Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a connecting hood for a railway vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in railroad vehicle connection tops, top cover frames are arranged on the front and back, top bones are arranged between the top cover frames, and a tubular top cloth is arranged on the outer periphery of the top cover frames. Some fabrics are fixed to the top frame and the top bone. The bottom cloth of the top cloth is generally fixed to the bottom of the top bone by a cloth presser 35 as shown in FIG. 10, and such a thing is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-38043. Yes.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case where the bottom cloth of the hood cloth is fixed to the bottom of the hood bone as in the prior art, when the vehicle to which the hood is connected is biased, the bottom cloth of the hood cloth is easily damaged.
[0004]
In other words, since the installation interval between the hood bones is generally narrow, the bottom cloth fixed to the hood bones is restrained by the hood bones and the degree of freedom of deformation is reduced. When the vehicle is biased, the lower part of the connecting hood is greatly shaken, and the impact load of expansion and contraction on the bottom cloth of the hood cloth is also great. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10, many fine wrinkles are generated in the bottom cloth, and the bottom cloth is damaged earlier than the cloth on the top of the top cloth, and there is a problem that the durability of the top cloth is lowered.
[0005]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to increase the freedom of the bottom cloth of the hood cloth without being restricted by the hood bone, and to increase the durability of the hood cloth.
[0006]

[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the examples shown in the drawings.
[0011]
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a hood cloth constituting a connecting hood for a railway vehicle. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a stretchable sheet, which is formed into a plate shape by a stretchable material such as soft synthetic resin or synthetic rubber. Yes. This sheet 1 can be expanded and contracted in all directions.
[0012]
2 is a stretchable fabric, which is formed of knitted fabric (knitted) in which the yarn 3 is knitted in a loop shape and the stitch 4 is connected. When a load is applied to the fabric 2 in all directions, The yarn 3 in the loop portion is deformed as shown in FIG. 1 (b) and the cloth 2 is stretched. When the load is removed, the yarn 3 returns to the loop shape as shown in FIG. It is designed to shrink. In FIG. 1, the actual cross-sectional shape of the knitted fabric 2 is omitted and simplified, and only one loop-shaped fiber is shown.
[0013]
The yarn 3 of the fabric 2 uses synthetic fibers. Further, as the synthetic fiber, vinylon fiber, nylon fiber, polyester fiber, or polyamide fiber may be used. Furthermore, it is better to use high-performance and high-performance fibers such as para-aramid fibers, meta-aramid fibers, wholly aromatic polyester fibers, and high-strength polyethylene fibers. The high-function fiber refers to a fiber having excellent special functions such as durability, chemical resistance, optical or electrical properties. Further, the high-performance fiber means a fiber having strength and elastic modulus which are several times better than ordinary synthetic fibers, and generally means a fiber having a strength of 20 g / d or more and an elastic modulus of 500 g / d or more.
[0014]
Then, a stretchable soft adhesive 5 is applied to the surface of the sheet 1 and the cloth 2 is adhered and fixed by the adhesive 5 to form a composite sheet. As the adhesive 5, for example, a stretchable rubber adhesive is used.
[0015]
Further, this bonding is performed by bonding only the yarn 3 on the surface portion on the bonding side of the cloth 2 made of knitted fabric.
[0016]
Next, a soft film material is attached to the surface of the yarn 3 of the cloth 2 by coating or the like so as not to fill the stitch 4 formed of the yarn 3, thereby forming a film 6 on the surface of the yarn 3. As the soft coating material, soft rubber or soft synthetic resin having elasticity (stretchability), light resistance and colorability is used.
[0017]
Since the film 6 is attached without filling the stitch 4 as described above, the stretching action of the sheet 1 and the cloth 2 is not hindered. Further, the function and performance of high-performance fibers and high-performance fibers are improved by the coating 6, and the coating 6 reinforces these properties in the case of fibers made of materials having poor light resistance, wear resistance, and bending fatigue resistance. To do. Furthermore, in an aramid fiber that is difficult to be colored, the hood cloth can be colored in a desired color by forming the film 6 with a colored film material. Therefore, the coating film 6 can improve the tensile strength, light resistance (weather resistance) and colorability of the hood.
[0018]
With the above-described configuration, the railcar hood cloth 7 is formed.
[0019]
FIGS. 2 to 9 show a first embodiment of a connecting hood for a vehicle that uses the above-described top cloth 7 and is provided with a mechanism for preventing the bottom cover cloth from drooping.
[0020]
FIG. 2 is a side view in which a connecting hood is installed between the vehicles, and FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof. The hood seats 12 and 13 are fixed to the end faces 10a and 11a of the vehicles 10 and 11 to be connected. , 13 are fixed to the front and rear ends of the connecting hood 14 (hereinafter referred to as the front-rear direction) so as to be separable.
[0021]
Details of the structure of the connecting hood 14 will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. 2, and the left half surface is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along the line CC in FIG. 4, FIG. 6 is a sectional view taken along the line DD in FIG. 4, FIG. 7 is a sectional view taken along the line EE in FIG. FIGS. 9 and 9 are bottom views of the state in which the vehicle is deviated from the state of FIG. 3 and the hood is deformed.
[0022]
The hood cloth 7 constituting the connecting hood 14 uses the structure shown in FIG. 1, and has two substantially rectangular hood metal frames 15 and 16 and a predetermined number of hood metal frames 15 and 16 disposed therebetween. As shown in FIG. 4, it is arranged in a substantially rectangular tube shape along the outer periphery of the substantially rectangular hood bone 17 and covers the outer periphery of the passage 18 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 5 to 8, the hood cloth 7 is fixed to the hood metal frames 15, 16 by sandwiching the hood cloth 7 between the hood metal frames 15, 16 and the presser foot 19, and attaching them to the machine screws 20. The nut 21 is fastened and fixed. Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the hood cloth 7 is fixed to the hood bone 17 by sandwiching the hood cloth 7 between the hood bone 17 and the pressers 22a and 22b and fastening them with the blind rivets 23 or the like. Has been.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 4, side cloths 24 are arranged on the outer surfaces of both sides in the left-right direction (direction perpendicular to the passage direction) of the top cloth 7, and the side cloths 24 are provided with the presser foot 19 as shown in FIG. , 22b, machine screw 20, nut 21 and blind rivet 23, together with the hood cloth 7, the hood metal frames 15, 16 and the hood bone 17 are fixed.
[0024]
The upper outer surface of the hood cloth 7 is covered with a cloth cloth 25 as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, and both sides of the cloth cloth 25 are lowered to the outer surface of the cloth cloth 24 as shown in FIG. Is overlapped with the upper portion of the side cloth 24 and is pressed by the presser foot 22b. Further, the front and rear end portions of the cloth cloth 25 are fixed to the top metal frames 15 and 16 by the presser foot 19, the small screw 20, and the nut 21, as shown in FIG.
[0025]
Next, the bottom structure of the connecting hood 14 will be described.
[0026]
At the center part (the center part in the left-right direction of the hood) of the bottom cloth 7a of the hood cloth 7, an upper dripping piece 26 is located on the upper side (inner surface side) as shown in FIG. In addition, a lower sag stopper piece 27 located on the lower side (outer side) is arranged in the front-rear direction of the hood. The anti-sagging pieces 26 and 27 are formed in a narrow band shape so as to be located near the center of the hood, and are formed of a stretchable material.
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 7, the front and rear ends of the upper sag stopper piece 26 are stretched and fixed to the hood metal frames 15 and 16 by a fixing plate 28, screws 29, and nuts 30. Further, the middle of the upper sag piece 26 is supported on the hood bone 17 through the upper surface of the hood bone 17 on the bottom side, and further, a presser foot 31, a screw 32, and a nut 33 are attached to the bottom fabric 7 a of the hood cloth 7. It is connected by. The upper sag stopper 26 and the hood bone 17 are not fixed to each other, and the upper sag stopper 26 is slidably supported on the upper surface of the hood bone 17. In this way, the bottom cloth 7a of the hood cloth 7 is connected to the upper sag stopper 26 which is stretched between the hood metal frames 15 and 16 and supported by the hood bone 17, so It is possible to prevent the bottom cloth 7a from sagging.
[0028]
As shown in FIG. 7, the front and rear ends of the lower sag stopper piece 27 are fixedly stretched to the hood metal frames 15, 16 by a presser foot 19, the screw 29, and a nut 30. The bottom cloth 7a of the hood cloth 7 is fixed to the bottom sack 27 with the presser foot 35, the screw 32 and the nut 33, and the bottom cloth 7a of the hood cloth 7 is also secured by the lower sag stopper 27. 7a is prevented from sagging.
[0029]
Usually, the bottom cloth 7a of the hood cloth 7 tends to hang down as shown by the dotted line 7b in FIG. 4 due to its own weight. It is possible to prevent the cloth 7a from interfering with the coupler 36, and to make a structure suitable for a vehicle in which the space between the coupler 36 and the floor 18a of the passage 18 cannot be widened.
[0030]
The front and rear ends of the bottom cloth 7a of the hood cloth 7 are fixed to the front and rear hood metal frames 15 and 16 by the presser foot 19, the fixing plate 28, the screw 29, and the nut 30, respectively.
[0031]
As described above, since the belt-like sag-stopping pieces 26 and 27 are provided only in the central portion of the bottom cloth 7a of the hood cloth 7 in the left-right direction, as shown in FIG. The bottom cloth 7a of the top cloth 7 is deformed with a space at a portion 7b having a wide area that can be freely deformed, other than the top metal frames 15 and 16 and the belt-like sag stopper pieces 26 and 27.
[0032]
That is, as shown in FIG. 10, if the bottom cloth 7a of the hood cloth 7 is fixed to the hood bone 17 along the hood bone 17 by the work clamp 35 in the same manner as the cloth presser 22a at the upper part of the hood, The bottom cloth 7a is fixed at a narrow interval by a plurality of hood bones 17 arranged in parallel at a narrow interval between 15 and 16, and the freedom of the bottom cloth 7a becomes extremely small.
[0033]
In general, since the impact of the vehicle shake when the vehicle is biased is large on the bottom side, the impact load of expansion and contraction applied to the bottom cloth 7a of the hood cloth 7 is large, and the bottom cloth breaks faster than the top of the hood cloth.
[0034]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10, in the case where the freedom of the bottom cloth 7a is very small, as shown in FIG. 10, the interval is narrow and many wrinkles 37 are generated, and the bottom cloth 7a is quickly damaged. At the same time, the expansion / contraction load of the bottom cloth 7a is applied to the combined portion of the hood bone 17 and the presser foot 35, and the bottom cloth 7a easily breaks from this portion. In the case where the degree of freedom is increased, the stress applied to the bottom cloth 7a at the time of bias can be reduced, the damage as described above can be reduced, and the life of the hood cloth 7 can be extended.
[0035]
FIGS. 11 to 13 show a second embodiment of the connection hood using the hood cloth 7 shown in FIG. 1 and a modification of the connection hood shown in FIGS. 2 to 9.
[0036]
11 is a cross-sectional view corresponding to the line AA in FIG. 2, and the left half surface is a cross-sectional view corresponding to the line BB in FIG. Further, the parts are disassembled and displayed in order to make the structure of the parts easy to understand.
[0037]
The hood cloth 7 in the connecting hood 14A shown in FIG. 11 also has the structure shown in FIG. The hood cloth 7 has a structure in which the lower portions on both sides of the substantially rectangular tube-shaped hood cloth 7 shown in FIG. 4 are divided and the divided portions are overlapped. That is, it consists of an upper hood cloth 7e composed of a top cloth 7c and both cloths 7d, and a bottom hood cloth 7g composed of the bottom cloth 7a and both cloths 7f rising from both sides of the bottom cloth 7a. The cloth 7f is superposed on the outer surface of the lower part 7h of the both-side cloth 7d in the upper hood cloth 7e. This overlapping portion is represented by the symbol W.
[0038]
Further, the presser foot 19 shown in FIGS. 4 to 8 includes a overlapping portion W between the lower part of the upper hood cloth 7e and the upper part of the lower hood cloth 7g, as shown in the right half of FIGS. And the upper presser foot 19b divided from the superposed portion presser foot 19a, and the lower presser foot 19c divided from the superposed portion presser foot 19a. Then, the outer cloth of the lower cloth 7d of the upper cloth 7d is covered with the cloth 7f of the lower cloth 7g, the cloth 24 is overlapped with the outer cloth, and the presser foot 19a for superposition is overlapped with the outer cloth. In the same manner as in FIG. 6, these are fastened by the machine screw 20 and the nut 21 so as to be detachably fixed to the top metal frames 15 and 16.
[0039]
Further, as shown in FIG. 11 and FIG. 12, the upper part of the presser foot 22a, the side part of the presser foot 22b, The overlapping portion presser foot 22c for pressing the overlapping portion W between the lower portion 7h of the both side fabrics 7d and the both side fabrics 7f of the lower hood cloth 7g is divided and constituted by blind rivets 23 as shown in FIGS. A hood cloth or the like is fastened to the hood bone 17 and fastened to the hood bone 17.
[0040]
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 11 to 13, the connecting hood is connected to a vehicle for traveling, and when damage such as tearing of the lower hood cloth 7g occurs over time, the repair is performed in the following procedure.
[0041]
First, the pressers 19a and 22c for the superposition part and the lower presser 19c are removed from the top metal frames 15 and 16 by removing the machine screws 20 and the like that fix them, and the upper anti-slip piece 26 is fixed to the fixing plate. 28, the screw 29, the nut 30, the screw 32, and the nut 33 are removed and removed from the hood bone 17.
[0042]
Thereby, as shown in FIG. 12, the lower hood cloth 7g can be separated from the upper hood cloth 7e and removed. Then, in place of the removed lower hood cloth 7g, a new lower hood cloth 7g is assembled and replaced in the reverse procedure.
[0043]
Since the connection and separation of the upper hood cloth 7e and the lower hood cloth 7g in the overlapping portion W can be performed by fixing and removing the screws and nuts of the polymerization pressers 19a and 22c and the sag stoppers 26 and 27, As shown in FIG. 4, the bottom cloth can be repaired extremely easily and in a short time as compared with the case where the hood cloth is integrated all around.
[0044]
Further, in the state where the lower hood cloth 7g is assembled to the upper hood cloth 7e as described above, the rainwater flows down the outer surface of the side cloth 24 along the surface of the cloth cloth 25, so that the rainwater flows from the overlapping portion W. It is possible to achieve excellent water prevention with a simple structure that does not enter the bottom cover cloth 7g and does not require bonding.
[0045]
FIGS. 14 and 15 show a third embodiment of a connecting hood for a vehicle using the hood cloth 7 shown in FIG. 1 and having a lower hood cloth drooping prevention mechanism different from the above-described embodiment. The hood 7 of the connecting hood 14B of the embodiment is formed of the cloth having the structure shown in FIG. 1, and this hood 7 is placed between the hood metal frames 15 and 16, as in the first embodiment of FIGS. The installation is fixed. Further, it is fixed to the top bone 17 by a presser foot 22a on the upper surface side and a presser foot 22b on the side portion. The sag stoppers 26 and 27 shown in the first embodiment are not provided. Further, the bottom cloth 7a of the hood cloth 7 and the cloth slightly raised from both sides of the bottom cloth 7a are merely brought into contact with each hood bone 17 without being mechanically coupled.
[0046]
On both sides of the top cover frames 15 and 16 and the side presser 22b, latches 40a. 40b protrudes.
[0047]
One end of a hanging strap 41 made of an elastic material is locked to one latch 40a in one (front side) top cover frame 15, and this hanging strap 41 descends from one side of the hood cloth 7 from the latch 40a. Passing through the middle of the bottom frame 7 and the bottom frame 17 on the outer bottom surface of the bottom fabric 7a of the cloth 7, the other side of the top cloth 7 is raised and the end thereof is locked to the other latch 40b. It is arranged in a U shape over 40b. Further, the upper portion of the hanging strap 41 is fixed to the top metal frames 15 and 16 by a pressing plate 42. Further, as shown in FIG. 14, the hanging strap 41 is tensioned so as to always lift the bottom cloth 7 a of the hood cloth 7.
[0048]
Further, a suspension strap 41 similar to the above is also arranged in a U shape between the latch 40a and the latch 40b of the presser foot 22b in the hood bone 17, and the hood cloth is covered with the suspension strap 41. 7 bottom cloth 7a is suspended. In addition, between the adjacent hood bones 17, the hanging strap 41 passes through the outer bottom surface of the bottom cloth 7 a in the middle of the adjacent hood bones 17.
[0049]
The hanging strap 41 is merely in contact with the hood cloth 7 at portions other than the latches 40a and 40b and the holding plate 42, and is not fixed to the hood cloth 7.
[0050]
Other structures not shown in FIGS. 14 and 15 are the same as those in the first embodiment.
[0051]
According to the third embodiment, the bottom cloth 7a of the hood cloth 7 is suspended and held by the hanging strap 41, and the bottom cloth 7a can be prevented from hanging down and interfering with the coupler 36. Furthermore, since the bottom cloth 7a of the hood cloth 7 is merely in contact with the hood bone 17 without being mechanically coupled, the hood cloth 7 can be used when the vehicle is biased as shown in FIG. The bottom cloth 7a is slid with respect to the hood bone 17 without being stopped by the hood bone 17, and freely deforms. Therefore, also in the third embodiment, the same effect as described in FIG. 9 can be exhibited and the durability of the hood cloth 7 can be improved.
[0052]
The third embodiment can also be applied to a type in which the hood cloth 7 is divided into upper and lower portions as in the second embodiment.
[0053]
1 and the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 to 9, the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 11 to 13, and the third embodiment shown in FIGS. It can also be applied to a two-piece split hood as shown in FIG.
[0054]
FIGS. 16 to 18 show a fourth embodiment in which a two-piece split hood 14C is formed by using two connection hoods 14 of the first embodiment. In the fourth embodiment, one cover metal frame 15 of one connection hood 14 is fixed to the end face 10 a of one vehicle 10, and one cover metal frame 15 of the other connection hood 14 is fixed to the other vehicle 11. Attached to the end face 11a, the other top metal frame 16, 16 (intermediate metal frame) of each of the two coupled tops 14, 14 is joined to each other so as to be separably connected by the clamps 50, 51. It is. FIG. 18 shows a state where the two connected tops 14 and 14 are separated.
[0055]
In the fourth embodiment, the same operation and effect as in the first embodiment can be exhibited.
[0056]
In the fourth embodiment, the two connected hoods 14 and 14 are respectively the connection hood 14A of the second embodiment or the connection hood 14B of the third embodiment. Functions and effects similar to those of the embodiment or the third embodiment can be exhibited.
[0057]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since the bottom cloth of the hood cloth is not fixed to the hood bone, the freedom of deformation of the bottom cloth is increased as compared with the conventional technique in which the bottom cloth is fixed to the hood bone. However, when the vehicle is biased, the stress applied to the bottom cloth of the hood cloth is reduced, and the conventional bottom cloth is fixed to the hood bone. Compared with this, durability can be improved.
[0058]
Furthermore, since the bottom cloth of the hood cloth is held by the dripping prevention means, it is prevented that the bottom cloth hangs down even if it is not fixed to the hood bone, and the bottom cloth is damaged by interference with a coupler or the like. There is nothing.
