located on the right side and the bathroom with the layout with the bathtub located on the left side. Can be mounted, and the effects of improving the mounting workability and the design of the mirror panel itself can be achieved.
