Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure of a roof portion of a building.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The arch made of wood frame is generally made of large cross-section laminated timber.
The single-layer lattice structure that realized the arch was found in steel or prestressed concrete but not wooden.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The joint fittings that make up the single-layer lattice arch or dome structure only required special bending or casting. In addition, since the number of supporting points is large, if the accuracy of each part is not high, a large error occurs as a whole. Therefore, it was necessary to produce a joint with high accuracy and to perform assembly work with high accuracy. This is expensive.
Since the building corresponds to various site shapes and uses, the shape of the roof is various. In order to respond to such a request with a metal fitting with no degree of freedom, it is necessary to manufacture a metal fitting with a different shape.
It is common to use bolts to join the brackets and frames of the joints, but when the frame is made of wood, it solves the following two points: the indentation of the bolts into the wood and the gap between the bolts and the wood. A special method is used.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
It is possible to reduce the cost by simplifying the metal fittings of the joints as much as possible so that they can be easily manufactured at a general steel processing factory.
The joint metal fittings can be used to accommodate differences in the length and angle of frames such as wood. Differences in the parts of the joints can be all handled with one kind of joint metal because the metal parts have a degree of freedom.
Simple assembly work can be achieved by using wood screws to join wood and metal fittings.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
There are two types of metal fittings at the joint, a fulcrum metal fitting and an insertion metal plate 2 .
As for the fulcrum metal fittings, two fulcrum metal fitting pipes 4 welded and joined to the center of the fulcrum metal plate 3 are stacked.
The stacked fulcrum metal plates 3 have an angle that matches the arch of the roof. The angle needs to be highly accurate. High accuracy can be easily realized by welding a round steel bar 8 between the two fulcrum bracket iron plates 3 stacked.
Plug fitting iron plate 2 is obtained by machining drilled wood screw hole 6 to the iron plate. In the iron plate add a notch to plug the fulcrum plate pipe 4. The insert metal plate 2 is sandwiched from both sides of the fulcrum metal pipe 4 . The sandwiched fitting metal plate 2 is fixed to the wood so that the fulcrum metal pipe 4 is also fixed. The insertion metal plate 2 needs to be in the center of the wood frame 1 .
It is necessary to fix the insertion metal plate 2 between the wood frames 1 accurately without a gap.
However, it is difficult for an ordinary electric screwdriver to accurately drive a screw into a screw hole formed in an iron plate.
The problem was solved by dividing the wood of one frame into two pieces. First, the plug fitting iron plate 2 Ategai wood frame 1 of one, opening the pilot hole in the wood frame 1 with a drill from the side of the plug fitting iron plate 2. Then Ategai the other piece of wood frame 1 in turn is tightened by wooden screws 5 in the prepared hole from the outside of the timber frame 1. By doing so, the gap between the wood screw 5 and the insertion metal plate 2 becomes zero.

FIG. 5 is a plan view of the insertion fitting.
The detailed description has been given in the embodiment.
[0007]
【The invention's effect】
By realizing the arch shell structure with a low-cost construction method, it is possible to create small and medium-sized buildings with large spaces.
Since the joint has a degree of freedom, it is possible to deal with roofs of various shapes with the same hardware, and there is a possibility of widespread use because no special assembly tool is required.
The arch shell structure made of wood can create a large space with warmth.
In a small building such as a house, a large amount of material is used to secure a large space. Large materials are heavy, and when collapsed due to an earthquake or the like, the collapse time is short, and there is a risk of greater damage when collapsed. A light arch structure with many fulcrums has a small seismic force that is input to the building during an earthquake, and the seismic force is easily distributed throughout. When collapsing beyond the limit, it collapses after a large deformation, so it takes a long time to collapse and it is easy to keep the safety of the resident's life.
Because it has a single-layer lattice structure, it is excellent in preventing dust, bird's nest, and spider's web.
