[0020]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-described circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a variable guide vane control device for a gas turbine that does not generate surging and can stably operate the gas turbine.
[0021]
Another object of the present invention is to increase the flow rate and temperature of the sucked air quickly even if the air sucked by the air compressor is greatly increased than before and the temperature of the sucked air changes drastically and rapidly. Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a variable guide vane control device for a gas turbine that can follow the opening degree of the variable guide vanes preferably.
[0022]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A variable guide vane control device for a gas turbine according to a first aspect of the present invention is a function generator for generating a function to generate an exhaust gas temperature converted value of a turbine in response to a compressed air pressure signal from an air compressor , and the function generator A blade opening calculation circuit for generating a blade opening signal based on the deviation between the output signal of the engine and the exhaust gas temperature signal from the turbine, and an actual blade opening for detecting the actual opening of the variable guide blade of the air compressor A gas turbine variable guide having a position detector and correcting the opening of the variable guide blade based on a blade opening signal from the blade opening calculation circuit and an output signal from the actual blade opening position detector In the blade control device, a temperature detector is provided on the inlet side of the air compressor , and separately from the function generator, a first function generation for generating a variable guide blade opening signal by receiving a signal from the temperature detector. Set up A high value signal is selected from the output signal from the first function generator and the blade opening signal from the blade opening calculation circuit, and is given to the variable guide blade drive unit as the blade opening correction signal of the variable guide blade. be provided vane opening operation correction circuit that produces a high value selection circuit vane opening correction signal, the output signal from the produced the vane opening correction signal and the actual vane opening position detector by the vane opening operation concealment circuit in which it was allowed fix the opening degree of the variable guide vane on the basis of and.
[0027]
[Action]
The variable guide vane control device for a gas turbine according to the present invention is provided with a temperature detector that detects a change in atmospheric temperature unlike the conventional one, and the variable guide vane is calculated by a blade opening degree calculation correction circuit using the detected atmospheric temperature change signal as a factor. The wing opening correction signal is generated.
[0028]
Of the blade opening calculation correction circuit in this case, the first function generator creates and outputs a blade opening correction signal while maintaining a specific relationship between the atmospheric temperature change and the opening of the variable guide blade. Increased gas turbine capacity greatly increases the amount of air sucked into the air compressor, and even if the volume weight of the air sucked changes greatly due to changes in atmospheric temperature, variable guidance is provided so that the change can be followed quickly. The wing can be corrected to an appropriate opening degree.
[0029]
Therefore, since the variable guide vane can be corrected to an appropriate opening position under a change in atmospheric temperature, surging can be reliably prevented even if the volume weight of the atmosphere sucked in by the air compressor is excessive or insufficient.
[0030]
Further, according to the present invention, by releasing a part of the compressed air to the atmosphere, the internal pressure in the compressor is lowered, the air flow rate in the compressor blade is ensured, and safe operation without surging occurs. Is possible.
[0031]
In addition, according to the present invention, the internal pressure in the compressor is always set to the specified value even at extremely low atmospheric temperatures, and the air flow rate at the compressor blades is secured, and safe operation without surging is possible. Become.
[0032]
Furthermore, according to the present invention, the internal pressure in the compressor is limited even at extremely low atmospheric temperatures, and the air flow rate at the compressor blades is secured, and safe operation without surging is possible.

Next, based on the air compressor correction speed Nc calculated by the above equation, the air compressor correction flow rate Gc is calculated using a function generator having the characteristics shown in FIG. In FIG. 4, the air compressor correction flow rate Gc increases as the air compressor correction speed (correction speed) Nc increases. However, the function shown shows the efficiency of the air compressor, and shows the case where the air suction cross-sectional area of the air compressor is constant.

The theoretical basis for the above operation will be described as follows. Volume weight G is the product of flow rate Q and specific weight γ,
[Expression 2]
It becomes. Here, the specific weight γ is a function of temperature γ = γ (T), and the specific weight γ decreases as the temperature increases. That means
[Equation 3]
The inverse proportion of
[0057]
Therefore, as the atmospheric temperature increases, the specific weight γ decreases, so even if the suction flow rate Q is constant, the volume weight G is

become.
[0058]
For this reason, G becomes smaller under the influence of the high atmospheric temperature. Therefore, it is necessary to correct the rotational speed N in the smaller G, and Nc needs to be corrected according to the above equation. In the design, the atmospheric temperature is 15 ° C., and the volume weight G is determined by the specific weight γ at that temperature.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the variable guide vane control device for a gas turbine according to the present invention creates a blade opening signal of the variable guide vane by using the temperature change of the air sucked by the air compressor as a factor, Based on the compressed air pressure, a turbine exhaust gas temperature converted value is created, and the actual exhaust gas temperature of the turbine is added to the exhaust gas temperature converted value for calculation. Since there is a blade opening calculation correction circuit that selects and gives a blade opening correction signal to the variable guide vane, the air compressor can suck in an appropriate amount of air according to the temperature change of the atmosphere by the variable guide vane . For this reason, the air compressor has an effect of making it possible to make the flow velocity substantially constant and prevent surging while ensuring the volume weight of the atmosphere without excess or deficiency even when the atmospheric temperature changes.
