Description

【0001】

(図10,12(a),14)
【0021】
(図16,図17(a),図19)
【0027】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
A paper bag in which the over tape does not protrude on both sides of the bag body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the conventional heavy packaging bag body, the over tape protrudes on both sides of the bag body. This is because the end of the cylindrical body of the bag body is folded and provided with a fold, and if the over tape is to be stored in the width direction of the cylindrical body of the bag body, the tab of the cut tape to be attached to the over tape This is because the notch provided in the portion communicates with the opening of the folding portion, and foreign matter may enter from the communicating opening.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved]
To obtain a heavy wrapping bag in a form that is convenient for transportation without both sides of the over tape projecting to both sides of the bag body. However, foreign matter should not enter from the opening of the folding part.
[0004]
[Technical means of the first invention]
The end of the cylindrical body is folded at a folding line 1ax, and the bag body 1 provided with the folding portion 1a is crowned with an over tape 2 provided with an adhesive layer or a heat bonding resin layer 2x on the entire back surface,
In a paper bag opened by tearing the cut tape 3 attached to the over tape 2,
[0005]
A first step portion 1a1, a second step portion 1a2, and a third step portion 1a3 are provided at the opening of the folding portion 1a of the bag body 1,
[0006]
The level of the cut tape 3 is made to coincide with the level of the opening of the second step 1a2, and the tip of the opening of the third step 1a3 is set to a level that is slightly different from the level of the cut tape 3, and A cut 1m is provided in the folding portion 1a at the position corresponding to the boundary between the first step portion 1a1 and the second step portion 1a2.
[0007]
On the other hand, the cut tape 3 of the over tape 2 is provided at the same level as the opening of the first step portion 1a1, and the over tape 2 at a position corresponding to the boundary between the first step portion 1a1 and the second step portion 1a2. Has 2m perforation,
[0008]
First, peel off the portion 2x1 of the over-tape adhesive layer or the thermoadhesive resin layer 2x that seals the opening of the third step 1a3,
[0009]
Second, by tearing the over tape 2 with the cut tape 3, the openings of the second step portion 1a2 and the third step portion 1a3 are opened, and at the same time, the first step portion 1a1 is reversed with the folding line 1ax as a boundary. Is a paper bag constructed so as not to reverse with the over tape 2.
[0010]
[First Embodiment]
1 to 10,
1: bag body, 1a: folding portion, 1a1: first step portion, 1a2: second step portion, 1a3: third step portion, 1m: cut,
2: over tape, 2x: adhesive layer or thermal adhesive resin layer, 2m: perforation,
3: Cut tape,
4: Cut,
g: folds,
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 10, the first invention folds the end of a cylindrical body with or without pleats g on both sides along a fold line 1 ax, and attaches a glue layer or Put over tape 2 with thermal adhesive resin layer 2x on the entire back surface,
In a paper bag opened by tearing the cut tape 3 attached to the over tape 2,
[0012]
A first step portion 1 a 1, a second step portion 1 a 2, and a third step portion 1 a 3 are provided in the opening at the cylindrical tip of the folding portion 1 a of the bag body 1.
[0013]
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2A, and 3, the bag body 1 has the cut tape 3 at the same level as the opening of the second step portion 1a2, and the third step portion 1a3. The front end of the opening is set to a level that is slightly different from the level of the cut tape 3, and a cut 1m is provided in the folding portion 1a at a position corresponding to the boundary between the first step portion 1a1 and the second step portion 1a2.
[0014]
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2B, and 4, the cut tape 3 of the over tape 2 is provided at the same level as the opening of the first step portion 1a1, and the first step portion 1a1. A perforation 2m is provided in the over tape 2 at a position corresponding to the boundary of the second step portion 1a2.
[0015]
The operation sequence will be described below.
First, the portion 2x1 of the over-tape adhesive layer or the thermal adhesive resin layer 2x that seals the opening of the third step portion 1a3 is peeled off. The portion 2x1 corresponds to the position of one of the cuts 4.
[0016]
Second, by tearing the over tape 2 with the cut tape 3, the openings of the second step portion 1a2 and the third step portion 1a3 are opened, and at the same time, the first step portion 1a1 is reversed with the folding line 1ax as a boundary. Does not reverse with overtape 2.
[0017]
1 and 2 show a state at the time of sealing, FIG. 3 shows a state of the bag main body 1 at the time of opening in a perspective view, FIG. 4 shows a developed view of the over tape 2, and FIG. 5 shows a bag main body 1 at the time of opening. FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view of the over tape 2 when opened, and FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing the state when the over tape 2 is opened.
[0018]
[Second Embodiment]
10-15,
11: Bag main body, 11a: Folded part, 11a1: Center convex part, 11a2: Both side recessed part, 11m: Cut,
12: Over tape, 12x: Adhesive layer or thermal adhesive resin layer, 12m: Perforation,
13: Cut tape,
14: Cut,
g: folds,
[0019]
According to the second aspect of the invention, the central projecting portion 11a1 and the both side recessed portions 11a2 and 11a2 are provided in the folded portion 11a of the bag body 11 so that the both side portions of the over tape 12 do not protrude on both sides of the bag body 11.
In the over tape 12, a perforation 12m is provided in the over tape 12 at a position corresponding to the boundary between the central convex portion 11a1 and the concave portions 11a2 and 11a2. (FIGS. 10, 12 (b), 13, 14)
[0020]
In addition, a cut 11m is provided in the folding portion 11a at a position corresponding to the boundary between the central convex portion 11a1 of the folding portion 11a and the both side concave portions 11a2 and 11a2. (Fig. 10, 12 (a), 14)
[0021]
The operation will be described below.
When the over tape 12 is torn off with the cut tape 13, the level of the cut tape 13 is set to the same level as the opening of the central convex portion 11a1, so the opening of the central convex portion 11a1 is open and the boundary of the cut 11m. As a matter of course, the two sides of the recesses 11a2 and 11a2 are left and reversed. (Fig. 14)
[0022]
At this time, the over tape 12 is also reversed with the central convex portion 11a1 at the perforation 12m as shown in FIG.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 14, the concave portions 11a2 and 11a2 on both sides are not reversed. This is because the opening portions of both side recesses 11a2 and 11a2 remain closed by the adhesive layer 12x and cannot be reversed.
[0023]
Further, as shown in FIG. 15, both side portions of the over tape 12 are not reversed with the perforation 12m as a boundary. Since the concave portions 11a2 and 11a2 on both sides are glued with the glue layer or the heat bonding resin layer 12x, they do not reverse.
Eventually, only the central convex portion 11a1 portion of the folded portion 11a is reversed together with the central portion of the over tape 12. This state is shown in FIG.
[0024]
Accordingly, since the contents are discharged only from the central convex portion 11a1 while the openings of the both side concave portions 11a2 and 11a2 are closed, foreign matter does not enter from the openings of the both side concave portions 11a2 and 11a2.
[0025]
[Third Embodiment]
16 to 20,
111: Bag main body, 111a: Folded portion, 111a1: Central concave portion, 111a2: Both side convex portion, 111m: Cut,
112: Over tape, 112x: Adhesive layer or thermal adhesive resin layer, 112m: Perforation,
113: Cut tape,
114: Notch
g: folds,
[0026]
The third aspect of the invention adopts the following configuration in order not to project both side portions of the over tape 112 to both sides of the bag body 111.
A central concave portion 111a1 and both side convex portions 111a2 are provided in the opening of the folded portion 111a of the bag body 111. (Fig. 16, Fig. 17 (a), Fig. 19)
[0027]
Then, a cut 111m is cut into a folding portion 111a at a position corresponding to the boundary between the central concave portion 111a1 and the both side convex portions 111a2 and 111a2.
[0028]
On the other hand, a perforation 112m is cut into the over tape 112 at a portion corresponding to the boundary between the central concave portion 111a1 and the both side convex portions 111a2 and 111a2 of the over tape 112. (Fig. 16, Fig. 17 (b), Fig. 19)
[0029]
Further, the level of the cut tape 113 attached to the over tape 112 is made to coincide with the level of the opening of the central recess 111a1. (Fig. 17)
[0030]
The operation will be described below.
When the over tape 112 is torn with the cut tape 113, only the opening portion of the folding portion 111a is opened, and the over tape 112 is reversed together with the portion of the over tape 112 separated by the perforation 1112m. (FIGS. 18 and 19)
[0031]
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 18, 19, and 20, the opening portions of the both side convex portions 111 a 2 and 111 a 2 are glued by the glue layer or the thermal adhesive resin layer 112 x of the remaining portion 112 R of the over tape 112 and opened. There is nothing.
[0032]
Therefore, the contents are discharged only from the central concave portion 111a1, and the opening portions of the both side convex portions 11a2 and 11a2 are sealed so that no foreign matter enters.
[0033]
[Effect of the first invention]
When the folding portion 1a is reversed, only the first and second step portions 1a2 and 1a3 are reversed and the contents are discharged. And since the 1st step part 1a1 is not reversed with the over tape 2, a foreign material does not penetrate | invade from the opening part of the 1st step part 1a1 which is not reversed.
[0034]
Thus, a paper bag having a form suitable for conveyance can be obtained without the over tape 2 projecting from both sides of the bag body 1.
[0035]
[Effect of the second invention]
Unlike the first invention, only the central convex portion 11a1 is reversed when opened, and the contents are discharged. The recesses 11a2 and 11a2 on both sides do not open and foreign matter does not enter. As in the first invention, a paper bag having a shape suitable for conveyance can be obtained.
[0036]
[Effect of the third invention]
Unlike the second invention, only the central recess 111a1 is reversed when opened, and the contents are discharged. The convex portions 111a2 and 111a2 on both sides do not open and foreign matter does not enter. As in the first and second inventions, a paper bag having a shape suitable for conveyance can be obtained.
