この発明は、3台の型締装置に対し1台の射出装置を旋回させて型締装置ごとに材料樹脂の射出を可能とする成形機のベッドに関するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
射出成形機が大型になると、搬送などの事情からベッドを射出側と型締側とに分けて製作し、分解組立ができるようにして搬送後の据付時に一体化するようにしているが、ベッド上面に設けたターンテーブルに射出装置を搭載し、そのターンテーブルの円周に沿って、複数台の型締装置を放射状に配置した旋回式射出成形機においても、構成装置数が多いため一体型のベッドとすると移送性に劣ることになるところから、ベッドは射出装置及び各型締装置ごとに分けて製作され、据付時に一体化するようにしている。

このベッド相互の結合には、組立分解が容易なようにボルト止めを採用しているが、ノズルタッチの反力が射出側ベッドの引張力として型締側ベッドとの結合部位に集中し易く、繰返し行われるノズルタッチによりベッド相互をボルト付けした部分より上方のベッドに変形を生じ易い、という課題をも有する。

この発明は上記課題を解決するために考えられたものであって、その目的は、ボルトによる結合と連結鋼板との併用により、ベッド相互の結合を堅牢なものとなすとともに、ノズルタッチの反力による結合部位のベッド上方の変形を防止することができる新たな旋回式射出成形機のベッドを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的によるこの発明は、ベッド上面に設けたターンテーブルに射出装置を搭載し、そのターンテーブルの円周に沿って3台の型締装置をベッドと共に放射状に配置して、上記射出装置を旋回移動により各型締装置に対応可能に構成した旋回式射出成形機において、射出側ベッドと型締側ベッドとの側壁間に補強鋼板を介在させ、その補強鋼板と一緒にベッド相互をボルトにより結合する一方、ベッド相互の結合端上面に連結鋼板を掛け渡し、その連結鋼板をボルトによりベッド上面に止着してなる、というものである。

このようなベッドでは、ノズルタッチにより生ずるベッドの結合部位の引張力が、ベッド相互を結合するボルトにより受け止められ、引張力による両方のベッド側壁の撓みは補強鋼板により防止される。またノズルタッチ位置の高さからノズルタッチの反力が結合部位の上方に集中して、ベッド上方に曲げ応力が生ずるような場合でも、両ベッドの上面にわたりボルト止めされた上記連結鋼板によって曲げ応力が軽減され、結合部位の上方でのベッドの変形が防止される。

【発明の実施の形態】
図中1は射出装置で、箱型構造のベッド2の上面に設けられたターンテーブル3の中央部に搭載されている。この射出側ベッド2の三側方には、上記ターンテーブル3の円周に沿って放射状に位置する第一から第三の型締装置4,5,6が、それぞれのフレーム構造のベッド7,8,9を踵を接するように射出側ベッド2の側面に一体的に結合して配置されている。

上記射出側ベッド2と各型締側ベッド7,8,9は、図4及び図5にその詳細を示すように、ボルト孔とピン孔とを有する2枚の補強鋼板10を側壁間に縦に介在させ、その補強鋼板10と一緒に両方のベッド側壁11,12を、射出側ベッド2から挿入したボルト13と、反対側からねじ込んだナット14により締着して一体的に結合されている。この結合の際のベッド相互の上下及び左右の位置決めは、射出側ベッド2のベッド側壁11に突設したピン15と、補強鋼板10のピン孔を通して反対側のベッド側壁12に穿設した位置決め孔15aとの嵌合をもって行われる。

さらにベッド相互は、両方の結合端上面に溶接により固着された座板16,17に連結鋼板18をボルトにより止着して連結されている。この連結鋼板18の各隅部にはボルト孔が、またボルト孔間の板面にピン孔が穿設してある。

このような連結鋼板18のボルト20による止着は、上記ベッド側壁11,12をボルト13とナット14により結合したのちに行われる。止着は先ず座板16,17にわたり連結鋼板18を掛け渡し、次にピン19を連結鋼板18の上から座板の受孔に挿入して位置決めを行い、その後に連結鋼板18の上からボルト20を座板16,17のねじ孔にねじ込んで行われる。

上記結合によるベッドでは、ベッド相互の結合端に補強鋼板10と連結鋼板18とがT状形に位置することから、射出装置1が前進移動して型締装置4の金型とノズルタッチし、その反力が射出ベッド2の引張力として作用して、ベッド7との結合部位に引張り応力が集中するようになっても、その引張力は上記ボルト13及びナット14により受け止められ、また引張力による両方のベッド側壁11,12の撓みは上記補強鋼板10により防止される。

さらにノズルタッチ位置の高さからノズルタッチの反力が結合部位の上方に集中して、ボルト13より上方のベッドに曲げ応力が生ずるような場合でも、両ベッドの結合端上面にわたる上記連結鋼板18が抵抗力として作用するので、ボルト13より上方のベッドの変形が防止され、ベッドの変形が原因とされるノズルタッチ位置の狂いも生じ難いものとなる。

またベッド相互の連結が全てボルトにより行われるので、ベッドの組立分解及び据付時の位置決めが容易に行え、ベッドの配置方向の相違から分割が要求される旋回式射出成形機でも、単一ベッドによる場合と同様な強度が確保でき、場合によっては、型締側ベッドの重量の軽減を図ることもできる。
