Description

【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a method for reclaiming pipes such as sewer pipes and pipelines. More specifically, for example, the present invention relates to a method of repairing and regenerating a pipe tube that has deteriorated or deteriorated due to long-term use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a method of regenerating the above-described old pipe rod, a flexible sheet lining material is previously formed into a cylindrical shape substantially equal to the inner diameter of the pipe rod (horizontal pipe), and the cylindrical lining A construction method has been proposed in which a material is attached to the inner peripheral surface of a horizontal pipe and repaired and regenerated (see, for example, JP 7-509289 A).
[0003]
When repairing and repairing pipes such as sewer pipes as described above, conventionally, only horizontal pipes are used, and remanufacturing work for manholes is rarely performed. For this reason, both ends of the lining material laid on the inner peripheral surface of the horizontal pipe need to be sealed with a manhole portion. Conventionally, sealing is performed using a packing material or the like, but the work is very troublesome.
[0004]
In addition, the biggest cause of the deterioration of pipes such as the above-mentioned sewer pipes is that gas such as hydrogen sulfide is generated from the sewage flowing there, and the concrete deteriorates due to the gas. Therefore, the horizontal tube portion through which the sewage flows is most likely to deteriorate, but the above gas also flows into the manhole portion, and the portion deteriorates to some extent. Therefore, it is necessary to reproduce the manhole part.
[0005]
In that case, conventionally, a method different from the above-described regenerating method, for example, a method of applying a repair material such as a paint to the inner surface of the manhole has been adopted, but the repair materials and processes are completely different from each other. Since this has to be done, the work becomes complicated, and there is a risk that the watertightness of the connecting portion between the horizontal tube and the manhole portion is lowered.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been proposed in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to make it possible to simultaneously and satisfactorily regenerate the horizontal tube and manhole of the pipe rod.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the pipe regenerating method according to the present invention is as follows.
[0008]
That is, it is a method for repairing and regenerating a pipe rod provided with a horizontal tube between adjacent manholes, and has a flexible and thermoplastic synthetic resin on the inner peripheral surface of the horizontal tube and the manhole. Each lining material is laid, and both the lining materials are integrally bonded by heat welding.
[0009]
[Action]
As described above, the lining material is laid on the inner peripheral surface of the horizontal tube and the inner peripheral surface of the manhole, respectively, and both the lining materials are joined by thermal welding, so that the horizontal tube and the manhole can be easily and simultaneously It is possible to repair and regenerate well.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a method for regenerating a pipe rod according to the present invention will be specifically described based on an embodiment shown in the drawings.
[0011]
FIG. 1 is a process explanatory view showing an example of the pipe rehabilitation method according to the present invention. In this embodiment, the pipe is applied to a sewer pipe, and the pipe 1 is a predetermined one as shown in FIG. Are formed with a plurality of manholes (vertical tubes) 2 and a horizontal tube 3 piped between the adjacent manholes 2.
[0012]
When repairing and regenerating the manhole 2 and the horizontal pipe 3 as described above, first, in order to prevent sewage or the like from flowing into the area to be repaired, for example, as shown in FIG. An inflatable water-stop packer 4 and the like are loaded into the downstream pipe 3. Reference numeral 4 a denotes a compressor for expanding the packer 4, and 4 b denotes a ventilation pipe such as a hose that communicates the compressor with the water stop packer 4. Then, a bypass duct 5 made of a hose or the like is provided between the manhole upstream of the region to be repaired and the downstream manhole, and is sucked by a pump 5a or the like and is downstream via the bypass duct 5. Let it drain into.
[0013]
Next, the inner peripheral surfaces of the horizontal tube 3 and the manhole 2 are subjected to repair lining treatment, the order of which is appropriate. For example, as shown in FIG. Apply lining 6. In this embodiment, as the lining 6, as shown in FIG. 2, two lining materials of a preliner 61 and an inliner 62 are sequentially coated on the inner surface of the horizontal pipe 3, and a mortar or the like is provided between the preliner 61 and the inliner 62. The fixing material 10 is filled.
[0014]
As the pre-liner 61 and the in-liner 62, a sheet material such as a flexible synthetic resin formed in advance in a cylindrical shape as shown in FIG. 2A is used. Is formed to be equivalent to or slightly smaller. Among the liners 61 and 62, at least the inliner 62 has a heat-weldable thermoplasticity, and the outer side of the inliner 62, that is, the surface on the pre-liner 61 side is shown in FIGS. As described above, a large number of protrusions 62 a are formed integrally with the inliner 62 at a predetermined interval.
[0015]
Next, as shown in FIG. 1 (c), the inner surface of the manhole 2 is repaired with a lining material 7, and the lining material 7 also has the lining material 6 as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 in this embodiment. A cylindrical pre-liner 71 and an in-liner 72, which are made of the same material and formed in advance or substantially smaller than the inner diameter of the manhole 2, are used, and a fixing material such as mortar is filled between the liners 71 and 72. During the repair work, as shown in FIG. 1C, an inflatable packer 9 or the like is appropriately installed in the manhole 2 as necessary, and the lining material 7 is temporarily fixed.
[0016]
In this case, the lining material 6 laid on the horizontal pipe 3 and the lining material 7 laid on the manhole 2 are welded and joined. In this case, the preliners 61 and 71 of both the lining materials 6 and 7 and the inliner 62. 72 is preferably welded, but in the present embodiment, only the inliners 62 and 72 are welded. As the welding method, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, the end portion 62A of the inliner 62 on the side tube side is overlapped with the inliner 72 on the manhole side, and heat welding is performed by a heat welding machine or the like. In this case, the unnecessary protrusion 62a of the end 62A is appropriately cut off. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 6, a flat joining sheet 8 or the like made of the same thermoplastic material as the inliners 62 and 72 and having no protrusions should be joined to the inliners 62 and 72 at the connecting portions of the inliners 62 and 72. You may weld to an edge part.
[0017]
In the above embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the lining material 7 composed of the pre-liner 71 and the inliner 72 is laid on the bottom surface of the manhole 2 similarly to the inner peripheral surface of the manhole. The peripheral edge portion and the lower end portion 72A of the inliner 72 on the inner peripheral surface side of the manhole are welded and joined.
[0018]
As described above, a fixing material such as mortar is filled between the liners 61, 62, 71, 72 stretched on the inner surfaces of the horizontal tube 3 and the manhole 2, and the filling operation is performed with the horizontal tube 3 to be repaired. The lining material laying operation for the manhole 2 may be performed collectively after completion, or the horizontal tube portion and the manhole portion may be separately performed.
[0019]
As described above, the horizontal tube 3 and the manhole 2 are lined with substantially the same lining materials 6 and 7, and both the lining materials 6 and 7 are joined by heat welding, thereby achieving a watertight lining treatment. It can be performed easily and quickly.
[0020]
In the above-described embodiment, the lining materials 6 and 7 of the horizontal tube 3 and the manhole 2 have a two-layer structure of pre-liners 61 and 71 and inliners 62 and 72, respectively, and a fixing material such as mortar is filled between both the liners. However, each of the lining materials 6 and 7 may be composed of a single layer or three or more layers, and the present invention can also be applied to a lining process that does not use a fixing material as described above.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the reclaiming method according to the present invention, both the horizontal pipe 3 and the manhole 2 of the sewer 1 and the manhole 2 are lined, so that only the horizontal pipe is lined as in the conventional case. Compared to sealing the lining material once in the manhole part or repairing the manhole part separately, the workability is good and the work can be performed easily and quickly. Further, since the lining material of the horizontal tube and the lining material of the manhole are integrally joined by heat welding, the watertightness can be easily and surely joined. In addition, deteriorated horizontal pipes and manhole concrete are easy to work because they do not necessarily need to be repaired separately by simply performing the lining process as described above, and the entire lining process of the horizontal pipe and manhole is a series of operations. It can be performed in the process, and there is an effect that construction in a short period of time becomes possible.
