【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明が解決しようとするところは、前記のような問題を解決して保管・運搬時などにはバーの張出片がボックスの側縁より張り出すことがないようにして箱詰めスペースを小さくできるうえに、複数個を重ねてもボックス背面に取付けられた金具ホルダーで傷が付くこともなくて運搬・保管上便利であり、しかも、構造が簡単で安価に提供できる電気機器収納箱の取付装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記のような課題を解決した本発明の電気機器収納箱の取付装置は、角形のボックスの背面の両側上下位置に扁平な金具ホルダーを取付け、この金具ホルダーに形成されたバー挿込口には先端近くに取付孔が設けられられているバーを該取付孔がボックスの側縁より外側に位置する使用状態と先端がボックス縁より張出しない不使用状態のいずれにも保持できるようにした電気機器収納箱の取付装置であって、前記金具ホルダーは、バー挿込口としての横挿込口と縦挿込口とが90度向きを換えて隣接配置されるとともに板面にボルト挿入孔が設けられたものとして、この金具ホルダーを横挿込口がボックスの両側縁と近接し縦挿込口はボックスの上下縁との間に少なくともバーの張出片を受け入れるに充分な間隔が残されるように取付けてあり、一方、前記したバーは金具ホルダーの横挿込口と縦挿込口のいずれにも挿入可能で且つ前記したボルト挿入孔に挿込まれるボルトに螺合するねじ孔を備えた挿込部に前記取付孔が先端近くに設けられた張出片をその表面がボルトの頭部より高く位置するように屈曲段部を介して連設した屈曲板状のものとして、このバーを金具ホルダーに前記ボルト挿入孔からねじ孔にねじ込んだボルトの締付度合いによってこのボルトを回転中心として横挿込口と縦挿込口との間の回動といずれかの挿込口における締付固定とができるように挿着してあることを特徴とするものである。

このような電気機器収納箱の取付装置は、常時は金具ホルダーの縦挿込口にバーの挿込部が挿入された不使用状態としておけば、縦挿込口とボックスの上下縁との間にはバーの張出片を受け入れるに充分な間隔が形成してあるので、バーの張出片がボックス縁より張り出すことがなく、小さいスペースで的確な箱詰めが可能となる。しかも、バーは挿込部の先端に張出片をその表面が前記ボルトの頭部より高く位置するように屈曲段部を介して連設してあるため、前記した不使用状態においてその複数個を重ねるとボックスは4個のバーの張出片が平らな受け面となり、ボックスが金具ホルダーやボルトで傷が付くこともない。

また、実施例に示すように、金具ホルダーに横挿込口と縦挿込口との間に位置するずれ止め用の脚座部を形成しておけば、ボルトの締緩のときにバーが回動するのを阻止できるからバーの位置換えをより簡単に行えるものとなる。
