(Basic Central Difference Method )
(Summed-Form Central Difference Method )
(Newmark Explicit Method )
(Modified Newmark Method )
この応答解析部42は、荷重センサ31からの反力R(この反力Rは時々刻々変化するのでサンプリング時点の反力Rは反力Rnと表示する。)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pseudo test method and a pseudo test apparatus for examining behavior of a building during an earthquake.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When conducting response tests using ground acceleration, such as to investigate the behavior of buildings during earthquakes, the actual building is installed on a large vibration test stand as it is, and the acceleration wave on the surface is the same as the acceleration wave (Accelerated Wave: ACC wave) A method of controlling to become is conceivable. In this case, as schematically shown in FIG. 4A, the test body is placed on the vibration table, and the vibration table is driven by inputting a ground acceleration wave to the actuator.
However, this method is difficult to put into practical use for the following reasons.
(1) It is difficult to accurately reproduce the ground motion acceleration wave (ACC wave) on the shaking table. In order to faithfully reproduce the ACC wave, it is necessary to repeat it. However, if the ACC wave is not reproduced in the first time, the specimen will be damaged many times, resulting in a very high cost. turn into.
(2) The shaking table device becomes huge. When there is a mass of 10 to 100 tons or a high-rise building, the shaking table is practically impossible to manufacture.
(3) It is a test in the same short time as the duration of the seismic wave, and it is difficult to visually observe the fatigue process and the fracture process of the specimen.
[0003]
Therefore, a low-cost method that is attracting attention is the pseudodynamic test method (Pseudodynamic Test Method), which simulates the behavior of structures during earthquakes with static test equipment. is there. This is also called a hybrid test method, a virtual test method, or an online real earthquake response system. This test method uses a response value obtained by replacing a structure with a mass point model composed of a mass point and a spring constant corresponding to the rigidity of a column or the like and solving the equation of motion of this model.
In the following, an example will be described in which a building is replaced with a one-mass point model consisting of a mass M that is concentrated at one point and a spring constant K corresponding to the horizontal rigidity of the column.
[0004]
FIG. 4B is a modeled view of FIG. 4A. In this figure, the ground (vibration table surface) is displaced by x due to the ground motion acceleration wave (ACC wave), and the mass point M is displaced by y accordingly.
Here, if the relative displacement of the mass point M with respect to the ground is set to D (= y−x), the model shown in FIG. The balance equation of this model is expressed by the following equation (1).
[Expression 1]
Here, the dot above D represents time differentiation. K is the spring constant (stiffness) [kgf / cm] of the structure, M is the mass [kg], C is the damping constant (damping coefficient) [kgf / sec], and D is the displacement of the mass from the spatial stationary point [ cm], d2D / dt2 is the acceleration of the mass point [cm / sec2], d2D0 / dt2 is the ground motion acceleration [cm / sec2], and dD / dt is the velocity of the mass point [cm / sec].
[0005]
Further, the natural vibration frequency fo of this mass system is expressed by the following equation (2).
[Expression 2]
Here, when the force on the shaking table shown in (b) of FIG. 4 and the reaction force R shown in (c) of FIG. 4 match, it can be said that they are equivalent.
[0006]
The pseudo test method utilizes this, and the relative displacement D of the mass point is obtained by solving the equation (1) while actually measuring the value of the spring constant K in real time. This is a test method for measuring the behavior of a specimen against an acceleration wave such as an earthquake by giving the calculated relative displacement D by an actuator ACT. FIG. 4D is a diagram schematically showing the state of this pseudo test method, in which a test specimen is applied by an actuator ACT. In addition, the reaction force generated in the specimen is measured by the load cell (L / C).
[0007]
In such a pseudo test, since the ACC waveform indicating the ground motion acceleration (d2Do / dt2) is an irregular waveform, in order to solve the equation (1), the entire section is divided into a minute time Δt [sec] Based on a predetermined assumption, successive integration is performed within Δt, and a response value after Δt seconds is obtained. That is, the process of making the response value after Δt seconds as a function of the response value at the current time is repeated for the earthquake response time. An approximate solution method for obtaining the response value is employed. This method is classified into the following types according to the above-mentioned assumption applied within the minute time increment (time step) Δt.
(1) Basic Central Difference Method
(2) Summed-Form Central Difference Method
(3) Newmark Explicit Method
(4) Modified Newmark Method
In the actual hybrid test, the above (3) and (4) are often used from the viewpoint of accuracy.
[0008]
A description will be given taking (3) Newmark method as an example.
In the Newmark method, differentiation is performed using the relationship between the data Dn of the nth time step and the data Dn + 1 of the (n + 1) th time step, and the displacement Dn + 1 and the displacement Dn + 1 are determined. The first-order derivative (dDn + 1 / dt) and the second-order derivative (d2Dn + 1 / dt2) are respectively expressed as the following expressions (3) to (5).
[Equation 3]
Here, Rn + 1 is a measured value of the reaction force (restoring force), and a response value D is obtained by a sequential integration method using the restoring force Rn + 1 measured for the numerator on the right side of the equation (4). Yes. That is, in this method, the reaction force R (= K · D) is measured by a load sensor such as a load cell in FIG. 4D, and the relative displacement D of the next time step is calculated using this value. .
[0009]
FIG. 5 shows a processing flowchart of this Newmark method.
First, in
Next, the process proceeds to step 2, and based on the response displacement Dn + 1 calculated in
The reaction force (restoring force) Rn + 1 generated in the specimen as a result of
Then, the measured Rn + 1 and the acceleration input value d2Don + 1 / dt2 are substituted into the equation (4) to obtain a response acceleration d2Dn + 1 / dt2 (step 4).
Next, based on the response speed dDn / dt of the previous time step, the response acceleration d2Dn / dt2 and the response acceleration d2Dn + 1 / dt2 of this time step calculated in the
Then, the response displacement Dn + 1, response
[0010]
Thus, in the pseudo test method, acceleration data (ACC waveform data) measured at the time of an earthquake is input to the equation of motion of the equation (1), and the value of the spring constant K (reaction force R (in the above example, = K · D)) only in real time, while solving the equation of motion in real time, the actuator ACT applies force to the mass point of the structure so that the relative displacement D is obtained as the output of the equation. In the methods (1), (2), and (4) described above, the relative displacement D is obtained in the same manner by actually measuring the reaction force, except that the equations used are different.
According to such a pseudo test method, it is the mass M and the damping constant C that are input in advance to the parameters of the equation of motion, and the spring constant K uses a real-time measured value. For this reason, since the mass M is placed in the formula, the real mass part can be removed, and therefore, only a structure such as a pillar can be statically tested.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, when the test body is vibrated by the actuator with the obtained target displacement Dn + 1 in
[0012]
In the example illustrated in FIG. 8, the displacement increases sequentially, but as illustrated in FIG. 9, the displacement a3 at the point P3 and the displacement a4 at the point P4 may be substantially the same. In such a case, when going from the point P3 to the point P4, since the flag of the direction of the response speed dDn / dt at the point P3 is +, the change speed V having a positive direction and a constant magnitude is obtained. Adds to a3 + V. Accordingly, when the difference between the displacement a3 at the point P3 and the displacement a4 at the point P4 is smaller than the magnitude of the change speed V, the target displacement a4 is already exceeded when determining whether or not the target displacement has been reached. It will be.
[0013]
As described above, when the displacement is increased or decreased at a constant change rate V, a microscopic error may occur between the displacement and the target displacement. The equation of motion of the pseudo test obtains a displacement solution as an integral value from time to time, and the occurrence of such a microscopic error greatly affects the product decomposition that is calculated from time to time. Although it is conceivable to make the displacement change speed V extremely small, the operating speed of the actuator becomes slow and the time required for the pseudo test becomes long.
[0014]
The present invention is intended to solve the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide a pseudo test method and a pseudo test apparatus capable of giving a test object a more accurate target displacement.
[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The pseudo test method of the present invention is based on the acceleration waveform input from the waveform generating means (41) and the output of the load sensor (31) for detecting the reaction force (R) generated in the test body (14). The displacement (D) applied to the specimen at every predetermined time step is calculated as a response analysis target displacement (Dn + 1) by the response analysis calculation means (42), and the actuator (13 ) To give displacement to the specimen. The difference between the response analysis target displacement calculated by the response analysis calculation means and the previous response analysis target displacement is calculated as a difference (ΔD), and the magnitude of this difference is the set minimum value (ΔDmin). Is smaller than the target displacement (Dm) of the actuator, while when the difference is larger than a set maximum value (ΔDmax), the difference is limited to the maximum value. When the magnitude of the difference is equal to or greater than the minimum value, a target displacement change speed (d) that is substantially proportional to the difference is generated, and the target displacement of the actuator is changed at the target displacement change speed.
[0016]
The pseudo test apparatus of the present invention includes a waveform generating means for generating an acceleration waveform, a load sensor for measuring a reaction force generated on a test body, an output of the waveform generating means, and a reaction force detected by the load sensor. And a response analysis calculation means for calculating a displacement applied to the test body as a target displacement at the time of response analysis at every predetermined time step, and an actuator for giving a displacement to the test body based on the target displacement at the time of response analysis. . And while calculating the difference between the target displacement at the time of response analysis calculated by the response analysis calculation means and the target displacement at the time of the previous response analysis, and when the magnitude of this difference is smaller than the set minimum value, If the target displacement of the actuator is not changed without outputting it to the target displacement change speed generation unit, and the difference is larger than the set maximum value, the difference is limited to the maximum value. Difference calculation means (47) for output to the target displacement change speed generation section (49), target displacement change speed generation means for generating a target displacement change speed substantially proportional to the difference from the difference calculation means, and target displacement of the actuator And an actuator target displacement generating means (51) for changing the actuator at the target displacement change speed, wherein the actuator is a target displacement generating means for the actuator. It gives the displacement to the test body so as to follow the target displacement.

Although the maximum value ΔDmax and the minimum value ΔDmin are set with respect to the difference ΔD, the difference ΔD and the target displacement change speed d are approximately proportional to each other. 【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the difference between the target displacement at the time of response analysis and the target displacement at the time of the previous response analysis is calculated as a difference, and when the magnitude of this difference is smaller than the set minimum value, the target displacement of the actuator On the other hand, when the difference size is larger than the set maximum value, the difference size is limited to the maximum value, and when the difference size is equal to or larger than the minimum value, the difference is omitted. A proportional target displacement change rate is generated, and the target displacement of the actuator is changed at the target displacement change rate. Therefore, when the difference is small, the target displacement of the actuator is not changed, and it is possible to prevent the target displacement of the actuator from exceeding as much as possible. In addition, a target displacement change rate that is approximately proportional to the difference is generated, and the target displacement of the actuator is changed at this target displacement change rate. The time required for the pseudo test can be shortened as much as possible. Furthermore, since the magnitude of the difference, that is, the magnitude of the target displacement change speed is limited, it is possible to prevent the actuator speed from becoming too high and overshooting as much as possible.
