本新発明は、温水洗浄便座装置その他の水回り装置における配管連結部に使用されるクランプ装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
周知のように、温水洗浄便座装置においては、配管連結部(分岐栓と給水ホースとの連結部や操作パネル本体と給水ホースとの連結部)は、一方の配管の端部内に他方の配管の端部を嵌入する態様となっている。しかして、前者から後者に水が流れる際、当該水圧(特にウオータハンマー)が後者の端面に作用し、後者を前者から引き抜く危惧があることから、配管連結部は、堅牢に保持されねばない。このため、従来は、配管連結部においては、2本の配管上に共通のナットを螺着にて外嵌していた。

しかしながら、上記した温水洗浄便座装置はトイレ空間内に設置された便器に装着されており、トイレ空間は狭小であるので、上記したナットの螺着作業は困難をきわめ、改善が要望されていた。

それ故に、本新発明は、温水洗浄便座装置の配管連結部の堅牢保持を簡単に行える装置を提供することを、その技術的課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記した技術的課題を解決するために講じた技術的手段は、請求項1に示すように、「断面が略C型で穴が形成された樹脂製の本体と、前記本体の開口部を介して前記穴の内部に着脱自在に嵌装され且つ断面が略C型の金属製クランプ体と、前記本体の開口部の一方側に基部が枢動自在に連結され且つ遊端が前記本体の開口部の他方側に着脱自在に係止されるカバー体を備え、温水洗浄便座装置その他の水回り装置の配管連結部が前記本体及び前記金属製クランプ体の双方の開口部をしてスナップアクションをなさしめ、且つ前記カバー体の遊端が前記本体の開口部の他方側に係止されるようにした、クランプ装置。」を構成したことである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本新発明の具体例を、添付図面に基づいて説明する。

図1において、クランプ装置10は、断面が略C型穴12aが形成された樹脂製の本体12を備える。しかして、本体12の開口部12bは、一対の対向する弾性を有する脚部12c・12c間に画成されており、脚部12c・12c間の狭小部の長さは、穴12aの直径より小さく設定されている。
