Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a connecting structure between a trunk edge of a fence and a vertical beam that vertically attaches a hollow vertical beam at a predetermined interval between the upper and lower body edges that are provided between the columns.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventional fences have trunk edges that run vertically in parallel between columns that stand up at a fixed distance. When hollow vertical bars are installed between the upper and lower trunk edges, the edges of both ends of the vertical bars Was welded to the torso edge.
For this reason, a great amount of time and labor is required for the welding work, and the workability is poor.
[0003]
In addition, the welding marks remain on the surface in the vicinity of the welded portion by welding, and it is difficult to perform coating and plating in the vicinity of the welded portion, which has a problem that the aesthetic appearance of the entire fence is remarkably impaired.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the above, the present invention is intended to provide a combined structure of a fence trunk edge and a vertical beam that has good workability, does not impair the aesthetics, and has a strong connection.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the structure of the fence of the fence of the present invention according to claim 1 is a slit-like structure in a fence in which a vertical beam is attached with a predetermined distance in the longitudinal direction between upper and lower trunk edges. A cylindrical body edge having an opening in the longitudinal direction is arranged in parallel vertically with the opening facing each other, and a fitting recess faces the edges on both sides of the opening at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction. In the vicinity of the end of the hollow vertical beam , the protrusion is provided substantially flush with the edge at the substantially central portion of the fitting recess, and both ends of the fitting recess are tapered. The outer surface is fitted, and the protrusion is fitted into a hole provided at a position opposed to the side surface of the vertical rail.
[0006]
By adopting such a configuration, the outer surfaces near both ends of the vertical beam are fitted into the fitting recesses on the trunk edge, and the protrusions of the fitting recesses are formed in the holes provided at the opposing positions on the side surfaces of the vertical beam. Since it is inserted, the vertical beam is firmly connected between the upper and lower body edges.
Further, since both end portions of the vertical beam are formed to be tapered, it is easy to fit by pushing in when the trunk edge is fitted into the fitting recess.
Further, even if the vertical rail is a circular pipe, the protrusion is inserted into the hole, so that the vertical rail is prevented from rotating in the circumferential direction.
[0007]
Next, according to the second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a structure for connecting the trunk edge and the vertical beam of the fence of the present invention to the slit in which the vertical beam is attached at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction between the upper and lower trunk edges. A cylindrical body edge in the longitudinal direction is arranged in parallel up and down with the opening facing each other, and a fitting recess is provided on the both edges of the opening with a predetermined spacing in the longitudinal direction. In addition, the end portion of the hollow vertical beam in which a protruding portion having a sharp tip at the same edge as the end edge is provided in the substantially central portion of the fitting recess, and both ends are tapered in the fitting recess. The outer side surface in the vicinity is fitted, and the protrusion is fitted in a recess provided at a position opposite to the side surface of the vertical beam.
[0008]
With such a configuration, the outer side surfaces near both ends of the vertical beam are fitted into the fitting recesses on the trunk edge, and the protrusions of the fitting recesses are formed on the concaves provided at the opposite positions of the side surfaces of the vertical beam. Due to the fitting, the vertical rail is firmly coupled between the upper and lower body edges. The fact that both ends of the vertical beam are tapered has the same effect as that of the first aspect.
Even if the vertical beam is a circular pipe, the protrusion is fitted in the recess, and therefore the vertical beam is prevented from rotating in the circumferential direction.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a longitudinal side view showing an embodiment of the coupling structure of the present invention according to claim 1, FIG. 2 is a transverse plan view of the same, FIG. 3 is a partial perspective view of a trunk edge, and FIG. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional plan view when the vertical rail is a circular pipe.
Thus, reference numeral 1 in the figure denotes a barrel edge that is opposed to each other in the vertical direction, and the trunk edge 1 is provided between struts (not shown) standing upright at a certain distance.
[0010]
The trunk edge 1 is cylindrical, has a slit-like opening 2 in the longitudinal direction, and is arranged in parallel vertically with the opening 2 facing each other. Edges 3 on both sides of the opening 2 are formed horizontally.
[0011]
The cross-sectional shape of the trunk edge 1 will be described with respect to the trunk edge 1 on the lower side shown in FIG. 3. The first side wall 4 bent downward by 90 ° on both sides continuously to the horizontal edge 3 on both sides of the opening 2. And an inclined wall 5 bent outwardly continuously below the first side wall 4 and a vertical second side wall 6 wider than the first side wall 4 continuous below the inclined wall 5; A bottom wall 7 swelled slightly outward is formed between the second side walls 6 continuously with the second side walls 6.
[0012]
The cross-sectional shape of the trunk edge 1 is not necessarily limited to that shown in the drawings, and it is a matter of course that it can be applied to any shape such as a square or a circle as long as it is cylindrical.
[0013]
In addition, a fitting recess 8 is formed in the longitudinal direction of the edge 3 on both sides of the body edge 1 with a predetermined interval so as to face each other, and an end edge is formed at a substantially central portion of the fitting recess 8. The protrusions 9 are provided so as to face each other.
The fitting recess 8 is formed in a shape corresponding to the outer peripheral shape of a hollow vertical beam 9 to be described later. If the cross-section of the vertical beam 9 is square, a rectangular shape (so that approximately one side near the end can be fitted ( 2 and 3), if the crosspiece of the vertical beam 9 is circular, it is formed in a substantially semicircular shape (FIG. 5) so that approximately one side near the end can be fitted.
[0014]
The size and shape of the protrusion 10 are not limited as long as the protrusion 10 does not protrude from the front surface of the edge 3.
In the drawing, both sides of the tip of the small square-shaped protrusion 10 are cut out to form a narrow width at the tip.
[0015]
Next, the vertical rail 9 vertically attached between the upper and lower body edges 1 is a hollow pipe shape, and the cross-sectional shape corresponds to the fitting recess 8 of the body edge 1 and a rectangular shape, a circular shape, or the like is used.
And the hole 11 of the shape of an isosceles triangle, an equilateral triangle, etc. by which the protrusion 10 of the trunk | drum 1 is inserted by insertion in the vicinity of the both ends of the vertical beam 9 is formed by the notch process in the opposing position of a side surface.
The end side from the vicinity of the hole 11 is pressed inwardly to form a tapered surface 12 that is tapered. The hole 11 is provided with one apex toward the end side.
In addition, the hole 11 should just be a shape in which the protrusion 10 is inserted, and is not limited to such a shape.
[0016]
Next, FIGS. 6 and 7 are cross-sectional plan views showing an embodiment of the coupling structure of the present invention according to claim 2, and the tip is pointed flush with the edge at the substantially central portion of the fitting recess 13 . Projections 10 are provided opposite to each other, and in place of the holes 11 of claim 1 , recesses 13 are provided at opposing positions on the side surfaces near both ends of the vertical beam 9. FIG. 7 shows a case where the vertical rail 9 has a circular cross section.
In this case, the protrusion 10 that fits into the recess 13 is formed as a protrusion having a sharp tip that is smaller than the protrusion 10 that is inserted into the hole 11 .
[0017]
The connecting method of the body rim 1 and the vertical beam 9 having such a configuration is that a plurality of vertical beams 9 are horizontally arranged on the table at a predetermined interval, and both end portions are mounted so that each vertical beam 9 does not move. It is gripped by a jig, and the barrel edge 1 is horizontally moved from both ends of the vertical beam 9 with the opening 2 of the trunk frame 1 facing the end side of the vertical beam 9, and the vertical beam 9 is tapered. If the trunk edge 1 is inserted along the tapered surface 12, the opening 2 of the trunk edge 1 is expanded by elasticity.
[0018]
If the trunk edge 1 further advances, the protrusion 10 provided on the end edge 3 of the trunk edge 1 is inserted into the hole 11 of the vertical rail 9 (in the case of the concave portion 13, fitted into the concave portion 13), and the opening portion 2 is returned to the original interval by elasticity, and the fitting recess 8 of the trunk edge 1 is fitted to the outer surface near the end of the vertical beam 9.
[0019]
Then, it compresses with the oil pressure from the both sides | surfaces of the trunk edge 1, and it crimps. Since this series of operations is performed by a semi-automatic operation by an operator, it is efficiently performed in a shorter time than conventional welding operations.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the coupling between the trunk edge and the vertical beam is such that the outer surfaces near both ends of the vertical beam are fitted into the fitting recesses on the trunk edge, and the protrusions of the fitting recesses are fitted into the holes of the vertical beam. Because it is inserted, or because it is fitted in the concave part of the vertical beam of the protrusion of the fitting concave part, the vertical beam is firmly and integrally coupled between the upper and lower body edges, and also by conventional welding. Since there is no welding trace, the aesthetics are excellent, and the joining work can be performed by semi-automatic operation, so the work efficiency is significantly improved compared to the welding work.
