Description

【0001】

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, the lift device in the stretch wrapping machine according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings by giving a preferred embodiment. In the examples, the horizontal feeding direction of the stretch film to the film extending portion is referred to as the left-right direction, and the direction horizontally intersecting with this is referred to as the front-rear direction.
[0008]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a pair of sandwiching conveyors 11, 11 that can run in the left-right direction are separated in the front-rear direction in the machine casing 10 of the stretch wrapping machine in which the lift device according to the embodiment is employed. The stretch film that is arranged in parallel and pulled out from the raw roll 65 serving as a supply source is a film in which the edge portions in the front-rear direction are sandwiched between the upper and lower belt conveyors constituting each sandwiching conveyor 11. It is configured to be fed toward the extension section (holding section) S. At the time of feeding, the stretch film is cut into a predetermined size by the cutter 66 disposed on the upstream side in the film feeding direction of both the conveyor pairs 11 and 11, and only the cut stretch film F is fed to the film extending portion S. Sent. A pair of film holding means 12 and 12 are disposed in the film extending portion S so as to be separated from each other in the front-rear direction. In this state, it is held substantially horizontally.
[0009]
The machine frame 10 above the film extending portion S is outside the periphery of the article 13 at a position facing the lower side of the article 13 (the one containing the article in a tray) lifted to a raised position by a lift device 23 described later. A rear folding member 14 that folds the end of the film extending toward the bottom of the article 13 is movably disposed in the front-rear direction, and the left and right side folding members 15 and 15 are horizontally disposed below the rear folding member 14. Further, a front folding member 16 is disposed on the front side opposite to the rear folding member 14 with the film extending portion S interposed therebetween. Further, a discharge pusher 17 that is movable in the front-rear direction is provided on the machine casing 10 above the rear and side folding members 14, 15, 15, and film folding by the rear folding member 14 and the side folding members 15, 15 is performed. When the article 13 is moved forward by the discharge pusher 17 at the end timing, the film end extending outward from the front peripheral edge of the article 13 abuts on the front folding member 16 and the bottom side of the article 13 Configured to be folded into. Further, a carry-out conveyor 18 is disposed in front of the film spreading section S, and the article 13 moved by the discharge pusher 17 is carried out downstream via the conveyor 18.
[0010]
Below the film spreading section S, as shown in FIG. 1, a first supply conveyor 19 and a second supply conveyor 20 are arranged in series in the front-rear direction perpendicular to the film feeding direction. The article 13 placed on 19 is conveyed by the conveyor 19 and the second supply conveyor 20 to just below the film spreading section S. The second supply conveyor 20 is composed of a plurality of endless belts 20a spaced apart in the left-right direction (see FIG. 2), and each mounting member 32, 42 of the lift device 23 described later is between the adjacent endless belts 20a, 20a or outside. Is configured to move up and down. A stopper 21 is disposed above the downstream side of the second supply conveyor 20 in the article conveyance direction, and the article 13 conveyed by the conveyor 20 has its downstream end (front end) in contact with the stopper 21 so that the film is stretched. It is set to be positioned directly below the part S.
[0011]
An article sensor 22 for detecting the article 13 is disposed on the side of the conveyance path of the article 13 in the first supply conveyor 19, and a control means (not shown) is provided by a stretch packaging machine based on the detection signal of the sensor 22. It is set to start packaging.
[0012]
The article 13 positioned by the stopper 21 is received from the second supply conveyor 20 and placed on the upstream side in the article conveyance direction from the position where the stopper 21 is disposed, and directly below the film extending portion S. Lifting means 24 of a lift device 23 that lifts the article 13 toward the film spreading section S is disposed so as to be movable up and down. The lifting means 24 is moved up and down between the lowered position and the raised position by the raising / lowering mechanism 25, and the article placement surface faces below the article placement surface of the second supply conveyor 20 in the lowered position shown in FIG. 4. In the raised position, the article placement surface is set so as to face slightly above the rear folding member 14 and the front folding member 16, and stretched by the article 13 placed on the lifting means 24 when raised from the lowered position. It is comprised so that the film F can be pushed up and the upper surface can be covered.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 3, the lifting means 24 includes a support member 27 that can be moved up and down along a pair of guide rods 26, 26 erected on the machine frame 10 so as to be separated from each other in the left-right direction. In this configuration, an elevating lever 28 oscillated up and down by an elevating cam rotated by a motor (not shown) is connected via a connecting member 29 and is moved up and down by the oscillation of the elevating lever 28. Is done. The upper part of the support member 27 is formed in a comb-like shape, and each tooth part 27a is positioned so as to face between the endless belts 20a, 20a adjacent to the second supply conveyor 20 or outside, and the support member 27 A fixed mounting table 30 is disposed at the upper end of the. In the embodiment, the elevating mechanism 25 is constituted by the motor, the elevating cam, the elevating lever 28 and the like.
[0014]
The fixed mounting table 30 is composed of a plurality of fixed mounting members 32 disposed at the upper end of each tooth portion 27a of the support member 27 via a fixing holder 31 so as to be tiltable. The 32 article placement surfaces (uppermost) 32a are set to the same level. Note that the fixed mounting member 32 is pivotally supported with respect to the fixing holder 31 so as to be tiltable in the film folding direction (front and rear and left and right directions) by the rear folding member 14 and the side folding members 15 and 15, and always. Is set so as to stand still in a standing state by a spring 33 (see FIG. 3) attached to the fixing holder 31.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 4, the support member 27 has an upstream side (rear side) in the article conveying direction on the second supply conveyor 20 with respect to the position of the fixed placing table 30, that is, the dimensions of the article 13 to be placed. On the side corresponding to the change, there are a plurality of movable mounting tables 34, 35, 36 in the front-rear direction (shown as three in the embodiment, but may be two, four or more, or one). Each is arranged so as to be rotatable in the front-rear direction. In the embodiment, the first movable mounting table 34, the second movable mounting table 35, and the third movable mounting table 36 are referred to in order from the front side close to the fixed mounting table 30. In addition, since the configuration of each movable mounting table 34, 35, 36 is basically the same, only the configuration relating to the first movable mounting table 34 will be described, and the same reference numerals are used for the same members of the other mounting tables 35, 36. Will be shown.
[0016]
In the first movable mounting table 34, as shown in FIG. 6, each of a plurality of mounting plates 37 that are separated in the left-right direction is pivotally supported by a bracket 38 that is disposed corresponding to the support member 27. Has been. At the rear end portion of the mounting plate 37 extending rearward from the support member 27, a support body 67 having a plurality of support columns 40 erected apart from the connecting member 39 in the left-right direction is disposed so as to be integrally rotatable. Established. As shown in FIG. 4, a movable mounting member 42 is tiltably disposed at the upper end of each column 40 via a movable holder 41. In addition, each support | pillar 40 and each movable mounting member 42 are positioned so that it can move up and down between the endless belts 20a and 20a which adjoin the 2nd supply conveyor 20. FIG. Further, the movable mounting member 42 is pivotally supported with respect to the movable holder 41 so as to be tiltable in the film folding direction by the rear folding member 14 and the side folding members 15 and 15, similarly to the stationary mounting member 32. At the same time, the spring 43 attached between the movable holder 41 and the movable holder 41 is always set to stand still in a standing state along the support column 40.
[0017]
In the three movable mounting tables 34, 35, and 36, the article mounting surface (uppermost part) 42 a of each movable mounting member 42 is the fixed mounting member 32 in an upright posture in which each column 40 is substantially vertical. It becomes substantially the same level as the article placement surface 32a (see FIG. 4), and the article 13 is placed on the article placement surfaces 42a and 32a of the plurality of movable placement members 42 and the fixed placement member 32. It has become. In the embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, there are three movable mounting members 42 of the first movable mounting table 34 and the third movable mounting table 36, and two movable mounting members 42 of the second movable mounting table 35. The movable mounting members 42 are configured so as not to interfere with each other.
[0018]
Each of the movable mounting bases 34, 35, and 36 is either in a standing posture in which the article 13 can be placed, or in a tilting posture in which the article 13 is not placed by tilting downward from the standing posture to the rear side. Switching is made by the switching means 44 at the lowered position of the lifting means 24. In addition, since the structure of the switching means 44 which switches each movable mounting base 34,35,36 is fundamentally the same, only the structure regarding the 1st movable mounting base 34 is demonstrated, and the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same member. Will be shown.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 6, a pair of brackets 45, 45 are disposed on the support member 27 so as to extend in the left-right direction and extend forward, and a support shaft 46 is provided between the front end portions of the brackets 45, 45. Arranged. An operating lever 47 is swingably disposed at a position corresponding to the mounting plate 37 at an appropriate position of the first movable mounting table 34 on the support shaft 46. In FIG. 6, the two operations at both ends in the center with respect to the first movable mounting table 34, the right side with respect to the second movable mounting table 35, and the connected state with respect to the third movable mounting table 36. Each lever 47 corresponds. A roller (linking portion) 48 is pivotally supported at one end portion spaced from the pivotal portion of the operating lever 47, and the roller 48 is formed at a portion extending forward from the pivotal portion of the corresponding mounting plate 37. The guide part is movably fitted in a through-hole 49 formed in a substantially S shape. Further, one end of the wire 50 as a rope body is connected to the other end portion that is separated from the pivotal support portion of the operating lever 47 (for the two operating levers 47 in a connected state corresponding to the third movable mounting table 35, One end of the wire 50 is connected to one of them), the operating lever 47 swings in response to the pulling / relaxing operation of the wire 50, the roller 48 moves along the through hole 49, and the first The movable mounting table 34 is configured to change between a tilting posture and a standing posture. That is, by pulling the wire 50, as shown in FIG. 4, the roller 48 moves to the tip side end portion 49 a in the through hole 49, and the first movable mounting table 34 is in the standing posture. Further, the first movable mounting table 34 is tilted downward and rearward by its own weight in a state where the wire 50 is relaxed, and the lower end thereof is disposed on the lower rear side of the support member 27 as shown in FIG. , The mounting table 34 is tilted, and at this time, the roller 48 is configured to arrive at the proximal end 49b of the through hole 49. In this way, the lower end of the tilted first movable mounting table 34 abuts against the restriction member 51, so that no load is applied to the wire 50.
[0020]
As described above, the through-hole 49 is formed in a shape that allows the roller 48 to move, and the front end side end 49 a thereof is in the upright position in relation to the swinging position of the operating lever 47. The one movable mounting table 34 is formed in a shape capable of maintaining a standing posture against its own weight, and the wire 50 is not burdened in this posture. In this case, since the first movable mounting table 34 does not tilt due to its own weight only by loosening the wire 50, in the embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, a roller 48 passes between the bracket 38 and the operating lever 47. A return spring 52 that urges the operating lever 47 to swing in the direction of moving from the distal end 49a to the proximal end of the hole 49 is stretched. Then, due to the action of the return spring 52, when the roller 48 moves from the tip side end portion 49 a of the through hole 49 when the wire 50 is relaxed, the first movable mounting table 34 is tilted by its own weight. Further, the base end side end portion 49 b of the through hole 49 is related to the swing position of the operation lever 47, and the first movable mounting table 34 that is in contact with the restriction member 51 and held in a tilted posture is lifted. At this time, it is formed in a shape that can maintain a tilted posture so as not to jump upward.
[0021]
A guide pulley 53 is pivotally supported below the mounting position of the bracket 45 in the support member 27, and the wire 50 connected to the other end of the operating lever 47 is wound around the guide pulley 53. It is guided and extends downward.
[0022]
At the fixed position of the machine casing 10, a main operating portion 54 of switching means 44 for raising and tilting the first movable mounting table 34 is disposed. In the main operating portion 54, a support shaft 56 is provided on a mounting frame 55 provided on the machine frame 10, and the base end portion of the swing lever 57 is rotatable on the support shaft 56 as shown in FIG. The other end of the wire 50 is connected to the tip of the swing lever 57 from the lower side. The mounting frame 55 is provided with a motor 58 that can rotate forward and backward, and a cam shaft 59 that rotates forward and backward by the motor 58 faces between the pivotal support portion and the tip end portion of the swing lever 57. Are arranged in parallel with the support shaft 56. The first cam 60 is disposed so as to rotate integrally at a position corresponding to the swing lever 57 of the cam shaft 59, and is disposed on the swing lever 57 as shown in FIG. The follower 61 is configured to contact from above. As shown in FIG. 11, a standing cam surface 60 a and a tilting cam surface 60 b are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the first cam 60, and the first cam 60 rotates in the direction of the arrow in the drawing to contact the follower 61. When the position shifts from the tilting cam surface 60b to the standing cam surface 60a, the wire 50 is pulled and the first movable mounting is performed.PlaceThe table 34 is shifted from the tilted posture to the standing posture. Further, the contact position of the follower 61 with respect to the first cam 60 is shifted from the standing cam surface 60a to the tilting cam surface 60b, so that the wire 50 is relaxed, whereby the first movable mounting table 34 tilts from the standing posture by its own weight. It is comprised so that it may be in the state which can transfer to a attitude | position.
[0023]
On the support shaft 56, swing levers 57, 57 for raising and tilting the second movable mounting table 35 and the third movable mounting table 36 are pivotally supported so as to be spaced apart from each other in the axial direction. The second cam 62 and the third cam 63 are disposed so as to rotate integrally at positions corresponding to the swing levers 57, 57 of the cam shaft 59. The two movable platforms 34, 35, and 36 are configured to stand up and tilt. As with the first cam 60, standing cam surfaces 62a and 63a and tilting cam surfaces 62b and 63b are formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the second cam 62 and the third cam 63. The cams 60, 62, and 63 are arranged on the same cam shaft 59, so that their formation ranges are different (see FIG. 11). That is, the range of formation of each of the standing cam surfaces 60a, 62a, 63a and the tilting cam surfaces 60b, 62b, 63b is such that the first movable cam surface 59 is rotated when the cam shaft 59 is rotated in a predetermined direction (the direction of the arrow in the figure). When the mounting table 34, the second movable mounting table 35, and the third movable mounting table 36 are shifted from the tilted posture to the standing posture in this order and reversed, the third movable mounting table 36 and the second movable mounting table 35 are placed. In addition, the first movable mounting table 34 is set so as to shift from the standing posture to the tilting posture.
[0024]
The mounting frame 55 is provided with an angle detector 64 such as a potentiometer linked to the cam shaft 59 (see FIG. 9), and a signal from the detector 64 is input to the control means. Yes. Then, when rotating the cams 60, 62, 63 according to the longitudinal dimension of the article 13 (dimension in the article conveying direction), the control means controls the motor 58 based on the signal from the angle detector 64. Set to do.
[0025]
The control means is connected to an input unit for inputting various data for operating the stretch wrapping machine, and is provided with a storage unit for storing the data, and the article (the product on the tray) to be packaged via the input unit. The movable mounting tables 34, 35, and 36 that stand up together with the product number of the storage unit) are stored in the storage unit. For example, the first, first and second, or first, second, and third movable mounting tables 34, 35, 36 are erected in accordance with the longitudinal dimension of the tray (article) containing the merchandise. Specify and memorize. Then, by calling the product number via the input unit at the time of packaging, the motor 58 rotates the cams 60, 62, 63 to the corresponding positions based on the data, and the set movable mounting tables 34, 35, 36 are set. Configured to select and stand. Note that while the article sensor 22 detects the article 13 being conveyed by the first supply conveyor 19, the front and rear of the article 13 are based on the number of pulses from the pulse transmitter interlocked with the first supply conveyor 19. It is also possible to stand up the corresponding movable mounting tables 34, 35, 36 by calculating the directional dimensions. It is also possible to elevate a desired movable mounting table 34, 35, 36 via the input unit.
[0026]
[Effect of the embodiment]
Next, the operation of the lift device in the stretch wrapping machine according to the above-described embodiment will be described. First, the product number of the article 13 to be packaged is called by the input unit of the control means. As a result, the data stored in the storage unit is read for each product number, and the motor 58 moves the cams 60, 62, 63 while the lifting means 24 is held at the lowered position shown in FIG. The movable mounting tables 34, 35, and 36 that have been set to the corresponding positions are automatically placed in the standing posture. At this time, the roller 48 of the operating lever 47 arrives at the end 49a of the through hole 49, and the movable mounting bases 34, 35, 36 in the standing posture are maintained so as not to fall down by their own weight. There is no burden on the wire 50. For example, FIG. 4 shows a state in which all the movable mounting bases 34, 35, and 36 are in the standing posture so as to correspond to the article 13 having the maximum size that can be packaged.
[0027]
When the article 13 is placed on the traveling first supply conveyor 19 under the automatic selection of the movable placing bases 34, 35, and 36 in the lift device 23, the article 13 is conveyed downstream. It is delivered to the second supply conveyor 20 and conveyed to a position where it comes into contact with the stopper 21. When the article sensor 22 detects the passage of the article 13 during the conveyance of the article 13 by the first supply conveyor 19, both the front and rear edges of the stretch film in which the both sandwiching conveyors 11 and 11 are drawn from the original fabric roll 65 are used. The stretch film F, which travels with the portion sandwiched therebetween and is cut to a predetermined size by the cutter 66, is fed to the film spreading portion S. When the stretch film F is fed to the film stretch section S, both the sandwiching conveyors 11 and 11 are stopped, and the front and rear film holding means 12 and 12 are operated, so that the stretch film F is substantially horizontal in the stretched state. Retained. In this state, the center of the stretch film F corresponds to the center of the article 13 in the left-right direction.
[0028]
When the article 13 comes into contact with the stopper 21, the lifting means 24 is raised by the elevating mechanism 25, and the article 13 on the second supply conveyor 20 is moved to the plurality of fixed placement members 32 and the movable placement member 42. It mounts on the mounting surfaces 32a and 42a. When the lifting means 24 is further raised, the placed article 13 is lifted toward the stretch film F stretched on the film spreading portion S, and the film F is lifted by the article 13 and lifted while being stretched. To the position.
[0029]
When the lifting means 24 is stopped at the raised position, the rear folding member 14 moves forward, and the left and right side folding members 15 and 15 are close to each other so as to be removed from the rear peripheral edge of the article 13. The film end portion extending outward and the film end portion extending outward from the peripheral edges on both the left and right sides are folded into the bottom surface side of the article 13, respectively. At this time, the film holding by the rear film holding means 12 is released at an appropriate timing.
[0030]
Next, when the discharge pusher 17 moves forward, the article 13 is transferred onto the front folding member 16 and moved forward, whereby the article 13 is carried out toward the carry-out conveyor 18. At this time, the film holding of the film holding means 12 on the front side is released at an appropriate timing, and the end of the film extending outward from the front edge of the article 13 passes the article 13 over the front folding member 16. When done, it is folded into the bottom side to complete the packaging.
[0031]
When the rear folding member 14 folds the film end, the article 13 is transferred onto the rear folding member 14 from the article placing surfaces 32a and 42a of the fixed placing member 32 and the movable placing member 42. . At an appropriate timing, the lifting mechanism 24 is lowered to the lowered position by the lifting mechanism 25 and waits for the next article 13 to arrive.
[0032]
When packaging an article 13 having a different size in the front-rear direction by changing the order, as described above, by calling the product number of the product to be packaged by the input unit, the lifting means 24 is in the lowered position, The motor 58 rotates the cams 60, 62, 63. For example, FIG. 5 shows a state in which all the movable mounting tables 34, 35, and 36 are in a tilted posture. That is, in this case, the article 13 is placed only on the fixed mounting table 30 and lifted toward the stretch film F for packaging. In the tilted posture, the roller 48 of the operating lever 47 arrives at the proximal end 49b of the through hole 49, and the movable mounting bases 34, 35, 36 do not jump upward when the lifting means 24 is raised. Maintain a tilted posture.
[0033]
In the lift device 23 of the embodiment, the operation of selecting the movable mounting bases 34, 35, 36 according to the longitudinal dimension of the article 13 and switching between the tilting posture and the standing posture is performed at the lowered position of the lifting means 24. The movable mounting tables 34, 35, and 36 move up and down between the lowered position and the raised position while maintaining the tilted posture or the standing posture, and the operation becomes smooth and the generation of noise and vibration can be suppressed. . Further, since the main operating portion 54 of the switching means 44 is disposed in the fixed portion of the machine frame 10 and is connected to the operating lever 47 via the wire 50, the lifting means 24 can be reduced in weight and can be operated smoothly. At the same time, the burden on the lifting mechanism 25 can be reduced. Furthermore, since the movable mounting bases 34, 35, and 36 are rotated within a certain range by the cams 60, 62, and 63, there is no burden on the movable mounting bases 34, 35, and 36 or the main operating portion 54. .
[0034]
[Example of change]
The present application is not limited to the configuration of the above-described embodiment, and other configurations can be appropriately employed.
1 The main operating unit stands up and tilts the movable mounting table via the wire, and can be arranged at an appropriate position. Therefore, it can be disposed on the support member.
2 In the case where there are a plurality of movable mounting bases as in the embodiment, each main cam is provided with a motor for each cam or a clutch on the camshaft between adjacent cams. Are configured to rotate independently.
In this case, the shape of each cam can be made the same.
3 Instead of the cam and swing lever in the main operating part, a wire winding drum rotated by a motor, a crank mechanism or the like is adopted.
When there are a plurality of movable mounting bases as in the embodiment, the winding drum or the crank mechanism is rotated independently as described in item 2 above.
4 Instead of the cam and swing lever in the main operating part, a linear actuator such as a pneumatic cylinder is adopted.
In the case where there are a plurality of movable mounting tables as in the embodiment, the number of linear actuators is provided by the number of the movable mounting tables.
5 When the movable mounting table is light, etc., it may be a simple straight through-hole instead of an S-shaped through-hole. At that time, the movable mounting table is directly pulled by the wire to maintain the standing posture. In place of the through hole, a groove into which the roller is fitted may be employed.
6  A member corresponding to the main operating portion of the embodiment may be provided on the support member.
In this case, it is possible to adopt a configuration in which the operating lever is directly rocked by a cam instead of the rocking lever of the main working portion. With respect to the main operating portion in this case, when there are a plurality of movable mounting bases as in the embodiment, a motor is provided for each cam, or a clutch is provided on the cam shaft between adjacent cams, etc. Then, each cam may be rotated independently. At this time, the shape of each cam may be the same.
Further, when the movable mounting table is lightweight, it may be a simple straight through hole instead of the S-shaped through hole.
7  Instead of adopting the main operating portion, the operating lever may be fixed to the support shaft, and a motor may be disposed on the support shaft to rotate it.
In the case where there are a plurality of movable mounting bases as in the embodiment, the operation levers are independently swung by, for example, providing a clutch on the support shaft between adjacent operation levers. Alternatively, a configuration is adopted in which the operating lever can be independently swung and a motor is provided.
In addition, when the movable mounting table is lightweight, the S-shaped through hole may be used instead of a straight through hole.
8  Instead of the motor in the main operating part of the embodiment, it is also conceivable to provide a handle, a lever or the like on the cam shaft and manually rotate the cam shaft.
In this case, as described above, the main operating portion can be disposed at an appropriate position, so that it is disposed at a position where the operator can operate, such as the outside of the packaging machine.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the lift device of the stretch wrapping machine according to claim 1 of the present invention, the movable mounting table is switched between the tilting posture and the standing posture at the lowered position of the lifting means. In addition, a guide unit is provided to maintain the movable mounting table in a posture switched between a tilting posture and a standing posture. Therefore, the movable mounting table moves up and down while maintaining a tilted posture or a standing posture, and its operation is smooth and noise and vibration can be suppressed. In addition, since the lift device according to the second aspect includes a plurality of movable mounting tables, it is possible to deal with articles of various sizes by selecting the moving mounting table and taking the standing posture.
[0036]
