【0001】
F0 =−av … (1)
F0 =av+bv2 … (2)
v=rωであるから、vを速くするには、半径rを大きくしてもよいし、角速度ωを速くしてもよい。したがって、
v=rω
ω=2πn
v=2πrn
v=331.5+0.6t(m/sec)
v=331.5+24(m/sec)=355.5m/sec
v=355.5×60=21330m/min
v=2πrn であるから(n=rpm)
r=0.20mとすると、
21330=2×3.14×0.2×n となるので、
r=0.25mとすると、
21330=2×3.14×0.25×n となるので、
【0026】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for miniaturizing an object to be processed (hereinafter also referred to as “powder fluid”) that cannot maintain a certain shape such as a liquid, a fluid, a powder, or a granule, and that can flow. .
[Prior art]
Inventor of the present invention, in Japanese Patent Application No. 8-220618 and Japanese Patent Application No. 8-297129, for example, when cooling the inside of a greenhouse, the water is sprayed in the finest possible mist form. Proposed that it was effective in promoting vaporization.
[0002]
In Japanese Patent Application No. 9-50916, a technique for salt production by spraying seawater to vaporize water and crystallizing salt was proposed. In this case as well, the seawater mist is made as fine as possible. It is important to increase manufacturing efficiency.
[0003]
In Japanese Patent Application No. 9-110173, two or more objects to be processed, such as powder, granules, gas, and liquid, are sucked into fine particles, mixed, and taken into the liquid. Proposed. In this way, not only liquid, but also when mixing two or more powder fluids including fluids, powders, granules, etc., or when mixing powder fluids and gas bodies is possible A technique for miniaturization is required as much as possible, and extremely miniaturization is particularly desired.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, with the previously proposed technology, it is impossible to make the powder fluid as fine as possible, and as a result, it is impossible to sufficiently achieve the intended purpose. It was.
[0005]
The technical problem of the present invention is to pay attention to such a problem and to make it possible to reliably miniaturize the powder fluid to the limit with a relatively simple technique.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[0006]
The technical problem of the present invention is solved by the following means. According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a rotating disk formed by connecting an impeller having a plurality of blades extending in the outer peripheral direction from the center between opposed disks arranged to face each other to a rotary drive shaft, The rotating disk has an opening for supplying a processing body, and has a plurality of air suction holes formed in at least one of the opposing disks.
[0007]
As described above, since a plurality of air suction holes are formed in at least one opposing disk of the rotating disk, the flow of the object to be processed in the rotating disk becomes smoother due to the air flow flowing from the air suction holes. Moreover, since it flows while diffusing throughout the space in the rotating disk, fine fog is generated smoothly. Further, when a cutting means such as a rigid body, a compressed air flow, or an air wall is used in combination, a more uniform and stable ultrafine effect can be obtained.
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, an ultrafine structure is provided in which a collision wall surrounding the rotary disk is provided outside the rotary disk according to the first aspect so that a microscopic object cut by the rotary disk can collide. Device.
Thus, since the collision wall surrounding the rotating disk is provided, the ultrafine body cut by the rotating disk is confined and drifts in the collision wall, so that the chances of contacting the ultrafine particles are increased. In addition, since the ultrafine particles that bounce off the collision wall come into contact with the next incoming ultrafine particles or the drifting ultrafine particles, the opportunities for the ultrafine particles to contact each other further increase. Therefore, it is suitable when two or more kinds of objects to be processed are mixed or combined.

In the above description, water is supplied from the opening 5, but it is also possible to supply liquids other than water, fluids, powders, granules, and the like.
In the present invention, the following improvements have been made in order to make liquids, fluids, powders, granules and the like extremely fine using such a rotating disk having an impeller structure.

If the compressed air flow 11 is in a direction parallel to the surface of the rotating disk 4 (perpendicular to the drive shaft A), as indicated by an arrow 11a in FIG. 5 (2), very fine mist hits the nozzle 12. Therefore, the nozzle 12 gets in the way. Moreover, when it hits the nozzle 12, there is a possibility that the extremely fine mists are recombined to return to large particles.
However, as shown in FIG. 5 (2), the nozzle 12 is arranged at an angle θ with respect to the surface of the

It is necessary to raise it until it becomes. Such a high-speed rotation can be realized by using a speed increasing means such as a pulley and a belt or a gear mechanism, or by using a high-speed motor with an inverter.

Next, the reason will be described. Now, the resistance force when the peripheral speed v at the outer end of the

In this case, the effect of compressing the gas becomes significant and the effect of inertial resistance increases, and the flow state and resistance are very different from those when the speed is small.

When seawater is extremely refined as an object to be processed using the apparatus or method as described above, the seawater becomes extremely fine mist. Therefore, vaporization of water in the salt production method of Japanese Patent Application No. 9-50916 is extremely efficient. The mass production of the salt becomes easier and the crystal of the salt becomes finer.
Moreover, when various solutions are refined | miniaturized and the vaporization of a water | moisture content is accelerated | stimulated, it will also become easy to isolate | separate into a melt and a water | moisture content or a liquid.
Furthermore, when a blower is used in combination and the finely atomized fine mist is blown farther to disperse and expand, vaporization of moisture and liquid is further promoted. Needless to say, it is more effective to use hot air or hot air.
