本発明は樋取付け構成体を用いた軒樋の取付け構造に係り、特に、樋を収納する軒先構造において、水切りと軒樋を係止する機能を兼備し、且つ、軒樋の取付けを簡単に行なうことが出来る樋取付け構成体を使用したものに関するものである。

【従来技術とその課題】
従来、軒樋の取付け施工に当っては、針金を用いて取付け金具に軒樋を括りつけたり、或いは、受け金具や吊り金具等の取付け金具のみを用いて固定したり、これら取付け金具とブラケットとを併用する等の方法により取付けが行なわれていた。

しかしながら、上記前者の取付け方法によれば、作業が煩わしく手間取るので施工効率が落ちると共に、取付け後の仕上り外観が好ましいものではないと云う問題があった。
また、上記後者の取付け方法によれば、風圧等により取付け金具と軒樋や軒樋耳部との間に、ガタ付きによる異音が生じたり、金具から軒樋が逸脱し易いものが見受けられたり、或いは、取付け施工性に問題があるものが多かった。
即ち、従来は、軒樋を固定する金具と水切り機能を有する部材とが別々であったので、雨水の水切り機能と軒樋を支持乃至固定する機能とを併せ有し、且つ、取付け施工性が優れた樋取付け構成体はなかった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記課題を解決するためのものであって、その要旨は、軒樋の底部と前部に接して支持する支持面と軒樋の前部上端に覆い被さって家屋側へ突出した耳押さえを有するブラケットが所定間隔を保って軒先に取付けられ、その上方に軒先固定部とこれに連設する水切り部を有していて、該水切り部は、前記軒先固定部より迫出し片を介して突部が垂下形成されると共に、該突部より軒先方向に弾発係止片が延設されてなる樋取付け構成体が取り付けられ、
軒樋の底部と前部が前記ブラケットの支持面で支持され、後縁耳部が前記樋取付け構成体の弾発係止片に係着して軒樋が軒先に取り付けられることを特徴とする軒樋の取付け構造である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づき具体的に説明する。

【実施例】
樋取付け構成体1は、図1に示す如く、釘孔113を穿設した軒先固定部11の上端から前面側へ斜め下向きに鉤状の係着片111を突設すると共に、上記軒先固定部11の下端から前面側へ迫出し片112を形成し、且つ、その先を垂下させて突部121を形成し、また、該突部121より後面側へ弾発係止片122を延設して、上記突部121から弾発係止片122に至る間を水切り部12となしたものである。

図2に示す本発明の施工例は、屋根Bの軒先下端と軒天ボードC間の軒先前面板Aに、樋取付け構成体1を用いて軒樋2を取付けた場合であって、軒樋2の底部と前部が軒先前面板Aに固定されたブラケット3の支持面に接して支持されていると同時に、ブラケット3の家屋側へ突出した耳押さえ322が軒樋2の前部上端に覆い被さって、耳押さえ322の下方に軒樋2の前部上端が収まり、また、軒樋2の後縁耳部22が樋取付け構成体1の弾発係止片122のスプリング付勢により押え付けられて、軒樋2がガタ付きなく確実に取付けられている。

以下に、本発明の施工手順について具体的に述べる。
先ず、図3に側断面図で示す如く、軒先水平(横)方向に所定間隔を保って、ブラケット3を取付けるが、該ブラケット3の固定部31の下底部を軒天ボードCに当接すると共に、ブラケット固定部31の立上片313から軒先前面板Aに釘311を打付けて、軒先前面板Aにブラケット3を固定しておく。

次いで、ブラケット3の可動部32に穿設した長孔321を介し、蝶ネジ312を用いて、ブラケット可動部32をブラケット固定部31の前後方向にスライド可能に蝶着したのち、ブラケット可動部32を矢視方向の前面側へ引出して、ブラケット可動部32の上端部と軒先前面板Aとの間隔を広げておく。

そして、本発明の樋取付け構成体1の弾発係止片122により、軒樋2の後縁耳部22を押え付けるようにしつつ、釘孔113より釘114を用いて軒先固定部11を軒先前面板Aに打付け固定し、軒樋2の取付けを終る。

また、本発明を用いることにより、施工時には軒先横方向への軒樋2のスライド調節が可能であるために、ドレン等の竪落し口の位置決めがやり易くなると共に、ブラケット3への軒樋2の取付け工事が終ってから、本発明の樋取付け構成体を取付けることによって水切り工事が出来るので、施工性が格段に向上すると云う作用効果が得られる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上記構成よりなるので下記効果を奏する。
即ち、本発明は、それ自体が軒樋と接触して水切り機能を有するので、軒先前面への雨水の浸入を防止出来ると共に、軒樋の後縁耳部をスプリング付勢により確実に係着することが出来、また、軒樋の取付け施工性を格段に向上させることが出来ると云う作用効果を奏するものである。
