BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a temperature measuring apparatus for a soldering iron, and more particularly to a technique for measuring a tip temperature using a thermocouple principle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1-288742 discloses a temperature sensor using a thermocouple for measuring a soldering iron tip temperature. This temperature sensor oxidizes the surface of each metal material by covering the thermocouple temperature measuring contact (joint part of different metal material) with a metal sleeve having good thermal conductivity. By suppressing the decrease in temperature measurement accuracy due to an increase in the number of times of use, and improving the wettability of solder at the joint, the conductivity of the heat transferred from the tip to the joint is improved. Is to measure more accurately.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the above-described temperature sensor positively attaches the solder attached to the tip to the temperature measuring contact that is a joint of different metal materials, and flows it between the metal sleeve and the temperature measuring contact. The thermal conductivity between the temperature measuring contact and the tip is improved. However, according to the study by the present inventors, it has been found that when solder is attached to the temperature measuring contact of the thermocouple, the temperature detection accuracy of the thermocouple is significantly reduced.
[0004]
Table 1 shows the measurement results of the tip temperature when solder is attached to the temperature measuring contact and its vicinity and when solder is not attached in the temperature sensor. The numerical value in the parenthesis is a deviation between the set temperature of the tip and the actual measured temperature.
↓
[Table 1]
↑
[0005]
As described above, the measurement value obtained by the temperature sensor is in the range of 200 ° C. to 450 ° C., which is the melting temperature of the solder, and varies greatly depending on whether or not the solder is attached. Moreover, when solder adheres, the deviation with respect to setting temperature is large, and it turns out that the measurement system is remarkably following. Therefore, such a conventional temperature sensor solders an electronic component having a relatively small heat capacity, such as a chip component, an LSI (Large Scale Integrated Circuit) sealed in a small package, etc., on an printed circuit board. It is not possible to cope with the precise temperature control required in some cases.
[0006]
Further, the above-described conventional temperature sensor is integrally configured exclusively for the measurement of the tip temperature, and when used in a production line or the like, it is necessary to prepare the necessary number of devices, which is expensive. Therefore, there is a strong demand for reducing equipment costs in production lines and the like.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and has the following objects.
(1) Provided is a temperature measuring device for a soldering iron capable of more accurately measuring the tip temperature.
(2) To provide a temperature measuring device for a soldering iron that is difficult for solder to adhere.
(3) To provide a temperature measuring device for a soldering iron capable of reducing equipment costs in a production line or the like.
[0008]

In order to achieve the above object, as a first means, a temperature measuring device for measuring the temperature of a soldering iron tip, disposing two dissimilar metal materials forming a thermocouple apart from each other, a temperature measuring device for a soldering iron that detect the tip temperature as a state in electrical contact with the tip of the dissimilar metal material, arranged in a cross shape in a vertical plane wherein each dissimilar metal materials at regular intervals A means for detecting the tip temperature on the basis of the output of a thermocouple formed from a thin wire portion located above the crossing portion where the wire is closest to each other is employed.
[0011]
As the second means, in the first means, a means is adopted in which each wire is covered with a heat-resistant insulating material except in the vicinity of a portion where the tip contacts.
[0012]
As the third means, in the above first or second means, each wire is attached to an integrally molded holder, and the holder is detachably attached to the main body of the device displaying the tip temperature. Is done.
[0013]
As a fourth means, in the first or second means, each wire is attached to an integrally molded holder, the holder is detachably attached to the gripping portion, and the gripping portion displays the tip temperature. A means of being connected to the apparatus main body is employed.
[0014]
As the fifth means, in the third or fourth means, a means is adopted in which the holder is provided with an elastic part for applying tension to each wire.
[0015]
As a sixth means, in the fourth or fifth means, the apparatus main body is a connector for alternatively connecting a soldering iron provided as a gripping means or a separate body, and controls the heating of the soldering iron. Means including a temperature control means is employed.
[0018]

In the present invention, the dissimilar metal material forming the thermocouple is arranged separately to prevent the solder of the tip from adhering to the dissimilar metal material, thereby improving the temperature detection accuracy of the tip. The disposition and shape of the dissimilar metal material are not limited to the above embodiment.
[0043]
(1) For example, a temperature measuring head in which dissimilar metal materials each formed in a needle shape are erected at a predetermined interval is formed, and a tip of each needle is held by holding a gripping part to which the temperature measuring head is attached. The tip temperature is detected by bringing the part into contact with the tip.
(2) The temperature measuring head is configured such that the dissimilar metal materials each formed in a needle shape are arranged in a V shape, and the tip portions thereof are opposed to each other at a predetermined interval. The tip is placed so as to be connected by the tip to form a thermocouple, and the tip temperature is detected.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the soldering iron temperature measuring apparatus according to the present invention has the following effects.
(1) A temperature measuring device for measuring a tip temperature of a soldering iron, in which two different metal materials forming a thermocouple are arranged apart from each other, and the different metal materials are electrically connected by the tip. Since the tip temperature is detected as a contact state, it is possible to prevent the solder of the tip from adhering to the dissimilar metal material. Therefore, it is possible to detect the tip temperature more accurately than in the prior art.
(2) Each dissimilar metal material is a pair of wire rods arranged in an intersecting manner with a constant interval, and the tip temperature is detected by bringing the crossing portion where the wire rods are closest to each other into contact with the tip. That is, since the wire rod having a small heat capacity is brought into contact with the tip to detect the temperature, the tip temperature can be detected more accurately.
(3) The wire is arranged in a crossing manner in the vertical plane, and the tip temperature is detected based on the output of the thermocouple formed from the thin wire portion located above the crossing portion, so that the portion with less solder adhesion The tip temperature is detected by this wire, so that the tip temperature can be detected more accurately.
(4) Since each wire is covered with a heat-resistant insulating material except in the vicinity of the portion where the tip contacts, the solder of the tip can be prevented from adhering to a dissimilar metal material. .
(5) Each wire is attached to an integrally molded holder, and the holder is detachably attached to the main body of the device that displays the tip temperature, or each wire is attached to an integrally molded holder, and the holder is gripped. Since the gripping part is connected to the main body of the device displaying the tip temperature, the wire rod deteriorated due to oxidation or the like can be easily replaced. In addition, since the holder is molded integrally, it is possible to supply replacement parts composed of the holder and the wire at low cost.
(6) Since the apparatus main body includes a connector that selectively connects a soldering iron provided as a gripping means or a separate body, and a temperature control means that controls heating of the soldering iron, the temperature of the tip is measured. It is possible to select a function and a function as a soldering iron alternatively. Therefore, when a large number of soldering irons and temperature measuring devices for soldering irons are required, such as a production line, the function can be selected, so that the equipment cost can be reduced.
