本発明は冷凍魚体の切削装置に係り、特にカツオ等の冷凍魚体の皮等を切削して除去するための冷凍魚体の切削装置に関するものである。

また、回転刃をモータの回転軸に対し着脱するための作業を行う場合、回転刃収容部の前面開口から手を入れて行っているが、回転刃は側方(前面開口と交差する方向へ引いて回転軸から抜くので、作業が行い難いという問題がある。
さらに、切削滓を搬出するコンベアを底板の開口に対向して設置するためには、支持台を構成する脚部よって囲まれたコンベア挿通空間へ支持台の側方から通す必要があるが、この作業は極めて行い難く、場合によってコンベアの一部を分解してコンベア挿通空間へ通してから組み立て直すことが必要な場合もある。
