Description
【0001】

In the structure, at the lower end of the partition wall panel, the base is formed to be equal to the upward opening width of the fixed rail , the body is formed narrower than the upward opening width , and the wiring space is as large as possible. A leg body formed by shifting the body part to one side edge of the base part protrudes, and the base part of the leg body is fitted and fixed to the upward opening bottom part of the fixed rail. A partition wall structure is provided.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention of this application has the features as described above, and an embodiment thereof will be described below.
[0008]
FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view illustrating an embodiment of the invention of this application.
[0009]
In FIG. 1, the illustrated conventional example equivalent to those in FIG. 2, its description is omitted with the same reference numerals.
[0010]
In the invention of this application, for example, as illustrated in FIG. 1, the partition wall panel is fixed to the fixed rail (5) composed of a groove-shaped rail body having a downward opening fixed to the floor (4) with a nail, a screw, an adhesive or the like. In the partition wall structure formed by fixing the lower end portion of (6), the width dimension of the base portion (131) is equivalent to the upward opening width of the fixed rail (5) at the lower end portion of the partition wall panel (6). And the width of the body part (132) is made narrower than the upward opening width , and the body part (132) is displaced to one edge of the base part (131) as will be described later. And a leg (13) formed so as to project, and a base (131) of the leg (13) is fitted and fixed to the bottom of the upward opening of the fixed rail (5). It relates to the wall structure.
[0011]
In the invention of this application, when the leg (13) protrudes from the lower end of the partition wall panel (6), for example, as illustrated in FIG. 1, the upper frame (61), the lower frame ( 62) and a partition wall panel (6) formed by fixing a surface material (64) such as a gypsum board with nails, screws, adhesives, etc. on the front and back surfaces of the panel frame comprising both side frames (63). a lower frame (62), a metal, a leg made of synthetic resin or the like (13), nails, by solid Chakusu Rukoto at fastener such as a screw, may be projected a leg (13).
[0012]
Further, when the trunk portion (132) of the leg (13) is formed narrower than the upward opening width of the fixed rail (5), for example, as illustrated in FIG. 1, the upward opening of the fixed rail (5) is formed. In order to secure a wiring space (15) for accommodating the electrical wiring (14) therein as much as possible, the trunk portion (132) of the leg (13) is displaced to one edge of the base portion (131). It is preferable to form the body (132) as narrow as possible as long as the support strength of the legs (13) is not impaired. Usually, it is preferable to form the trunk | drum (132) of a leg body (13) to the half of the upward opening width of a fixed rail (5).
[0013]
When the upper end of the partition wall panel (6) is fixed, for example, as illustrated in FIG. 1, a nail, a screw, an adhesive is applied to the ceiling (10) as in the conventional case (FIG. 2 ). The upper end portion of the partition wall panel (6) may be fitted and fixed to the downward opening of the fixed rail (11) made of a grooved rail body fixed by, for example, or any other method.
[0014]
As described above, in the invention of this application, at the lower end portion of the partition wall panel (6), the base portion (131) is formed to be equivalent to the upward opening width of the fixed rail (11) , and the trunk portion (132) is directed upward. Leg formed by narrowing the body (132) to one side edge of the base (131) so as to be narrower than the opening width and to secure the wiring space (15) as large as possible. The body (13) is protruded and the base (131) of the leg (13) is fitted and fixed to the upward opening bottom of the fixed rail (5). A wiring space (15) can be formed over the entire length in the direction, electric wiring (14) can be performed using the wiring space (15), and the electric wire (14) is connected to the partition wall panel ( 6) Pull in the electrical wiring Therefore, it is only necessary to make a wire drawing hole for drawing out the first wire on the floor (4) or the ceiling (10), and when the partition wall panel (6) is to be transferred at the time of reforming, Electrical wiring (14) to the partition wall panel (6) can be performed with the minimum number of repair points on the floor (4) and ceiling (10) (without repair depending on the relocation position). When the electric wiring (14) is transferred after the wall panel (6) is transferred, the electric wiring (14) can be automatically transferred together with the partition wall panel (6). The electric wiring (14) can be easily transferred without peeling off the ceiling (10).
[0015]
In the example illustrated in FIG. 1, the example in which the electrical wiring (14) is performed in the space above the fixed rail (5) is illustrated, but the wiring space (15) inside the fixed rail (5) is illustrated. Of course, you can go there.
[0016]
In the invention of this application, since the base (131) of the leg (13) is formed to be equal to the upward opening width of the fixed rail (5) , as illustrated in FIG. ) Base portion (131) can be densely and accurately fitted and fixed to the upward opening bottom portion of fixed rail (5).
[0017]
Also, In Fig. 1, (16), an adjustment plate made of plywood or the like, the adjustment plate (16) of the lower frame of the partition wall panel (6) (62) and in contact with the fixed rail (5) Then, by fixing with a fastener (17) such as a nail or screw, the gap between the lower end of the partition wall panel (6) and the floor (4) is adjusted and concealed, and the electric wiring (14) is concealed. This is preferable because the appearance is improved.
[0018]
Of course, the invention of this application is not limited by the above embodiment, and various forms are possible for details such as the shapes, structures, materials, etc. of the fixed rails, partition wall panels and legs. Needless to say.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the invention of this application, in the case of renovation or the like, when transferring the partition wall panel, it is possible to perform electrical wiring to the partition wall panel with a minimum number of floor and ceiling repair points, When the electrical wiring is moved after the partition wall panel is moved, the electric wiring can be easily transferred.
