Description

【0001】

[0044]
Subsequently, the feed roller 65 starts to rotate at a point in time when the stacked banknote take-in roller 64 rotates by a predetermined amount and the leading edge of the stacked banknote PA reaches the feed roller 65. When the first banknote is taken in between the feed roller 65 and the return roller 66, the rotational driving force is transmitted from the feed roller 65 to the return roller 66 via the banknote, so that the return roller 66 rotates together with the feed roller 65 (arrow d), but when two or more banknotes are taken in, the frictional force between the banknotes is smaller than the frictional force between the return roller 66 and the banknotes. As a result, the return roller 66 reversely rotates (arrow e) and pushes back the second and subsequent bills. Thus, the banknotes P are sent out one by one from the banknote outlet 61c.
[0045]
The fed banknote P is taken into the banknote introduction path 210 through the identification device 22 by driving the motor 214 of the banknote introduction mechanism 21, and the authenticity and denomination of the banknote are identified during that time. And if a banknote is a true bill, while being conveyed below by the conveyance mechanism 29,42,32, the banknote storage part which should be taken in is determined according to the money type of the identified banknote, and the banknote storage part exists The take-out and feeding mechanism and the banknote stacking mechanism of the unit to be operated are operated, and the banknotes are stored in the banknote storage unit.
[0046]
Further, at the time of withdrawal, the denomination and the number of banknotes to be paid out are determined by the control board, the banknotes are paid out from the banknote storage unit of the unit corresponding to the denominations of the banknotes to be paid out, and are discharged through the temporary storage unit 25. It is paid out to 200. Moreover, when the banknote of the temporary storage part 25 is a banknote which should be rejected, a banknote is sent to the rejection chamber 28 by operating the belt apparatus 24 in a reverse rotation direction.
[0047]
In addition, the specific structure of the apparatus of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and can be variously changed.
[0048]
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the bill drive device 6 is provided with the feeding drive motor 67. However, when the drive motor 67 is omitted and the bill pickup device 6 is attached to the deposit / withdrawal unit 2 instead. A transmission means such as a gear to be connected may be provided in the banknote introduction mechanism 21 and the banknote batch pickup device 6 so that the driving force of the motor 214 of the banknote introduction mechanism 21 is transmitted to the banknote batch pickup apparatus 6. If it does in this way, size reduction, weight reduction, etc. of a banknote batch taking-in device will be attained.
[0049]
