BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a redial device used in a mobile terminal having a packet communication channel function and a redial method in a mobile terminal having a packet communication channel function.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When a character call is started with the other party via the mobile terminal, a packet communication channel must be established between the mobile terminal and the other terminal via the network.
[0003]
Conventionally, when a mobile terminal makes a call to start a text call with the other party, and the other party is busy, the mobile terminal once establishes a packet communication channel established with the network. I was disconnected. Thereafter, when the user wishes to start a text call again with the other party, the user must perform a call operation again and establish a packet communication channel with the network.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, conventionally, when a re-call is made, it takes time and effort for the user, and further, the packet communication fee is also required.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and is a case where a mobile terminal makes a call to start a text call with the other party, and when the other party is busy, It is an object of the present invention to provide a redial device and a redial method for a mobile terminal that redials the other party without taking the above.
[0006]
It is another object of the present invention to provide a program that enables such redialing.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the present invention has a packet communication function.Text call after the connection with the other party is completedA redial device used for a mobile terminal, where a call is made to start a text call with the other party.IsBusyTheThe other party is out of service areaTheOr the other party is powered offTherefore, if you cannot connect to the other party and start a text call,With a controller that keeps the established packet communication channel without disconnecting the established packet communication channel for the start of a character call,The controller is capable of executing redial as a request to connect to the other party to start a character call while maintaining the state where the packet communication channel is established.A redial device is provided.
[0008]
The redial device according to the present invention has a packet communication function,Do this after the connection with the other party is completeText call (chat)ButThe other party calling to start a text call between two possible mobile terminals is busy, Out of service area, or power offInTherefore, if you cannot connect to the other party and start a text callThe packet communication channel established for starting the character call is kept without being disconnected.Furthermore, in that case, redial is performed as a request to connect with the other party to start a character call while maintaining the state where the packet communication channel is established. The user can start a text call without re-calling himself / herself.
[0009]
In addition, the amount of data exchanged with the network required to connect a new line can be reduced, so communication charges can also be reduced.
The controller is set to repeat redial within a range that does not exceed the preset packet traffic, a range that does not exceed the preset number of redials, or a range that does not exceed the preset redial time. can do.
[0011]
The controller initiates a text call with the other party and the other partyIsBusyTheThe other party is out of service areaTheOr the other party is powered offTherefore, if the user cannot connect to the other party and start a text call, the user is asked whether to redialIt can be configured to have an inquiry function.
[0012]
Thus, it is determined whether or not to execute the redial function according to the user's intention.
[0013]
If the user chooses to redial, the controller sets a range that does not exceed the preset packet traffic, a range that does not exceed the preset number of redials, or a preset redial time. It can be configured to repeat redial within a range not exceeding.
[0014]
If the user chooses not to redial, the controller can be configured to disconnect the packet communication channel.
[0015]
The controller sets the time required for redialing when the amount of packet communication required for redial exceeds the preset amount of packet communication, the number of redials exceeds the preset number of redials, or the time required for redialing is preset. When the other party is on a text call, when the other party is out of the service area, or when the other party is powered off, the packet communication channel should be disconnected Can do.
[0016]
Also, the controller can be configured to notify the user when disconnecting the packet communication channel.
[0017]
Furthermore, the present invention has a packet communication function.Text call after the connection with the other party is completedA method of redialing in a mobile terminal, wherein a first process of making a call and establishing a packet communication channel with a network in order to start a character call with the other party,IsBusyTheThe other party is out of service areaTheOr the other party is powered offTherefore, if you cannot connect to the other party and start a text call,A second process for maintaining the established packet communication channel without disconnecting the established packet communication channel for the start of the character call;A third step of performing redial as a request to connect to the other party to start a character call while maintaining the state in which the packet communication channel is established;A redial method is provided.
[0018]
In the third step,Redial is repeated within a range that does not exceed the preset packet traffic, a range that does not exceed the preset number of redials, or a range that does not exceed the preset redial time.SukoAnd are preferred.
[0019]
Furthermore, the present invention is a redial method in a mobile terminal having a packet communication function and capable of making a character call after the connection with the other party is completed. Call and establish a packet communication channel with the network, and because the other party is busy, the other party is out of the service area, or the other party is powered off, A second process of maintaining the established state without disconnecting the packet communication channel established for starting the character call when the character call cannot be started; Connect to the other party to start a text call when the other party is out of service area or the other party is powered off and cannot connect to the other party to start a text call A third step of inquiring the user as to whether or not to redial as a request, and when the user selects redialing, the redialing is performed while maintaining the state in which the packet communication channel is established. And a redial method comprising:
[0020]
in this case,In the fourth step,Redial is repeated within a range that does not exceed the preset packet traffic, a range that does not exceed the preset number of redials, or a range that does not exceed the preset redial time.SukoAnd are preferred.
[0021]
In addition, this redial method, when the user chooses not to redial,Without performing the fourth stepThe method may further comprise a step of disconnecting the packet communication channel.
[0022]
In this redial method, when the amount of packet communication required for redial exceeds a preset amount of packet communication, when the number of redials exceeds a preset number of redials, or the time required for redialing Even when the set time is exceeded, the process of disconnecting the packet communication channel is further performed when the other party is in a text call, when the other party is out of the service area, or when the other party is powered off. It is preferable to provide.
[0023]
The redial method preferably further includes a step of notifying the user when the packet communication channel is disconnected.
[0024]
The present invention further provides a program for causing a computer to execute the above-described redial method in a mobile terminal having a packet communication function. The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing such a program.
[0025]
The present invention further provides a mobile terminal comprising the redial device as described above.

As a result, the line is disconnected and the entire process is completed.
[0081]
According to the redial device according to the present embodiment described above, the following effects can be obtained.
[0082]
The first effect is that between mobile terminals having a packet communication function and capable of text calls (chatting), when the other party calling to start a text call is busy, the set packet communication volume is exceeded. The user can redial automatically until the user repeats the call himself / herself, can move to the text call start operation in a simpler operation and in a short time, and can further reduce the communication fee.
[0083]
This is because, when the other party calling to start a character call is busy, the character call function control unit 131 maintains the packet communication channel established for starting the character call without disconnecting it. This is because the automatic redial is performed through the line and the data transmission / reception with the

In addition, for the user, since the
[0085]
FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing the operation of the mobile terminal incorporating the redial device according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
[0086]
The redial device according to the present embodiment is applied when it is determined that the other party starting the text call is out of service area or the terminal power is turned off before it is determined that the other party is talking.
[0087]
The mobile terminal incorporating the redial device according to the present embodiment has the same configuration as the mobile terminal incorporating the redial device according to the first embodiment shown in FIG.
[0088]
First, steps B1, B2, B3, and B4 similar to steps A1, A2, A3, and A4 shown in FIG. 2 are executed.
[0089]
Next, it is determined whether the mobile terminal of the second user is within a communicable range, out of the communicable range, or powered off (step B5).
[0090]
When the second user's mobile terminal is within the callable range, steps B6, B7, B8, which are the same as steps A5, A6, A7, A8, A9, A10, A11, A12, A13 shown in FIG. B9, B17, B18, B19, B20, and B21 are performed.
[0091]
On the other hand, if the mobile terminal of the second user is out of the callable area or is in a power-off state, the character call function control unit 131 asks the user whether to set redial (step). B10).
[0092]
When redial is not set (NO in step B10), the character call function control unit 131 of the first user's mobile terminal disconnects the packet communication channel established with the network (step B19).
[0093]
When setting redial (YES in step B10), after setting the limit packet communication amount m that can be consumed by redialing (step B11), the mobile terminal of the
[0094]
Next, it is determined whether the second user's mobile terminal is within a callable area, or is outside the callable area or is powered off (step B13).
[0095]
If the mobile terminal of the second user is within the callable range, the process proceeds to step B6 (step B16), and steps after step B6 are performed.
[0096]
Conversely, if the mobile terminal of the second user is out of service area (step B13), the character call function control unit 131 determines whether the packet communication amount M consumed by redial exceeds the limit packet communication amount m. Is determined (step B14).
[0097]
If the packet communication amount M consumed by redial does not exceed the limit packet communication amount m (M <m), the second user's mobile terminal call (step B12) and the second user's mobile terminal call The determination (step B13) as to whether the user is within or outside the possible range is repeatedly executed.
[0098]
If the packet communication amount M consumed by redial is the same as the limit packet communication amount m or exceeds the limit packet communication amount m (M ≧ m), the mobile terminal of the first user has already been established. The packet communication channel being disconnected is disconnected (step B15).
[0099]
Next, the mobile terminal of the first user notifies the first user of the result and ends the series of operations.

As a result, the base station 201 pages the mobile terminal 200 (step 641). However, since the mobile terminal 200 is out of a callable area or is turned off, no response to the paging is returned. For this reason, the server notifies the
[0104]
After receiving this notification, the first user sets the automatic redial limit packet traffic m, performs the first redial, and calls the mobile terminal 200 of the second user (step 607).
[0105]
Steps 623, 632, and 642 similar to steps 321, 631, and 641 are performed. However, since the mobile terminal device 200 is still outside the callable area or is powered off, the response from the mobile terminal device 200 A notification that the message does not come is transmitted from the server to the

【The invention's effect】
The present invention described aboveByIf you have a packet communication function,Do this after the connection with the other party is completeText call (chat)ButThe other party calling to start a text call between two possible mobile terminals is busy, Out of service area, or power offsoIf you cannot connect to the other party and start a text callThe packet communication channel established for starting the character call is kept without being disconnected. For this reason, by setting the line so that automatic redialing is performed thereafter, the user can start a text call without re-calling himself / herself.
[0131]
In addition, the amount of data exchanged with the network required to connect a new line can be reduced, so communication charges can also be reduced.
In addition, by setting the automatic redial until the set packet traffic is exceeded, the user can move to the text call start operation in a simpler operation and in a short time without re-calling himself / herself. . In this case, since the mobile terminal automatically redials for the user, the user only needs to set the limit packet traffic for redialing and simplifies the work of re-calling to start a text call. There is an advantage that you can.
