Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an internal combustion engine working machine surrounded by a protective frame.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Such a protective frame type internal combustion engine working machine is widely used for outdoor work and the like because the frame structure forming the protective frame is simple and easy to handle.
In order to increase the continuous operation time and make it suitable for outdoor work, it is common to provide a large fuel tank in the upper space of the internal combustion engine and the working machine.
[0003]
FIG. 9 and FIG. 10 show a conventional example of this type of protective frame type internal combustion engine working machine (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-24922).
FIG. 9 is a front view of the protective frame type internal combustion engine working machine 01, and FIG. 10 is a plan view thereof.
[0004]
The protective frame 02 has a rectangular parallelepiped frame shape in which a pipe frame is continuously connected in a rectangular ring shape and opposing long frame portions are bent in a U-shape.
That is, the protective frame 02 is composed of a pair of front and rear left and right horizontal frames 03 F and 03 R oriented in the left and right horizontal direction, and four vertical frames extending upward by bending the left and right ends of the left and right horizontal frames 03 F and 03 R. 04 F , 04 F , 04 R , 04 R , and a pair of left and right front and rear horizontal frames 05 L , 05 R connecting the upper ends of the opposed front and rear vertical frames 04 F , 04 R.
[0005]
An internal combustion engine 010 is disposed on the right side in the protective frame 02, a work machine 011 is disposed on the left side, and a fuel tank 012 is disposed in a space above the internal combustion engine 010 and the work machine 011.
A front tank support member 06 is installed between the left and right vertical frames 04 F and 04 F on the front side, and support protrusions 07 and 07 protrude from the left and right vertical frames 04 R and 04 R at a predetermined height position facing each other. Then, both ends are supported by both support protrusions 07, 07, and the rear tank support member 08 is installed.
[0006]
The fuel tank 012 has a rectangular shape in a top view, and a flange 012a is provided on the outer peripheral side surface so as to protrude in the circumferential direction. As shown in FIG. 10, a vibration isolating rubber 013 is attached to the front flange 012a, and the rear flange A rear tank support member 08 is attached to 012a via a vibration isolating rubber, and the front flange 012a is supported on the front tank support member 06 via a vibration isolating rubber 013 from the rear upper side of the protective frame 02, and the rear flange 012a is The left and right ends of the rear tank support member 08 attached via vibration-proof rubber are supported on the support protrusions 07 and 07 and fixed with bolts.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the protective frame type internal combustion engine working machine 01, although the installation of the fuel tank 012 is simplified, the upper part of the fuel tank 012 is open and there is no protective frame for protecting the fuel tank 012. In order to protect the fuel tank from contact shock with other equipment at the time of transportation or work site, it is necessary to install a protective frame for protecting the upper part of the fuel tank.
[0008]
Therefore, if a protective frame is installed between the left and right front and rear horizontal frames 05 L and 05 R , the protective frame obstructs the installation of the fuel tank 012 from behind the protective frame 02, and this fuel tank As size increases, installation becomes very difficult.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and the object of the present invention is not only to protect the upper part of a large fuel tank suspended in the entire upper space in the protective frame, but also to attach the fuel tank. It is to provide a protective frame type internal combustion engine working machine that is easy to work and can be attached with sufficient support strength.

There is a fuel supply port at a substantially central position on the upper surface, and a fuel cap 6 is screwed. A fuel cock 7 projects downward from a position along the left edge, and a fuel hose 8 extends from the fuel cock 7 located on the left outer side of the internal combustion engine 2 and is connected to the carburetor.
[0023]
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the protective frame 20 that surrounds and supports the above devices has a rectangular parallelepiped shape in which the pipe frames are continuous in a rectangular ring shape and the opposing long frame portions are bent in a U-shape. A frame shape is formed.
[0024]
That is, the protective frame 20 includes a pair of front and rear left and right horizontal frames 21 F and 21 R oriented in the left and right horizontal direction, and four vertical frames in which the left and right ends of the left and right horizontal frames 21 F and 21 R are bent and extend upward. 22 F , 22 F , 22 R , 22 R , and a pair of left and right front and rear horizontal frames 23 L , 23 R connecting the upper ends of the opposed front and rear vertical frames 22 F , 22 R.
[0025]
Protective frames 24 F and 24 R oriented horizontally in the left and right direction are installed between the pair of left and right front and rear horizontal frames 23 L and 23 R by welding two end portions in the front and rear direction.
The pair of front and rear protective frames 24 F and 24 R are narrower than the lower pair of front and rear horizontal frames 21 F and 21 R , and are positioned above the fuel tank 4 as shown in FIG. In addition to reinforcing 20, it further has a function of protecting the upper surface of the fuel tank 4.
[0026]
A pair of main body support plates 25 L and 25 R are installed on the left and right between a pair of left and right horizontal frames 21 F and 21 R at the bottom, and the internal combustion engine is mounted on the main body support plates 25 L and 25 R via a mount member 26. 2 and the generator 3 are supported.
The front vertical frames 22 F and 22 F are respectively provided with brackets 27 and 27 projecting inward at predetermined height positions, and both ends of the brackets 27 and 27 are bolted to the operation panel 30. .
[0027]
The operation panel 30 has a rectangular shape that is long in the left-right direction, and upper and lower side portions 30a and 30b are bent in a U-shaped cross section as shown in FIGS. The tank support rail 31 is formed by a horizontally bent end that is bent in the horizontal direction and forms a horizontal plane that is long in the left-right direction.
[0028]
A tank rear side support member 32 is installed between the rear vertical frames 22 R and 22 R at a rear position facing the upper portion 30 a of the operation panel 30. The mounting brackets 33, 33 project in a horizontal state toward the inside.
[0029]
A tank right support member 34 is installed between the right and left vertical frames 22 F and 22 R at the same height as the tank rear support member 32, and the tank right support member 34 has mounting brackets 35 and 35 at predetermined positions in the front and rear. Projecting horizontally toward the left (inside).
[0030]
The left and right front and rear vertical frames 22 F and 22 R are provided with brackets 36 and 36 projecting from each other at substantially the same height as the tank rear support member 32 and the tank right support member 34. The left side support member 37 is detachably supported by the brackets 36, 36.
[0031]
The tank left side support member 37 has a rectangular tube shape, and its front end opening is fitted to the front bracket 36 as shown in FIG. 7, and the obliquely cut opening at the rear end is changed from the front to the rear bracket 36. After fitting, the front and rear are installed on both brackets 36 and 36, and are secured by bolts 40 and 40 from the left side, respectively.
[0032]
Mount brackets 38 and 39 project from the inner side surface (right side surface) of the left side support member 37 of the tank, and the front mount bracket 38 projects vertically to the right (inside) as viewed from above, but the rear mount bracket 39 protrudes obliquely rearward when viewed from above. The tank support rail 31 is provided with a long anti-vibration rubber 41 on the upper surface along the edge of the rail, and the anti-vibration rubbers 42 and 42 are fixed to the upper surfaces of the mounting brackets 33 and 33 of the rear support member 32 of the tank. Has been.
[0033]
The main frame structure constituting the protective frame 20 is as described above. First, the internal combustion engine 2 and the generator 3 are fixedly supported by the main body support plates 25 L and 25 R via the mount members 26, and other intake systems and An exhaust system device is mounted in the protective frame 20 and occupies a space excluding the upper space in the protective frame 20.
The operation panel 30 is provided with various instruments and operation switches on the front surface, and a control device 45 is provided on the back surface.
[0034]
Then, with the tank left support member 37 removed and the upper left side of the protective frame 20 opened, the fuel tank 4 is inserted horizontally into the protective frame 20 from the opening.
The fuel tank 4 is in a horizontal posture with the fuel cap 6 removed so that it does not interfere with the front and rear horizontal frame 23 L of the protective frame 20 and the fuel cock 7 on the left side. By placing the side flange 5 on the mounting brackets 33 and 33 of the tank rear side support member 32 and pushing it in the right direction, the fuel tank 4 is guided by the tank support rail 31 and easily put into the protective frame 20. Inserted.
[0035]
When the fuel tank 4 is fully inserted into the protective frame 20, the right flange 5 is placed on the mounting brackets 35, 35 of the tank right support member 34, and the front and rear flanges 5 of the fuel tank 4 are The tank support rail 31 and the mount bracket 33 are supported via the anti-vibration rubbers 41 and 42.
[0036]
In this state, the tank left support member 37 is installed between the front and rear brackets 36 and 36 projecting from the vertical frames 22 F and 22 R so as to close the left opening of the protective frame 20. The left flange of the fuel tank 4 is placed and supported on the mount brackets 38 and 39 via the vibration isolating rubber 52.
[0037]
The fuel tank 4 is attached to the protective frame 20 by tightening the bolts 51 and 53 in this state, and the flange 5 is attached to the tank support rail 31, the mount brackets 33 and 33 of the tank rear support member 32, and the tank right support member 34. The mounting brackets 35 and 35 and the mounting brackets 38 and 39 of the tank left side support member 37 are supported through vibration-proof rubbers 41, 42, 50 and 52.
Then, the fuel cap 6 is screwed into the fuel supply port, and the fuel hose 8 is connected to the fuel cock 7.
[0038]
As described above, since the fuel tank 4 is supported on all four flanges 5, it can reliably support a large and heavy fuel tank, and is sufficiently resistant to impact during transportation and movement. The resulting fuel tank support structure can be obtained.
Since the upper part of the fuel tank 4 arranged in the protective frame 20 is covered with the two protective frames 24 F and 24 R , the upper surface portion of the fuel tank 20 is protected.
[0039]
The fuel tank 4 is inserted horizontally from the internal combustion engine 2 side of the protective frame 20 and fixed at a predetermined position while the front and rear flanges 5 are supported by the tank support rails 31 and the mount brackets 33, 33 of the tank rear support member 32. Therefore, the protective frames 24 F and 24 R above the fuel tank 20 do not interfere with the mounting operation of the fuel tank 4 and are inserted into the protective frame 20 while supporting the front and rear flanges 5. First, if the flange 5 is supported by the tank support rail 31 and the mount bracket 33 of the tank rear support member 32, the flange 5 can be pushed in and inserted so that the fuel tank 4 can be fully installed between the protective frames 20. However, it is easy to perform the installation work.
[0040]
Further, the fuel tank 4 is inserted into the protective frame 20 with the opposite side to the internal combustion engine 2 side where the fuel cock 7 is located, so that the fuel cock 7 protruding downward does not interfere with the internal combustion engine 2 and the work implement 3. In addition, the piping connection of the fuel system after the fuel tank 4 is attached is very simple.
Since the fuel tank 4 is supported via the vibration isolating rubber, the vibration transmitted from the protective frame 20 is absorbed and the fuel tank 4 is not vibrated as much as possible.
[0041]
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, in the present embodiment, a support plate 62 is installed on a support frame 60, 61 protruding substantially in a U shape on the right side of the protective frame 20, and a battery 65 is mounted. It is fixed with a fixing bracket 63.
