BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an insulating coil fixing member in a rotating electric machine, a rotating electric machine including the fixing member, and an insulating coil fixing method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A rotating electrical machine such as an electric motor or a generator is configured by housing an insulating coil made of an insulator and a conductor in a slot of an iron core. Various forces such as an electromagnetic force acting in the radial direction and a thermal expansion / contraction force acting in the longitudinal direction act mainly on the insulating coil during operation. For this reason, in order to withstand these various forces and maintain the function of the insulation coil, the motor and small-capacity generator are usually impregnated and cured with resin after the insulation coil is stored in the slot of the iron core. Processing is performed.
[0003]
However, since it is difficult to impregnate the resin after storing the coil in a large-sized generator, an insulating coil that has been previously subjected to a treatment such as resin impregnation and curing is stored in the slot of the iron core.

[0021]
Claim 1According to the present invention, since the rubber-like elastic layer forming the outermost layer is provided with slits or depressions, the apparent elastic modulus is reduced, and insertion into the slot of the insulating coil is facilitated. If the fixing member having the slit is inserted into the insulation coil so that the direction of the slit coincides with the direction having an angle with respect to the insertion direction into the slot, the slit will be caught by the edge of the iron core at the time of insertion. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the rubber-like elastic layer from dropping and peeling, to reduce the occurrence of uninserted portions, and to more reliably suppress the temperature rise of the insulating coil. Further, since the reinforcing sheet layer is provided, the occurrence of tearing at the time of insertion is less than that of a rubber elastic body alone.

【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the fixing member of the insulating coil is composed of a laminated sheet of one or more reinforcing sheet layers and a rubber-like elastic body layer, it is filled with a rubber-like elastic body layer or inorganic powder. The strength is higher than that of the fixed member made of only the elastic layer, and the occurrence of peeling and dropping from the insulating coil due to tearing caused by contact with the edge of the thin steel plate constituting the iron core is reduced. Moreover, since it consists of a reinforcing sheet layer and a rubber-like elastic body layer, it is possible to reliably hold the insulating coil following the irregularities on the inner surface of the slot, and to have excellent heat conduction efficiency. Moreover, since there is little occurrence of peeling or dropping from the insulating coil, it is possible to stably suppress the temperature rise of the insulating coil over a long period of time, and a highly reliable rotating electrical machine can be manufactured by using this fixing member.
[0076]
Claim1The invention describedInBy selecting a reinforcing sheet layer selected from a woven or non-woven fabric made of a plastic film, an inorganic material, an organic material, or both, and the non-woven fabric subjected to calendering, the occurrence rate of tearing is further increased. The temperature rise of the insulation coil can be suppressed stably over a longer period.
[0077]
Claim1According to the described invention, the volume resistivity in the laminating direction of the laminated sheet as the fixing member is 100-105ΩcmsoTherefore, by providing a semiconductive layer having a volume resistivity within the same range as the outermost layer of the insulating coil, the insulating coil surface and the iron core can be kept at the same potential, and partial discharge between them can be suppressed. Heat generated in the insulating coil can be more efficiently conducted to the iron core.

[0079]
Claim1According to the described invention, since the rubber-like elastic body layer forming the outermost layer is provided with the slit, the apparent elastic modulus is lowered and the insertion into the slot of the insulating coil is facilitated. If the fixing member having the slit is inserted into the insulating coil so that the direction of the slit coincides with the direction having an angle with respect to the insertion direction into the slot, the slit will not be caught by the edge of the iron core at the time of insertion. Further, it is possible to suppress the rubber-like elastic layer from dropping and peeling, to reduce the occurrence of uninserted portions, and to more reliably suppress the temperature rise of the insulating coil. Further, since the reinforcing sheet layer is provided, the occurrence of tearing at the time of insertion is less than that of a rubber elastic body alone.
[0080]
Claim1According to the described invention, since the depression is provided on the surface of the rubber-like elastic body layer forming the outermost layer, the apparent elastic modulus is reduced, and the insulation coil can be easily inserted into the slot. The occurrence of catching on the edge of the iron core during insertion can be further reduced as compared with the case where a slit is provided.
[0081]
Claim2According to the described invention, since the insulating coil fixing member is made of a laminated sheet of one or more reinforcing sheet layers and a rubber-like elastic body layer, the rubber-like elastic body layer or the inorganic powder is used. The strength is higher than that of a fixing member made only of an elastic layer filled with, and the occurrence of peeling and dropping from the insulating coil due to tearing caused by contact with the edge of a thin steel plate constituting the iron core is reduced. Moreover, since it consists of a reinforcing sheet layer and a rubber-like elastic body layer, it is possible to reliably hold the insulating coil following the irregularities on the inner surface of the slot, and to have excellent heat conduction efficiency. Moreover, since there is little occurrence of peeling or dropping from the insulating coil, it is possible to stably suppress the temperature rise of the insulating coil over a long period of time, and to provide a highly reliable rotating electrical machine.
[0082]
Claim2According to the described invention, since the semiconductive layer having a volume resistivity of 100 to 105 Ωcm is provided on the outermost layer of the insulating coil, the laminated sheet as a fixing member has the same volume resistivity in the lamination direction. If the one in the range is used, the insulation coil surface and the iron core can be kept at the same potential, partial discharge between them can be suppressed, and the heat generated in the insulation coil can be more efficiently conducted to the iron core. .
[0083]
Claim3According to the described invention, since the high thermal conductivity grease, the oil compound layer, or the inorganic lubricant layer is formed between the fixing member and the inner surface of the slot, the inner surface of the slot and the unevenness of the insulating coil are in close contact with each other. Can contribute to the improvement of thermal conductivity. Moreover, since the friction between the inner surface of the slot and the surface of the laminated sheet as the fixing member can be reduced, the occurrence of tearing on the surface of the laminated sheet can be further reduced.
[0084]
Claim4According to the present invention described above, when an insulating coil prepared in advance is inserted into a slot of an iron core of a rotating electrical machine and fixed,1Since the insulating coil fixing member described above is inserted while covering at least both sides of the insulating coil, it is possible to suppress tearing of the rubber-like elastic layer due to friction generated between the insulating coil and the inner surface of the slot. A rotating electrical machine with high reliability can be manufactured.

Claim5According to the described invention, since the fixing member is covered with the insulating coil so that the surface facing the inner surface of the slot is a rubber-like elastic layer, the adhesiveness follows the unevenness of the inner surface of the slot. This improves the thermal conductivity.
[0086]
Claim6According to the described invention, since the fixing member is covered with the insulating coil so that the surface facing the inner surface of the slot becomes the reinforcing sheet layer, the tear strength at the time of insertion and operation is further increased.
[0087]
Claim7According to the present invention, when the insulating coil fixing member having a slit in the rubber-like elastic layer forming the outermost layer is used, the angle of the slit with respect to the insertion direction of the insulating coil is determined. Therefore, the slit does not get caught by the edge of the iron core during insertion, and the rubber-like elastic layer can be prevented from falling off and peeling off, reducing the occurrence of uninserted parts and increasing the temperature of the insulating coil. It can suppress more reliably.
