Description
【0001】

As the water-stopping
[0004]
For example, when a new cable is inserted into the pipe line or when the pipe line is inspected, it is necessary to remove the water-stopping material. Using a rounded and curved driver-type removal tool, etc., the water-stopping material is scraped off by applying a strong force manually. This work has a large risk of accidentally damaging existing cables, and is a difficult and time-consuming work, which is extremely inefficient. Although some attempts have been made to use an electric drill, in this case, even if the work efficiency is improved, the risk of damaging the cable is further increased.
[0005]
As described above, since the work for removing the water stop material is performed using a general tool, publicly known documents relating to this are not found within the scope of the applicant's knowledge.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above, and provides a pipe water-stopping material removal tool that can easily and efficiently remove a pipe water-stopping material without fear of damaging a cable. It is.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems is a tool for removing a water stop material for a pipe attached to a cable and a mouth of a pipe for a cable in the pipe, the inner circumference of the pipe A protective cylinder that can be inserted into the gap between the surface and the cable inserted into the pipe line, and a scraper blade of a water-stopping material attached to the tip, and inserted into the protective cylinder from the scraper blade side. The rod-shaped tool body is rotatably supported and has a rear end portion protruding rearward from the rear end of the protective cylinder. The rod-shaped tool body is urged toward the rear end by a spring means with respect to the protective cylinder. The scraper blade is held in the protective cylinder by the biasing force of the spring means , and the scraper blade is applied to the biasing force by pushing from the rear end side portion protruding from the rear end of the protective cylinder. It is provided so that it can protrude from the tip of the protective cylinder against this, and in this protruding state Mounting portion of the rotary tool to the rear end portion so that it can impart rotation from the serial rear end portion, characterized in that the thus provided.
[0008]
According to this pipe water-stopping material removal tool, when the water-stopping material provided in the gap between the inner peripheral surface of the pipe port portion and the cable outer peripheral surface is removed using the tool, Hold the tube so that its tip touches the water stop material, and in this state, rotate it with the rotary tool attached to the rear end side part protruding from the rear end of the protective cylinder with respect to the rod-shaped tool body in the protective cylinder. And the rod-shaped tool body is pushed from the rear end side portion so that the scraping blade at the tip protrudes from the tip of the protective cylinder against the urging force in the rear end direction by the spring means, and the scraping blade The water stop material is scraped off by rotation. The protruding amount of the scraping blade can be easily adjusted by the degree of pushing from the rear end side portion, and the scraping operation can be performed with a favorable protruding amount according to the scraped state.
[0009]
During the scraping operation, the rotating rod-shaped tool body is held in the protective cylinder and does not come into contact with the cable. In addition, the tip scraping blade also protrudes slightly only at the time of scraping, and it is inserted into the gap between the inner peripheral surface of the mouth of the pipe and the outer peripheral surface of the cable, or the gap When it is pulled out from the cable, it is stored and held in the protective cylinder by the urging force, so that the scraping blade does not contact the cable and the handling operation is safe. Therefore, the rod-shaped tool body can be rotated and operated without fear of damaging the cable, and the water stop material can be removed safely and efficiently.
[0010]
In addition, as a means for giving rotation to the rod-shaped tool body, it is also possible to use an electric tool that can chuck the rear end side portion of the rod-shaped tool body protruding from the rear end of the protective cylinder as a rotating tool. manually it may be to give the rotation by a rotation handle which can be attached to the rear end portion. In view of work efficiency, it is preferable that an electric tool can be used.
[0011]
It is preferable to provide a stopper for restricting protrusion of the scraping blade beyond a certain level by contacting the rear end of the protective cylinder at the rear end portion of the rod-shaped tool body. Thereby, the excessive protrusion of a scraping blade can be prevented, it can work safely, and the effect of preventing damage to a cable is also heightened. In particular, if the stopper is attached to the rear end side portion by a screwing means or the like so that the position can be adjusted, the maximum protrusion amount of the scraping blade can be easily adjusted.
[0012]
It is preferable that a discharge port for discharging the scraped water-stopping material waste is provided in the vicinity of the tip of the protective cylinder where the scraping blade is stored. Thereby, when the water stop material scraped off by rotation of the scraping blade enters the inside from the tip of the protective cylinder, the water stop material waste can be discharged from the discharge port, and clogging in the protective cylinder can be prevented. .
