Description

【0001】
【0028】

[0002]
[Prior art]
Medical tools such as scalpels, scissors, and tweezers used during surgery and the like are washed, sterilized, and stored after use to prepare for the next use.
[0003]
The used medical device is first collected and stored in a container, transported to a cleaning treatment place, transferred into a cleaning tank, and thoroughly cleaned by spraying cleaning water with a nozzle in the sealed cleaning tank. The cleaning water is mixed with a detergent, and if necessary, a disinfectant is mixed to perform disinfection treatment. In addition to disinfecting with a disinfectant, disinfecting treatment includes disinfecting with hot water. In this specification, cleaning water and hot water mixed with detergent and disinfectant are collectively referred to as cleaning water.
[0004]
In order to collect used medical tools in an operating room or the like and transport them to a cleaning station, the used medical tools are stored and transported in a container that can be sealed in order to prevent bacteria from falling into the passageway.
[0005]
FIG. 9 is a schematic perspective view illustrating a conventional container used for this purpose. The container 2 includes a main body 2 provided with a handle 1 and a lid 3 that is detachable from the main body 2. The lid 3 is attached to the main body 2 by a buckle 4. The abutting portion is provided with a packing to keep airtight. There is also a container in which a vent is formed in the side surface of the main body 2 and the upper surface of the lid 3 and a filter is attached to the inside thereof so that bacteria do not come out of the container and can be used for steam sterilization.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above-described conventional container stores a medical device contaminated with bacteria, moves to a cleaning treatment station as it is, opens the container, takes out the medical device, and moves it to a cleaning tank. Further, when the tool is taken out from the container at the cleaning treatment site, the worker touches the contaminated tool, so that the worker may be infected with bacteria. The present invention seeks to obtain a container without such danger.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The used medical device container of the present invention forms a water passage on the inner surface of the lid that seals the main body, and a water supply socket that leads to this water passage is attached to the lid, and a water injection nozzle that faces the inside of the main body is provided in the water passage. A drainage socket that leads to the bottom of the main body through the unit is attached to the lid, and the collected medical device is cleaned and disinfected without being taken out of the container.
[0008]
The present invention also provides a water supply device for cleaning and disinfecting a medical device with the medical device container and a cleaning case for cleaning the outer surface of the medical device container .
[0009]
[Action]
When the used medical device is placed in the main body and the lid is sealed, the inside of the main body is shut off from the outside, so that there is no concern that bacteria attached to the object to be cleaned will come out of the main body. When a flexible tube that leads to a water supply source is connected to a water supply socket, water passes through the water passage and is ejected from the water injection nozzle into the main body to clean the medical device. The water collected at the bottom of the main body after washing is sucked and discharged by a flexible drain pipe connected to the drain socket.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
1 to 8 show a first example of a used medical device container and a water supply device according to the present invention, FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view, FIG. 2 is a schematic longitudinal sectional view, and FIG. 3 is attached to operate this container. 4 is a perspective view showing another example of the container, FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view of the container, and FIG. 6 is a cleaning case for cleaning the outer surface of the container at the same time as cleaning the object to be cleaned in the container. FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 are schematic plan views showing two examples of the arrangement of a plurality of cleaning cases.
[0011]
1 and 2, the container A has a main body 2 having a handle 1 and a lid 3 for sealing the main body 2. The lid 3 is fitted in the main body 2 in an inlay manner and attached to the lid 3. 4 is freely engageable with and disengageable from the engaging portion 5 that also serves as a support portion of the handle 1. A dish-shaped inner lid 6 is in close contact with the inner surface of the lid 3 with a space therebetween. A plurality of holes 7 are formed in the inner lid 6, and a water injection nozzle 8 is fitted into the holes 7. A water flow generating nozzle 9 bent in an L shape is coupled to one hole. Two holes 10, 11 are formed in the lid 3, and a water supply socket 12 is fitted into the hole 10. The water supply socket 12 can attach and detach the flexible water supply pipe 34 (FIG. 3) coming out of the water supply device in a one-touch manner, has a length that does not reach the inner lid 6, has a bottom, and has a side hole 13 and a lid 3. It opens between the inner lid 6. A drain socket 14 is fitted into the hole 11. The drain socket 14 penetrates the hole 15 of the inner lid 6 and connects a pipe portion 14a having a length that reaches the vicinity of the bottom of the main body 2 when the lid 3 is closed. 38 (FIG. 3) can be attached and detached in a one-touch manner.
[0012]
In the operating room or the like, the used medical device B such as a scalpel, tweezers, forceps and scissors is placed in the main body 2, the lid 3 is closed, and the main body 2 and the lid 3 are tightly coupled with the buckle 4. At this time, the state of each part is as shown in FIG. 2, and the drain socket 14 opens near the bottom of the main body 2. Reference numeral 56 denotes a packing. In FIG. 2, the handle 1 and the buckle 4 are omitted, and the position of the drain socket 14 is shifted. The medical device B is inserted so as not to collide with the drain socket 14 and the water flow generation nozzle 9. A barrier such as a wire or a wire mesh may be provided so as to surround a position where the nozzle or the like enters. When the flexible water supply pipe 34 of the water supply device is connected to the water supply socket 12 and the flexible drain pipe 38 is connected to the drainage socket 14 to start the water supply / drainage, the water supply socket 12 passes through the hole 13 and the space between the lid 3 and the inner lid 6. The washing water press-fitted into the space is ejected from the water injection nozzle 8 into the main body 2 to wash and disinfect the stored used medical device B. The washing water that has entered the water flow generating nozzle 9 is ejected in the horizontal direction to agitate the water in the main body, thereby enhancing the washing effect. The washing water collected at the bottom of the main body 2 after being washed is sucked and discharged from the drain socket 14 and replaced with the washing water supplied from the water supply socket 12. When the cleaning and disinfection with the cleaning water including the detergent is finished, the supply of the cleaning water is stopped and the cleaning water in the container is discharged. When the inside of the container A becomes negative pressure along with the discharge of the washing water, since the outside air is sucked into the container through the check valve 55, the drainage is smoothly performed. In addition, when the outside air is introduced, bubbles are generated in the washing water, and therefore, the action of removing dirt adhered to the tool is performed. When the washing water discharge is finished, the fresh water is similarly circulated and rinsed.
[0013]
When the appropriate cleaning and disinfection is completed, the water supply / drainage of the water supply device is stopped, the flexible water supply pipe 34 and the flexible drainage pipe 38 are removed, the container is carried to the cleaning treatment site, the lid 3 is opened, and the medical treatment is cleaned and disinfected. In some cases, the tool is taken out and moved to a washing tank for further washing. Thereafter, sterilization is performed.
[0014]
FIG. 3 shows a water supply apparatus for cleaning / disinfecting attached to the container A and supplying / discharging cleaning water to / from the container A.
[0015]
Fresh water is injected into the tank 16 from a water supply source 17 (using tap water) through a main valve 18, a strainer 19, a solenoid valve 20, a check valve 21, and a nozzle 22. The water level in the tank is adjusted to high and low water levels by level sensors 23, 24 and 25.
[0016]
A detergent mixed with a detergent or a disinfectant is placed in the bottle 26, and this detergent or the like is mixed into the water supply before the nozzle 22 through the pump 27 and the check valve 28. The amount of detergent or the like mixed is adjusted by the time for which the pump 27 is operated with respect to the amount of fresh water in the tank 16.
[0017]
The washing water taken out from the bottom of the tank 16 passes through a check valve 30 and an electric heater 31 (which may be a steam heater) for adjusting the washing water temperature by a line pump 29 (dynamic pressure 1 kg / cm 2 ). The electric valve 32 and the check valve 33 are passed through the flexible water supply pipe 34 connected to the water supply socket 12 of the container, while the electric valve 35, the check valve 36 and the ejector 37 are passed through the tank 16. A flexible drain pipe 38 connected to the drain socket 14 of the container is connected to the ejector 37, and the cleaning water in the container sucked through the drain socket 14 is returned to the tank 16. Pressured tap water can also be passed through the ejector 37 by an alarm circuit through the check valve 39 and the motor-operated valve 40. The wash water exiting the heater 31 is discharged to the drainage channel 43 via the check valve 42 when the motorized valves 32 and 35 are closed and the motorized valve 41 is opened, so that the tank 16 can be emptied. The water exceeding the high water level of the tank 16 is discharged to the drain pipe 46 through the sealing bend 45 of the pipe 44. When the intermediate water level is used, the water exceeding the water level opens the electric valve 47. The water is discharged to the drain pipe 46, and the water is discharged to the drainage channel 43 through the check valve 48 and the sealing water curved portion 49. The air pipe 50 allows the inside of the tank 16 to communicate with the outside air through the filter 51. When water in the tank 16 overflows into the air pipe due to a failure, it flows into the drain funnel 52 of the drain pipe 46.
[0018]
When the cleaning and disinfection with the cleaning water including the detergent or the like is finished, the motorized valve 53 is opened, and the clean water is poured into the container through the rinsing pipe 54 and the flexible water supply pipe 34 to perform rinsing and cleaning. At this time, the motor-operated valves 32 and 35 are closed, the motor-operated valve 41 is opened, the line pump 29 is operated, the tank 16 is drained, the motor-operated valve 40 is opened, and the ejector 37 is opened by tap water passing through the alarm circuit. Operate and drain the container. This water supply device for cleaning and disinfecting is about the size of a normal washing machine.
[0019]
Since the 1st example shown in FIG. 1 supplies and drains washing water in a state where the inside of the container is hermetically sealed, air is pushed into the upper part of the container as the amount of feeding increases, and the rising of the washing water is hindered. Thick items cannot be submerged in the wash water. Accordingly, there is an inconvenience that the main body 2 is formed deeply so that an article having a large thickness can be submerged in the washing water, or is used exclusively for washing an article having a small thickness, but the second example of FIGS. Eliminates this inconvenience. The same parts as those in the first example of FIG. 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.
[0020]
It is the same as the first example that the hole 3 for fitting the water supply socket 12 and the hole 11 for fitting the drain socket 14 are drilled in the lid 3, but the hole 58 for fitting the air adapter 57 is further provided. Drill. In the first example, the drain socket 14 has the lower pipe portion 14 a coupled to the same body, but in the second example, the drain socket 14 is separated and the pipe portion 14 a is fixed to the inner wall of the main body 2. On the inner surface of the lid 3, a water supply frame 61 in which a flat rectangular tube is formed in a rectangular frame shape and the inlet portion 60 protrudes in the same plane is attached via an attachment plate 62. A plurality of water injection nozzles 8, 8 for ejecting cleaning water toward the main body 2 are attached to the water supply frame 61 while being dispersed on the lower surface. When the lid 3 is fitted to the main body 2, the water supply socket 12 attached to the hole 10 is fitted into the hole 63 formed in the inlet 60 of the water supply frame 61, and the cleaning water supplied to the water supply socket 12 is supplied. It is ejected from the water injection nozzle 8 into the main body 2 through the water supply frame 61. In addition, a flat short tube 64 having both ends closed and attached to the inner surface of the lid 3 is attached by a mounting plate 62, and the hole 65 is closely fitted to the drain socket 14. When the lid 3 is closed, the short tube portion 66 protruding downward from the flat short tube 64 is closely fitted to the tube portion 14 a fixed to the main body 2 .
[0021]
Since it is configured as described above, when the object to be cleaned is put into the main body 2, the lid 3 is closed and the cleaning water is supplied from the water supply socket 12, the cleaning water enters the water supply frame 61 from the inlet portion 60, Blow out into 2 to clean the object to be cleaned. When the amount of water in the main body 2 increases, the air in the container is discharged out of the container through the air adapter 57, so that the cleaning water can freely rise in the main body and sufficiently immerse the object to be cleaned. This water amount adjustment can be controlled by a time difference between water supply and drainage or by providing a level sensor in the main body 2. When the amount of water in the main body 2 reaches a predetermined amount, the water is drained through the tube portion 14a, the flat short tube 64, and the drain socket 14. The water supply apparatus for supplying and draining water as described above can be used as it is as shown in FIG.
[0022]
When a valve is connected to the air adapter 57 so that air can be stopped inside the container (the container in FIG. 1 may be left as it is), the washing water is discharged through the drainage adapter because of the compressed air at the time of water supply. Then, all the water in the container can be discharged continuously by the siphon phenomenon. A sensor for detecting drainage is provided, and if it does not drain even after a certain period of time, the ejector is operated to forcibly drain.
[0023]
Next, it is desirable to clean the outer surface of the container because not only the inner surface but also the outer surface becomes dirty when handling a dirty object to be cleaned. The inner surface is cleaned simultaneously with the object to be cleaned, but the outer surface must be cleaned separately. FIG. 6 is a longitudinal side view schematically showing an example of a cleaning case for cleaning the outer surface of the container simultaneously with the cleaning of the object to be cleaned in the container. The parts already described are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.
[0024]
In FIG. 6, C is a cleaning case for storing a container A in which an object to be cleaned is placed and the lid 3 is sealed. In the cleaning case C, a main body 67 and a lid 68 are pivotally attached to a horizontal shaft 69 so as to be freely opened and closed. When the lid portion 68 is closed, both the portions 67 and 68 abut against each other in a water-tight manner at the right downward edge in FIG. A drain pipe 70 is attached to the main body portion 67, and the drain pipe 70 communicates with the tank 16. On the inner surface of the lid portion 68, a water pipe 71 provided with dispersed water injection nozzles 8a is attached. A water supply nozzle 72 that is connected to the water supply socket 12 of the container automatically when the cover 68 is closed is attached to the cover 68 so as to be insulated from the water supply pipe 71. A branch pipe 73 branched from the water supply nozzle 72 leads to the water pipe 71.
[0025]
Since it is configured as described above, when the container A containing the object to be cleaned is put into the cleaning case C and the lid 68 is closed, the water supply nozzle 72 is coupled to the water supply socket 12 of the container A, which is shown in the drawing. In the same manner, the drain nozzle provided in the lid 68 is connected to the drain socket of the container so that the object to be cleaned in the container can be cleaned and disinfected. At the same time, the wash water sent from the branch pipe 73 to the water pipe 71 is jetted from the water injection nozzle 8a to the outer surface of the container A to clean the outer surface of the container. The cleaning water whose outer surface has been cleaned returns to the tank 16 together with the cleaning water discharged from the container.
[0026]
FIG. 7 shows an outline of an apparatus that performs cleaning efficiently by automatically providing a cleaning case C for cleaning the outer surface of the container A as described above, and automatically selecting a cleaning case that has not been cleaned. The container A containing unwashed objects to be cleaned is placed on the self-propelled roller conveyor 75 from the work table 74a, and sent from the left to the right in FIG. A plurality of (3 in FIG. 7) cleaning cases C are arranged in parallel on the side of the conveyor 75. In order to support the both sides of the bottom of the container A in front of each case C and move them to the front of the case C The roller conveyor 76 is provided. In front of each case C, there is a pusher 77, and when the container A comes before the cleaning case C that is not cleaned and disinfected by computer control, it is pushed out onto the conveyor 76. Therefore, this container A is put in the cleaning case C, and the object to be cleaned and the outer surface of the container A are cleaned and disinfected. When the cleaning and disinfection is completed, the cleaning case C is opened, the container A is placed on the self-propelled roller conveyor 75 via the roller conveyor 76, and sent to the front of the right work table 74b. At this position, the pusher 77 places the container on the work table 74b. An empty cleaning case C is selected avoiding the cleaning case during the cleaning operation, the pusher 77 is operated, the container is put into the cleaning case C, and a predetermined cleaning and disinfecting operation is performed. The operations such as moving onto the work 75 and pushing the container onto the work table 74b by the pusher 77 at the end of the conveyor 75 are controlled by a computer (not shown). In this way, the plurality of cleaning cases C operate in parallel to clean the outer surface of the container A alternately.
[0027]
In FIG. 8, a plurality of (2 in FIG. 8) cleaning cases C are placed between the entrance-side conveyor 75a and the exit-side conveyor 75b of the two self-propelled roller conveyors, and the containers are placed between the conveyors 75a, 75b and the case C. An arrangement is shown in which conveyors 76a and 76b that support both sides of the bottom of A are provided, and pushers 77 are provided on the sides of the conveyor on the entrance side. This operation is the same as that of the apparatus shown in FIG.
