本発明は水を噴出させる噴水装置に関し、特に水面に浮上させ、水の供給の為に格別の動力を必要とすることのない噴水装置に関するものである。

噴水装置は各種の分野、例えば公園、池、農場等の散水用、更には貯水場や養魚場等の水質改善等に利用されている。そして通常このような噴水装置に水を供給する手段としては、電動機で駆動されるポンプが用いられており、電力を多く消費するという問題がある。特に、貯水場や養魚場に設置され、水中の溶存酸素を豊富にするための、所謂水質改善の為に用いる噴水装置は電力消費量が多く、水質改善コストが高いという問題がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上述の点に鑑みてなされたもので、噴水タンクを水面に浮上させ、該噴水タンク内に水を供給する際に格別の動力を必要とすることなく、且つ安価に製造できる圧縮空気、例えばダム等の放流水で回転する水車で空気圧縮機を駆動して製造される圧縮空気を利用して噴水タンク内の水を噴出できる運転費用が安価な噴水装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため請求項1に記載の発明は、噴水ノズル、圧縮空気導入口、水流入口を有する密閉型の噴水タンクを具備し、噴水ノズルはその先端水噴出口は噴水タンクの外部に突出し、後端水流入口は該噴水タンク内で底部近傍に開口しており、噴水タンクは水面上に設置し内部を空、水流入口を水中に開口及び圧縮空気導入口を大気中に開口した状態で、その自重又は該自重と外部荷重により、水中に沈降しながら該水流入口から内部に水が流入すると共に、内部の空気が圧縮空気導入口を通って大気中に排出されるように構成され、噴水タンクに水が充満した状態で水流入口を閉じ、圧縮空気導入口から圧縮空気を導入することにより、該圧縮空気により該噴水タンク内の水面が押圧され、噴水ノズルから水が噴出するように構成したことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態例を図面に基づいて説明する。図1は本発明に係る噴水装置の構成例を示す図である。図1において、1は噴水タンクであり該噴水タンク1にはその上部に内部に圧縮空気を導入するための圧縮空気導入口2と、底部に水が流入する水流入口3が設けられている。4は噴水ノズルであり、該噴水ノズル4は噴水タンク1の頂部に設けた噴水ノズル取付口5にフランジ6を介して取付けている。噴水ノズル4の先端の水噴出口4aは噴水タンク1の頂部から所定長さだけ突出しており、後端の水流入口4bは噴水タンク1の内部で且つ底部に接近して開口している。
