Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a reinforced concrete building for an apartment house such as an apartment or a condominium.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In reinforced concrete buildings for apartment buildings such as apartments and condominiums, if the pillars and beams of the building frame intervene in the room, a protruding part is formed at the corner of the room, and the appearance is not good. In recent years, a method of arranging columns and beams on the balcony side has become the mainstream because of its poor usability.
[0003]
3A is a longitudinal side view of a reinforced concrete building for an apartment house in which a beam 13 and a column 14 are arranged at the indoor side end of the balcony 2, and FIG. 3B is a cross-sectional plan view thereof. 4A is a longitudinal side view of a reinforced concrete building for an apartment house in which a beam 13 and a column 14 are provided at the outdoor end of the balcony 2 and the beam 13 is used as a handrail. FIG. It is a top view. In these figures, 15 is a floor slab for the living room 1 and 16 is a floor slab for the balcony 2.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the reinforced concrete building shown in FIG. 3, since the beam 13 is provided at the indoor side end of the balcony 2, when the balcony 2 is the main lighting side, the balcony of the living room 1 can be seen from (A). Since the upper side of the two-side opening 1a is blocked by the beam 13, the lighting to the living room 1 side is deteriorated. Moreover, in the reinforced concrete building shown in FIG. 4, since the beam 13 and the support | pillar 14 are provided in the outdoor side of the balcony 2, lighting is improved, but since the beam 13 is used as a handrail substitute, the handrail becomes thicker, and the balcony The width of 2 becomes narrower.
[0005]
In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention can maximize the size of the opening on the balcony side of the room to provide a feeling of release, improve the lighting on the side of the room, and make it possible to use the balcony widely and effectively. The purpose is to provide reinforced concrete buildings.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1 supports a floor slab 5 for a living room of a building frame K, a floor slab 6 for a balcony outside the room, a beam member 3 that supports the floor slabs 5 and 6, and a beam member 3. In a reinforced concrete building provided with struts 4, a beam member 3 is integrally formed on the lower surface of the floor slab 6 using the balcony floor slab 6 , and the beam member 3 has a width in the indoor and outdoor direction. The column 4 having substantially the same width is integrally formed, and the beam member 3 and the column 4 integrated therewith are formed to have the same width as the width of the balcony floor slab 6 in the indoor / outdoor direction. .
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional plan view of a certain floor of a reinforced concrete high-rise apartment building, particularly a condominium having a form generally called “coiled shape”, showing one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. In the side view, the balcony 2 portion which is the main daylighting side is shown, and (B) is a cross-sectional plan view of this balcony 2 portion.
[0008]
As can be seen from FIG. 1, this apartment has pillars 4 elongated in the indoor and outdoor directions on the side where the balcony 2 which is the main daylighting side is provided. On a common corridor 22 side, conventional type support columns 24 are arranged at regular intervals. In particular, the present invention relates to a condominium called a coasting shape in which each dwelling unit is arranged in a slanting manner, i.e., a row of spiders flying in the sky. The balcony 2 is in a step-like arrangement form in plan view. Therefore, the casing structure on the side in the step-like arrangement form relates to the present invention, and this will be described below.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 2A, the floor slab for balcony forming the floor portion of the balcony 2 on the main daylighting side is provided outside the room floor slab 5 forming the floor portion of the living room 1 of each dwelling unit. 6 and the beam floor 3 supporting the floor slabs 5 and 6 are integrally formed by using the balcony floor slab 6, and the beam member 3 is substantially the same as the beam member 3. A slender support column 4 is integrally formed with the width in the indoor / outdoor direction. The above-described apartment building K is formed by the beam member 3, the columns 4, 24, the floor slab 5 for the living room, the floor slab 6 for the balcony, the walls 7, 8, 9 and other members (not shown).
[0010]
Further, as can be seen from FIG. 2A, each balcony floor slab 6 has a floor surface 6a having a draining slope formed on the upper surface, and the beam member 3 is integrally formed on the entire lower surface side of the floor slab 6. The width W of the balcony floor slab 6 and the width w of the beam member 3 are substantially the same, the upper half forms the balcony floor slab 6 and the lower half forms the beam member 3, and thus the appearance. Above, the thickness of the balcony floor slab 6 is approximately twice that of a normal balcony floor slab.
[0011]
Further, as can be seen from FIG. 1 and FIG. 2B, the support column 4 is formed to be elongated in the indoor / outdoor direction, and the width a in the indoor / outdoor direction is substantially the same as the width W of the balcony floor slab 6. Accordingly, the width w of the beam member 3 is also substantially the same as the width W of the balcony floor slab 6. Since the apartment shown in FIG. 1 is lame as described above, the column 4 provided on the balcony 2 located in the middle of the plurality of balconies 2 on each floor, as shown in FIG. The outward width is twice the width W of the balcony floor slab 6, but this is because the beams on both sides are integrally formed with the balcony floor slabs 6, 6 on both sides adjacent to each other with the column 4 in between. Since the members 3 and 3 are integrally formed with each half of one column 4, the width of the column 4 in the indoor / outdoor direction is substantially the same as the width W of the balcony floor slab 6. Become. Further, in this case, when the width W of the balcony floor slab 6 is about 2000 mm and the span between adjacent columns 4 and 4 is about 70000 mm, the width a of the column 4 in the indoor / outdoor direction is about 2100 mm. The width b orthogonal to the outward width a is about 500 mm.
[0012]
Moreover, the frame structure of this embodiment has the column 4 width a and the beam member 3 width w substantially the same as the width W of the balcony floor slab 6 as described above, and the column 4 is adjacent to the adjacent dwelling unit. In order to close the boundary between the matching balconies 2 and 2, as shown in FIG. 1, an evacuation hatch 11 is provided on the balcony floor slab 6 of each dwelling unit.
[0013]
Moreover, since the beam member 3 is integrally formed using the floor slab 6 for a balcony, the housing structure of this embodiment has a balcony 2 side opening 1a of each living room 1 as shown in FIG. Can be taken to the maximum and the feeling of liberation is obtained, the lighting to the living room 1 side is good, and the beam member 3 is integrally formed with the column 4 having the same width as the beam member 3. In addition, the beam member 3 is effectively supported by the support column 4, and no step is formed at the joint between the beam member 3 and the support column 4, so that the appearance of the appearance is improved.
[0014]
In addition, in the above-mentioned frame structure, each support column 4 is formed in an elongated shape in the indoor / outdoor direction as described above with substantially the same width as the beam member 3, so that the cross-sectional shape is almost true as can be seen from FIG. The balcony 2 can be widely and effectively used as compared with the conventional frame structure having the pillars 16 (see FIGS. 3 and 4) that are square. 2A and 2B, reference numeral 12 denotes a handrail installed along the outdoor side end of the balcony floor slab 6.
[0015]
Further, since the width 4 of the support column 4 and the width w of the beam member 3 are substantially the same as the width W of the balcony floor slab 6, the appearance and appearance are improved. In particular, in the echelon type apartment like this embodiment, because the balcony 2 is a independent manner for each dwelling unit as a main lighting side, applying the invention of this embodiment the skeleton structure of the echelon type apartments, each Both end sides of the balcony 2 can be closed by the support columns 4, which is very effective in combination with the appearance.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
According to the reinforced concrete building of the invention according to claim 1, by using the balcony floor slab, the beam member is integrally formed on the floor slab, whereby an obstacle is formed on the upper side of the balcony side opening of the living room. However, the opening can be maximized, a feeling of freedom is obtained, the daylighting to the living room side is improved, and the balcony can be used widely and effectively.
[0017]
Further, according to the present invention, a beam member having a width substantially the same as the width in the indoor / outdoor direction is integrally formed on the beam member, so that the beam member is effectively supported by the column and a large space is provided between the beam member and the column. Since there are no steps, the appearance is improved.
[0018]
Furthermore, the present invention provides the appearance of the reinforced concrete building by forming the beam member and the support pillar integrated with the beam member in the same width as the width in the indoor / outdoor direction of the balcony floor slab. It is extremely effective in the case of a lazy apartment that is independent.
