BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention, such as bushings used in portions connecting conductor disposed in conduit such as transmission lines and gas on-off device disposed in the conduit in the air filled in the insulating gas in the powered side or distribution side In particular, the present invention relates to the configuration of the electric field relaxation shield electrode embedded in the insulator.
Furthermore, the present invention relates to a high voltage device using the insulator.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An insulating gas is filled in the pipeline where the power transmission line and the conductor are arranged in order to prevent a short circuit with the outside in order to perform energization, interruption, and disconnection functions, and the gas is divided for each pipeline. Insulators are used as connecting parts for each section as well as for insulating and supporting power transmission lines and conductors arranged in the pipeline. Therefore, it is necessary to withstand the gas pressure rise due to the abnormal temperature rise at the time of short circuit, the gas partition as a partition wall for gas division at any time, and against the change in temperature difference (heat cycle) due to the difference in season and usage environment Need to withstand for a long time. Furthermore, when using a global warming gas such as SF6, it is essential to ensure sealing performance.
Conventional insulators are manufactured by embedding a shield electrode made of a metal such as aluminum in a casting resin made of a thermosetting resin or the like.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the conventional insulator has such a configuration, the difference in linear expansion coefficient between the shield electrode and the casting resin is caused between the shield electrode and the casting resin for the above purpose of use and usage environment. There was a problem that peeling occurred and partial discharge occurred at that portion, resulting in deterioration of electrical characteristics. In addition, during the manufacture of insulators, stress is generated at the interface between the shield electrode and the casting resin due to stress caused by shrinkage during the curing reaction, and fatal failures such as cracks and peeling occur. In order to solve such a problem, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 63-33368 discloses that a casting electrode is sufficiently impregnated into a shielding electrode made of a porous metal sintered body, and the casting resin and the shielding electrode are integrated. What is cured and formed is shown. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 57-206214 discloses a method in which a conductive plastic shield electrode is dividedly molded, and divided molded products are joined and assembled to be integrally molded. However, the problem of delamination at the interface between the shield electrode and the casting resin could not be solved sufficiently for the above purpose of use and environment.
[0004]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and improves the adhesiveness between the casting resin and the shield electrode, and reduces the separation between the casting resin and the shield electrode to improve reliability. An object is to provide a high-insulation material.
Moreover, it aims at providing the high voltage apparatus with long-term reliability.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The insulator embedded with the shield electrode of the present invention is a bushing in which a cylindrical shield electrode surrounding the periphery of the high-voltage conductor is embedded and cast by a resin, and the shield electrode is the same as the cylindrical shield electrode. One or more grooves for taking in voids to be wound when the resin is injected are formed on the inner surface or the outer surface .

[0008]
The insulator embedded with the shield electrode of the present invention has a slit width of 12 mm or less.
[0009]
The insulator embedded with the shield electrode of the present invention is a bushing in which a cylindrical shield electrode surrounding the periphery of the high-voltage conductor is embedded and cast by resin, and the shield electrode is the cylindrical shield. If the inner surface or the outer surface of the electrode has one or more holes that take in the voids that are wound when the resin is injected or allow the voids to escape to the outside of the shield electrode, and the hole is a blocking hole, the depth of the blocking hole And the diameter of the blocking hole is 0.4 or more, and when the hole is a through hole, the diameter of the through hole is 12 mm or less.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0019]
FIGS. 3A, 3B and 4A, 4B are a perspective view and a cross-sectional view showing a shield electrode in the bushing according to the first embodiment, respectively, and show an example of groove processing. For example, a groove can be provided on the inner surface of the shield as shown in FIG. 3, a groove can be provided on the outer surface, and a groove can be provided on the inner surface and the outer surface as shown in FIG.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 5, the function of the groove is to trap a void that is wound when the resin is cast at the groove, and to surround the void by the shield electrode. As a result, partial discharge is less likely to occur between the central conductor and the shield electrode, and electrical reliability is improved. In addition, the groove processing increases the contact area between the shield electrode and the casting resin and improves the adhesion, so that the peeling between the casting resin and the shield electrode is reduced, and a highly reliable insulator can be manufactured at low cost. There is an advantage that it is obtained.
[0021]
Next, the size of the groove according to the first embodiment will be described.
FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram schematically showing the configuration and shape of the bushing according to the first embodiment. A
From the results shown in FIG. 7, it was found that partial discharge occurred when the aspect ratio was smaller than 0.4, and that the aspect ratio was 0.4 or more, preferably 0.5 or more. Further, partial discharge occurred in the shield electrode (aspect ratio: 0) without groove processing.
[0022]
In the first embodiment, the direction of the groove is the shield electrode that is grooved in parallel from A to B in FIG. 6, but the groove direction may be any direction and is perpendicular to AB. Even if it exists, both may be mixed. Further, the grooves do not have to be particularly straight, and may be spiral or the grooves may intersect each other.
[0023]
In the first embodiment, the shield electrode is grooved and the shield electrode is continuously connected in the circumferential direction. However, as shown in FIG. 8, the shield electrode is cut over the entire axial direction. It may have a cut portion, or may be a divided shield electrode in which a plurality of portions are cut along the entire axial direction. Some of these shield electrodes are arranged on the outer peripheral portion through a flange of an insulating material (casting resin) or the like, and are used in a form having an installation electrode that can be grounded from the outside.
In this way, since the shield electrode can follow the curing shrinkage of the casting resin that occurs when the insulator is manufactured, it is difficult for the casting resin and the shield electrode to peel off, and a highly reliable insulator can be provided.
[0024]
In the first embodiment, the shield electrode is subjected to groove processing. However, the shield electrode may have at least one slit.
FIGS. 9A to 9E are perspective views showing shield electrodes in the bushing according to the second embodiment. As shown in FIG. 9A, slits are provided in the same direction, as shown in FIG. Alternatively, slits can be alternately provided, hollows (c), (d), (e), or slits can be randomly provided. Further, the slit structure does not have to be particularly straight, and may be a spiral shape or may have a size such as a width or a length of a slit in the middle.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 10, the slit function allows the voids that are entrained during the casting of the resin to escape through the slit, which makes it difficult for partial discharge to occur between the center conductor and the shield electrode, resulting in improved electrical reliability. improves. In addition, the slit process increases the contact area between the shield electrode and the casting resin and improves the adhesiveness. Therefore, the peeling between the casting resin and the shield electrode is reduced, and a highly reliable insulator is produced at low cost. There is an advantage that it is obtained.
[0026]
Next, the size of the slit width according to the second embodiment will be described.
As the shield electrode, an aluminum electrode having a thickness of 5 mm and a shape as shown in FIG. 6 is prepared, and a plurality of prototypes are prepared for this shield electrode by changing the slit width from 0 to 20 mm. As shown in FIG. A partial discharge test was carried out on samples cast in a bushing. The test results are shown in FIG.
From the results of FIG. 11, it was found that when the slit width is larger than 10 mm, partial discharge starts from the end of the bushing mounting flange, and the slit width is preferably 12 mm or less, preferably 10 mm or less. In order to prevent partial discharge at the bushing mounting flange end, the potential on the flange surface facing the flange end must be 200 V or less. This is because, when the bushing flange portion shown in FIG. 2 is used in the atmosphere, partial discharge does not occur at this portion if the potential of the flange surface is set to 235 V or less which is the lowest spark start voltage. The curve shown in FIG. 11 shows the relationship between the bushing surface potential calculated in the shape shown in FIG. 2 and the slit width of the shield. If the slit width is larger than 12 mm, the potential leakage from the slit increases, and thereby the surface potential is increased. When the surface potential exceeds 200V, partial discharge occurs at the flange end. Further, partial discharge occurred in the shield electrode (slit width: 0) that was not subjected to slit processing.
[0027]
The combined use of the shield electrode subjected to the groove processing shown in the first embodiment and the shield electrode subjected to the slit processing shown in the second embodiment has no problem, and the groove and There is no problem even if a shield electrode having a slit is used. Some of these shield electrodes are arranged on the outer peripheral portion through a flange of an insulating material (casting resin) or the like, and are used in a form having an installation electrode that can be grounded from the outside.
[0028]
In the second embodiment, the shield electrode is slit, and the shield electrode is continuously connected in the circumferential direction. However, as in the first embodiment, the cutting portion as shown in FIG. It may be provided, or may be a divided shield electrode in which a plurality of portions are cut all along the axial direction. Some of these shield electrodes are arranged on the outer peripheral portion through a flange of an insulating material (casting resin) or the like, and are used in a form having an installation electrode that can be grounded from the outside.
[0029]
Needless to say, since the electric field becomes high at the slit end, particularly the end of the inner surface of the shield electrode, it is natural that the end is subjected to R processing, and R is preferably 0.5 mm or more.
[0030]
In this embodiment, the shield electrode has at least one hole (through or closed).
As an example of providing a hole (through or blocked) in the shield electrode, for example, a hole may be provided on the entire shield surface, or may be provided partially or randomly. Moreover, the size of each hole may be changing.
[0031]
As a function of the hole, the void that is entrained when casting the insulator with the casting resin can be trapped by the hole (clogging) or escaped by the hole (penetration), thereby generating a partial discharge between the center conductor and the shield electrode This makes it difficult to improve electrical reliability. Also, by providing a hole, the contact area between the shield electrode and the casting resin is increased and the adhesion is improved, so that the peeling between the casting resin and the shield electrode is reduced, and a highly reliable insulator can be produced at low cost. There is an advantage that it is obtained.
[0032]
Next, the holes according to the third embodiment will be described.
With respect to the production of the hole (clogging), for example, it can be formed by hitting hard powder, for example, mechanical processing such as blasting by shot of alumina or iron powder, etching, chemical treatment using chromic acid, or the like. . A hole (clogging) was formed on the shield electrode surface by such a method. At this time, by controlling the processing method, the surface roughness of the shield electrode surface formed by the hole (clogging) was changed to 10 to 100 μm, and a plurality of prototypes were manufactured, and the adhesive strength between each shield electrode and the casting resin was measured. . The measurement results are shown in FIG.
From the results of FIG. 12, it was found that the adhesive strength is greatly improved if the surface roughness that can be formed on the surface of the shield electrode by the hole (blocking) is 20 μm or more, preferably 30 μm or more. It was also found that the higher the adhesive strength, the more difficult it is to peel off, and as a result, partial discharge can also be suppressed.
[0033]
In addition, the production method of a hole (blocking) is not restricted to the said method.
Further, the hole is not limited to the closed hole, and may be a through hole, and the same result was obtained.
[0034]
As for the relationship between the partial discharge and the hole size, in the case of a hole (clogging), the ratio of the depth of the hole (clogging) to the diameter of the hole (clogging) is suitably 0.4 or more, as in the first embodiment. In the case of a hole (penetration), the diameter of the hole (penetration) is desirably 12 mm or less as in the second embodiment.
[0035]
Further, a shield electrode provided with a hole (through or closed) shown in the third embodiment, a shield electrode subjected to the groove processing shown in the first embodiment, and a shield subjected to the slit processing shown in the second embodiment. There is no problem in combined use with an electrode, and there is no problem even if a shield electrode having grooves, slits, and holes (through or closed) in one shield electrode is used.
[0036]
Further, the shield electrode is not limited to the one continuously connected in the circumferential direction, and may have a cutting portion as shown in FIG. It is good also as a division | segmentation shield electrode cut | disconnected all over the axial direction. Some of these shield electrodes are arranged on the outer peripheral portion through a flange of an insulating material (casting resin) or the like, and are used in a form having an installation electrode that can be grounded from the outside.
[0037]
Embodiment 4 FIG.
In each of the above embodiments, a metal such as copper, tin, zinc, aluminum, iron, magnesium, or a commonly used alloy is used as the material of the shield electrode, but plastic or rubber can also be used.
[0038]
In the case where the shield electrode is manufactured using a conductive plastic, with respect to the conductivity, as a result of conducting a lightning impulse test on the sample cast in the bushing shown in FIG. 2, the volume resistivity as shown in FIG. It has been found that the flashover (F / O) voltage at the bushing creepage does not decrease if it is 10 5 Ωcm or less, preferably 10 4 Ωcm or less. This indicates that in the bushing shown in FIG. 2, when a lightning impulse voltage is applied, the F / O voltage is lowered by a partial discharge at the flange end as a trigger. Therefore, the electric potential of the flange surface facing the flange end must be 200 V or less. This is because when the bushing flange portion shown in FIG. 2 is used in the atmosphere, partial discharge does not occur in this portion if the minimum spark start voltage is 235 V or less. The curve shown in FIG. 13 is the relationship between the bushing surface potential calculated in the shape shown in FIG. 2 and the volume resistivity of the resin shield electrode. When the surface potential exceeds 200 V, F / O may occur at the lightning impulse voltage. I understand.
[0039]
The plastic material exhibiting electrical conductivity may be any electrically conductive material such as carbon, metal powder, or metal oxide, and the surface treatment method is not particularly limited.
Further, the shape of the electrically conductive material is not particularly limited, such as crushing, spherical shape, and needle shape.
The conductive plastic may have a volume resistivity of 10 5 Ωcm or less as described above, and there is no problem even if a normal inorganic filler or the like is mixed in addition to the conductive material.
Furthermore, even if the resin used as the matrix resin of the conductive plastic is a thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene, polystyrene, polyethersulfone, polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, nylon, etc., phenol resin, urethane resin, epoxy resin Even if it is a thermosetting resin such as an unsaturated polyester resin such as melamine resin or BMC (Balk Molding Compound), the material is not particularly limited.
Among these resins, characteristics other than the above-described volume resistivity are preferable because the thermal expansion coefficient is closer to the insulator (casting resin) because the stress generated at the interface can be reduced. Regarding the heat resistance, the glass transition temperature may be 80 ° C. or higher, preferably 100 ° C. or higher.
[0040]
When the shield electrode is made of an insulating plastic, the surface is coated with a material having a resistivity of 10 5 Ωcm or less, preferably 10 4 Ωcm or less. There is no particular limitation on this coating material, and the above-mentioned conductive plastic, conductive rubber such as silicone, butadiene, and urethane or conductive paint may be used as long as the volume low efficiency is 10 5 Ωcm or less. The material is not limited to these, and any material having a volumetric efficiency of 10 5 Ωcm or less can be used.
[0041]
The insulating plastic forming the shield electrode may be a thermosetting resin or a thermosetting resin, and the material is not particularly limited. As a characteristic required for these resins, it is preferable that the thermal expansion coefficient is closer to the insulator (casting resin) because the stress generated at the interface can be reduced. Regarding the heat resistance, the glass transition temperature may be 80 ° C. or higher, preferably 100 ° C. or higher.
[0042]
When using the shield electrode shown in each of the above embodiments, a primer having adhesiveness on the surface of the shield electrode for the purpose of improving the adhesiveness at the interface between the insulator (casting resin) and the shield electrode It may be coated with a material or with a coupling agent.
[0043]

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the cylindrical shield electrode has grooves, slits and holes, the adhesion between the casting resin and the shield electrode is improved, and the casting resin and the shield electrode are peeled off. It is difficult to provide an insulator with high reliability.
[0060]
Further, according to the present invention, in the case where the inner surface or the outer surface of the cylindrical shield electrode has a groove or a closed hole, the ratio of the groove depth to the groove width (groove depth / groove width), or Since the ratio between the depth of the blocking hole and the diameter of the blocking hole is 0.4 or more, the voids that are entrained when the resin is injected can be taken in by the groove or the blocking hole, so that partial discharge is generated between the central conductor and the shield electrode. Is less likely to occur and electrical reliability is improved.
[0061]
Further, according to the present invention, in the case where the cylindrical shield electrode has a slit or a through-hole, the slit width or the diameter of the through-hole is 12 mm or less . It is possible to escape to the outside, and partial discharge is less likely to occur between the central conductor and the shield electrode , thereby improving electrical reliability.
[0062]
According to the present invention, the shield electrode has a plurality of through holes or a plurality of blocking holes, and the surface roughness of the surface of the shield electrode by the plurality of through holes or the plurality of blocking holes. Therefore, the adhesiveness between the casting resin and the shield electrode is improved, and the casting resin and the shield electrode are hardly peeled off, and a highly reliable insulator can be provided. In addition, partial discharge hardly occurs between the center conductor and the shield electrode, and electrical reliability is improved.
[0063]
In addition, according to the present invention, since each shield electrode has a cut portion that is cut across the entire axial direction, the shield electrode can follow the shrinkage of the casting resin that occurs when the insulator is manufactured. The casting resin and the shield electrode are difficult to peel off, and a highly reliable insulator can be provided.
[0064]
Further, according to the present invention, since the shield electrode is made of a conductive plastic having a volume resistivity of 10 5 Ωcm or less, a material having a thermal expansion coefficient close to that of the casting resin can be selected, and it is difficult to peel off. High insulation can be provided.
[0065]
Further, according to the present invention, it constitutes a shield electrode in the insulating plug stick, since coated with a conductive material having a 10 5 [Omega] cm or less in volume resistivity of the surface of the insulating plastic, the thermal expansion coefficient Note A material close to the mold resin can be selected, and a highly reliable insulator that is difficult to peel off can be provided.
[0066]
Further, according to the present invention, since the surface of each shield electrode is coated with an adhesive primer material, the adhesion between the casting resin and the shield electrode is greatly improved, and a highly reliable insulator is provided. it can.
[0067]
In addition, according to the present invention, the high-voltage equipment is provided with the insulator having the above configuration around the high-voltage conductor, and the high-voltage conductor is insulated and supported, thereby improving the long-term reliability of the high-voltage equipment. There is an effect that can be done.
