Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002]
The present invention relates to an air conditioner, and more particularly to pump down operation control in an air conditioner.
[Prior art]
[0003]
Generally, in an air conditioner, if the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are separated, such as when the air conditioner is moved, repaired, or replaced by renewal, the refrigerant must be sufficiently collected to the outdoor unit side. When the pipe is removed from the outdoor unit, there is a problem that the refrigerant remaining in the indoor unit and the communication pipe is released into the atmosphere. Therefore, before the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are separated, a pump-down operation is performed in which the refrigerant on the indoor unit side is forcibly sucked by the compressor and completely recovered to the outdoor unit side.
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
[0004]
However, the pump down operation is performed by turning on a pump down switch provided in the outdoor unit. However, in the case of a conventional air conditioner, the indoor unit is controlled from the outdoor control unit that controls the outdoor unit. Since the signal transmission to the indoor control unit is not performed, when starting the pump down operation, the indoor fan in the indoor unit is driven by the remote control and then the pump down switch is turned on. Two operations were necessary to do.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and by simply turning on the pump down switch provided on the outdoor unit side, the indoor fan can be operated, and refrigerant remaining in the indoor unit can be simplified. The purpose of this is to make it possible to prevent it with a simple operation.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[0006]
In the basic configuration of the present invention (the invention of claim 1), as means for solving the above problems, an outdoor heat exchanger 3, an outdoor heat exchanger 3 provided with a compressor 1, an outdoor fan 7, a receiver 4, and a pressure reducing mechanism 5 are provided. A pump down
[0007]
With the above configuration, when the pump down switch 22 on the outdoor unit X side is turned on, the indoor fan 8 starts to be driven, and then the compressor 1 and the outdoor fan 7 are started after a predetermined time has elapsed. It will be. Therefore, by one operation of turning on the pump down
