この発明は、電気鉄道の変電所からの電力を電車に送るために、鉄道レールに沿って設備された電車線において、水平パイプのような支持部材とその下方のトロリ線とを結合し、トロリ線をレール上方の所定位置に設備するためのトロリ線の曲線引金具に関する。

【従来の技術】
電車線の構成要素の一つであるトロリ線は、電車のパンタグラフが走行しながら接触するように、ハンガ等によってレールの上方に水平に設備される。トロリ線は、パンタグラフの摺り板が同一箇所にのみ接触して偏摩耗しないように、レールの中心からそれの直交方向である左右方向にジグザグに偏位するよう設備される必要がある。トロリ線の偏位が所定の値になるように、トロリ線を支持部材に引止めるものとして、曲線引金具がある(例えば特許文献1参照。)。

図3、図4は従来の曲線引金具の一例(特許文献1の図4参照)を示す構成図である。ここで、31は水平パイプ、32は支持金具、33はイヤー、Tはトロリ線、34はアームである。曲線引金具は、支持金具32、イヤー33、アーム34で構成される。水平パイプ31は、電車線柱などの構築物に支持されている。水平パイプ31に支持金具32が固定され、さらにこの支持金具32にアーム34が鉛直平面上で自由な回転ができるように支持されている。振れ止めアーム34の先端にはイヤー33が接続されており、このイヤー33によってトロリ線Tが把持される。従って、トロリ線Tは、引張力に対する水平方向の動きは固定され、鉛直方向の動きは自由になっている。列車の高速運転状況では、トロリ線Tに取り付けられる金具の質量である等価質量が大きいと、過大応力が発生する。そこで、等価質量を極力小さくするために、アーム34の先端側を引き上げる所定の回転付勢力を付与するための引上げ部材35が、アーム34の基端部と支持金具32との間に設けられる。引上げ部材35は、ばね受け筒36と引き上げロッド37と押しばね38とを具備する。ばね受け筒36は、アーム34と一体に形成される。引き上げロッド37は、ばね受け筒36を上下に自由に貫通して、上端が支持金具32に枢支される。

これを防止するために、特許文献1の図1のように、ばね受け筒、引き上げロッド、アームの後端部を支持金具の上方へ突出させると、トンネル内のような狭小な取付空間に適用される場合には、十分な絶縁離隔を確保することができないという問題点がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この発明は、パンタグラフがトロリ線を押し上げつつ傾斜して通過しても、引上げ部材35に衝突するおそれがない曲線引金具を提供することを課題としている。

この発明においては、上記課題を解決するため、引上げ部材5に、アーム2の基端部から上方へ突出したレバー6と、一端が支持金具2に枢支され中間がレバー6を自在に貫通し他端側にばね受け8を有するばね軸7と、ばね受け8とレバー6との間に挿入された押しばね9とを具備させてトロリ線の曲線引金具を構成した。この場合、引上げ部材5がアーム2の下方へ突出しないので、パンタグラフが傾斜しつつアーム2を押し上げて通過しても引上げ部材5に衝突するおそれがない。

以上のように、この発明においては、水平パイプ1のような支持構造物に固定された支持金具2と、基端側が所定範囲で鉛直方向に回動自在に支持金具2に枢支されたアーム4と、このアーム4の先端部に固着されトロリ線Tを把持するイヤー3と、アーム4の先端側を引き上げる所定の回転付勢力を付与するためにアーム4の基端部と支持金具2との間に設けられた引上げ部材5とを具備させて曲線引金具を構成する。引上げ部材5には、アームの基端部から上方へ突出したレバー6と、一端が支持金具2に枢支され中間がレバー6を自在に貫通し他端側にばね受け8を有するばね軸7と、ばね受け8とレバー6との間に挿入された押しばね9とを具備させたため、引上げ部材5がアーム2の下方へ突出せず、従って、パンタグラフが傾斜しつつアーム2を押し上げて通過しても引上げ部材5に衝突するおそれがないという効果を有する。
