Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an apron mounting structure for a bathtub, and more particularly, to an apron mounting structure for a bathtub formed so that the apron upper part can be easily and firmly attached to the flange of the bathtub and the apron mounting work and the assembling work can be facilitated. Is.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as an attachment structure of this type, for example, as shown in FIG. 8 , an apron attachment having an L-shaped cross section is provided on the back surface of the flange b of the bathtub a with a certain distance from the falling piece c on the front side of the flange b. For example, the auxiliary member d is provided, and the auxiliary member d is attached to the grooved space S formed by the falling piece c by engaging the upper part of the apron e.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, this type of mounting structure affects the production efficiency of the bathtub and the increase or decrease in time and labor when assembling the apron at the construction site. Therefore, the apron can be easily and easily reduced without reducing the production efficiency of the bathtub. It is desirable to be formed so that it can be installed and assembled on site. This type of structure is preferably formed so that the apron can be firmly attached so that the apron will not come off even after long-term use.
[0004]
However, in the conventional structure, the auxiliary member is formed in an L-shaped cross section as described above, and this auxiliary member is simply bonded to the back surface of the flange. Therefore, according to the conventional structure, the auxiliary member is placed at a predetermined position. Not only was it difficult to bond, but the auxiliary member was likely to fall off due to vibration or impact applied to the apron, and as a result, the apron could come off.
[0005]
In the conventional structure, as described above, since the auxiliary member has an L-shaped cross section, the opening lower surface (frontage) of the groove-like space is narrow. Therefore, in the case of the conventional structure, since it was difficult to insert and attach the upper part of the apron into the above-described space, the conventional structure has a problem that the apron mounting work and the assembling work cannot be simplified.
[0006]
The present invention has been proposed in view of such problems of the conventional structure.
Therefore, the technical problem of the present invention is that the auxiliary member can be easily installed, the bathtub can be efficiently produced and manufactured, the apron mounting state can be firmly and reliably maintained over a long period of time, and the apron mounting operation and assembly can be performed. It is an object of the present invention to provide an apron mounting structure for a bathtub that can be easily and quickly attached.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention employs the following technical means in order to solve the above problems.
[0008]
That is, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the apron mounting auxiliary member 3 is provided on the back surface 2a of the flange 2 of the bathtub 1 at a certain distance from the falling piece 2b on the front side of the flange 2. An apron mounting structure for the bathtub 1 in which the upper portion 4a of the apron 4 is engaged with the groove-shaped space S formed by the auxiliary member 3 and the falling piece 2b, and the auxiliary member 3 has an upper surface thereof. As the lower part 3c on the side surface of the auxiliary member 3 facing the falling piece 2b is lowered and fitted to the back surface 2a of the flange 2 via the fitting convex part 3a , The auxiliary member 3 is formed so as to be gradually moved away from the falling piece 2b, and the upper surface thereof is provided with grooves 3b on both sides of the fitting convex portion 3a. Item 1).
[0009]
In the case of the present invention, the bonding area of the upper surface of the auxiliary member 3 is expanded by the groove 3b, and the groove 3b serves as a reservoir for the adhesive, so that the auxiliary member 3 can be bonded more firmly. In the case of the present invention, the groove 3b is not limited to being formed extending in the longitudinal direction of the auxiliary member 3, but may be formed in a mesh shape or an oblique shape, for example. In the case of the present invention, when the auxiliary member 3 includes a plurality of convex portions 3a, the auxiliary member 3 can be fixed more firmly and reliably.
[0010]
In this case, in the present invention, it is preferable that a bottomed hole for fitting is post-processed on the back surface 2a of the flange 2, and the auxiliary member 3 is attached using the bottomed hole as a guide (Claim 2).
[0011]
In this case, it is because the positioning of the auxiliary member 3 becomes easy, and the bathtub can be efficiently produced accordingly.
[0012]
Here, the lower portion 3c of the side surface facing the falling piece 2b of the auxiliary member 3 is formed so as to be gradually moved away from the falling piece 2b as it goes downward. It means to form widely. Specifically, this is achieved by forming the lower portion 3c of the side surface into an inclined surface shape or a curved surface shape.
[0013]
In addition, as shown in FIGS . 2 and 5 , the present invention is such that the auxiliary member 3 is formed in a hollow bar shape with the bottom surface opened, and the cross-sectional shape in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction is the center vertical line L ( (See FIG. 7) It is preferable that the image is symmetrical.
[0014]
This is because, in this case, the auxiliary member 3 can be easily picked up by fingers and fitted to the back surface 2a of the flange 2, and can be made to face the falling piece 2b of the flange 2 without selecting any one of the side surfaces. .
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0016]
In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, an apron mounting auxiliary member 3 is provided on the back surface 2 a of the flange 2 of the bathtub 1 with a certain distance from the falling piece 2 b on the front side of the flange 2. In the figure, S is a groove-shaped space that the auxiliary member 3 forms with the falling piece 2b. The apron 4 is inserted into the space S, and the upper part 4a is engaged and attached. Reference numeral 5 denotes a packing.
[0017]
The auxiliary member 3 is provided by being fitted to and adhered to the back surface 2a of the flange 2. 3a (see FIG. 2 and the like) is a fitting convex portion provided on the upper surface of the auxiliary member 3 at a predetermined interval. In this embodiment, two convex portions 3a are formed.
[0018]
Further, as shown in FIG. 2 and the like, the auxiliary member 3 is provided with a groove 3b formed in the longitudinal direction on the upper surface in this embodiment. The groove 3b enlarges the bonding area of the auxiliary member 3 and functions as an adhesive reservoir. Therefore, in the case of this embodiment, the auxiliary member 3 is firmly bonded to the back surface 2 a of the flange 2.
[0019]
Further, the auxiliary member 3 is formed such that the lower part 3c on the side surface facing the falling piece 2b is gradually moved away from the falling piece 2b as it goes downward. In the case of this embodiment, specifically, the lower part 3c on the side surface of the auxiliary member 3 is formed in an inclined surface shape.
[0020]
Further, as shown in the figure, the auxiliary member 3 is formed in a rod shape in this embodiment, and the cross-sectional shape in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction is formed symmetrically via the central vertical line L (see FIG. 7). ing.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the auxiliary member is fitted and bonded to the back surface of the flange via the fitting projection on the upper surface , and the lower portion of the side surface facing the falling piece of the auxiliary member is attached. The auxiliary member is formed so as to be gradually away from the falling piece as it goes downward, and the auxiliary member is provided with grooves on both sides of the fitting convex portion on the upper surface thereof .
[0022]
Therefore, according to the present invention, the auxiliary member can be attached using the bottomed hole processed in advance on the flange back surface as a guide, so that the auxiliary member can be easily positioned, and accordingly, the bathtub can be produced efficiently. In the case of the present invention, since the auxiliary member is firmly fixed, the apron can be securely and firmly attached over a long period of time. Further, according to the present invention, since the opening of the groove-like space for inserting the upper part of the apron is widened, the apron can be assembled easily and easily.
