【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、固定火格子と可動火格子とが被燃焼物の送り方向に交互に配設された階段式ストーカの改良に関するものであり、主として都市ごみ等の焼却炉に適用されるものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の階段式ストーカとしては、例えば特開平11−118049号に記載のものが知られている。即ち、特開平11−118049号の階段式ストーカ1は、図6及び図7に示す如く固定火格子2、可動火格子3、サイドプレート4、耐火炉壁5、シールプレート6、耐火シール材7とからその主要部が構成されている。

各火格子2、3は、所定の前方仰角θ(例えば20°)だけ傾斜した状態でレール状を呈する火床フレーム9a・9bに側方から嵌め込まれ、多少動く様に取付けられている。

また、各火格子2、3は火格子体10とシュー11と空気吹出口12とを備えている。

前記固定火格子2用の火床フレーム9aは、図7に示すように支持フレーム8に固定されたストーカフレーム13にその両側部が取付けられている。

前記火格子体10は下方と後方が開放した箱状を呈しており、内部にはフィン18と、ノズル19と凹溝20を備えた仕切壁21と、火床フレーム9a・9bに掛合する掛凹部22が設けられている。

上述のように、特開平11−118049号階段式ストーカは優れた実用的効用を有するものである。しかし、この階段式ストーカにも多くの解決すべき問題が残されており、その中でも最も解決を急ぐ問題はサイドプレートの補修に手数がかかり過ぎると云う点である。

即ち、前記サイドプレート4は、図6に示すようにごみの流れ方向に分割されており、夫々は長方形状を呈している。また、長方形状の各サイドプレート片4′同士の継目は、燃焼用空気の漏洩を防ぐために、図8に示す如き所謂いんろう構造の継目となっており、下流側のサイドプレート片4′が上流側のサイドプレート片4′に覆い被さるような構造とされている。

その結果、上流側のサイドプレート片4′を取替えするには、下流側から全てのサイドプレート片4′を一旦取り外す必要があり、例えば最上流のサイドプレート片4′を取替えするには火床全体を分解しなければならず、サイドプレート片4′の補修に多くの手数を要することになる。

また、各サイドプレート片4′は可動火格子2と固定火格子3の両方に接触する長方形状に形成されているが、損耗の激しい部分は可動火格子2と接触する部分のみである。その結果、可動火格子2に接触する部分の局部的な損耗のみによって大きな面積を有するサイドプレート片4′そのものの寿命が決定されることになり、省資源と云う観点からも問題がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、従前のこの種階段式ストーカに於ける上述の如き問題、即ち▲1▼サイドプレートの取替補修に手数がかかり過ぎること及び▲2▼局部的な損耗で大きなサイドプレート片を取替えしなければならないこと等の問題を解決せんとするものであり、損耗を生じた部分のサイドプレート片のみを取り外し可能とすることにより、サイドプレートの補修を簡単且つ経済的に行なえるようにした階段式ストーカを提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の発明は、被燃焼物の送り方向に交互に配設した固定火格子2と可動火格子3の両側部に位置して固定火格子2側に固定したサイドプレート4と、サイドプレート4の両側方に位置して耐火炉壁5側に固定したシールプレート6と、サイドプレート4とシールプレート6と耐火炉壁5の間に介設されてこれ等の間を密封する耐火シール材7とを備えた階段式ストーカ1に於いて、前記サイドプレート4を概ね固定火格子2の側面に対向する第1サイドプレート片4aと概ね可動火格子3の側面に対向する第2サイドプレート片4bに分割線Eの方向から見て相互に重なりを生じないように分割し、前記分割した各第1サイドプレート片4aを夫々対向する固定火格子2側へ着脱自在に固定すると共に、前記分割した各第2サイドプレート片4bを隣接する第1サイドプレート4aへ着脱自在に固定することを、発明の基本構成とするものである。
