Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to improving the visibility of a flashback needle. More specifically, the present invention relates to an improvement in the visibility of a double-ended needle for a prefilled syringe having a flashback function.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a double-ended needle is used when a medical solution is administered to a human body using a so-called prefilled syringe filled with a chemical solution in advance. The mouth of the prefilled syringe is closed with a rubber stopper, and the double-ended needle is attached to the prefilled syringe by inserting the back needle (base needle) of the double-ended needle into the rubber stopper of the mouth. .
Radiopharmaceuticals containing radioisotopes are conventionally administered using lead shields partially covered with lead glass, but radiopharmaceuticals are usually filled in prefilled syringes, and a double-ended needle is used for administration. It is used.
[0003]
However, in the conventional double-ended needle, when blood is administered to the prefilled syringe radiopharmaceutical, blood is confirmed through the lead glass of the shield, the lead glass itself is colored, and the inside of the shield is dark, The current situation is that it is very difficult to see. Therefore, it takes time to secure the blood vessels, which increases unnecessary exposure to the practitioner. In addition, the method of relying on the intuition of doctors and nurses without confirming the defect is problematic because if the administration fails, the patient is forced to use unnecessary exposure.
[0004]
Therefore, in order to ensure such a blood vessel, a second inflow needle is inserted into the hub of the first inflow needle, and blood is placed between the hub of the first inflow needle and the holding portion of the second inflow needle. A device in which a confirmation part is formed has been proposed (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Hei 4-212376). However, after creating two inflow needles (a first inflow needle with a hub at the base end and a second inflow needle with a holding portion at the base end), the second in the hub of the first inflow needle Since the holding part of the inflow needle is inserted and the hub and the holding part are bonded, it takes time for manufacturing and there is a problem in terms of cost. In addition, structurally, there is a drawback that blood or a chemical solution remains in the blood confirmation part.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a flashback needle that has good visibility, is easy to manufacture, and is inexpensive. It is another object of the present invention to provide a flashback needle that has good visibility and does not substantially leave blood or a chemical solution in the hub.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors have intensively studied and conceived that the above-mentioned problems can be solved by giving a convex lens function to the hub of the part for confirming blood, thereby completing the present invention. That is, the present invention includes a cannula having a cutting edge at the distal end and a proximal end and a side hole formed at an intermediate portion, and a transparent hub having a distal end and a proximal end, and the hub makes the cannula liquid-tight. A shaft portion on the distal end side in which an insertion hole that can be inserted is formed, and a mounting portion on the proximal end side that is concentric with the shaft portion and extends from the intermediate portion of the shaft portion to the proximal direction beyond the shaft portion, A flash in which a convex lens portion is formed on a tip portion side of the base portion of the shaft portion of the mounting portion, and a side hole of the cannula is positioned on the shaft portion on the same transverse section as the convex lens portion. Regarding the back needle. Here, the convex lens portion may be a mounting portion formed in a cross-sectional shape having a circular outer surface and a regular polygonal inner surface, or a mounting portion formed in a vertical cross-sectional shape having a convex inner surface. May be. It is preferable to provide a blade surface point indicating the direction of the blade surface on the tip side on the shaft portion of the hub. Further, it is preferable that the blade surface, the side hole, and the blade surface point on the tip side are aligned in a straight line in plan view.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 is a longitudinal sectional view showing an embodiment of the present invention (the cannula portion is not shown in cross section), FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line XX of the flashback needle shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. It is a longitudinal cross-sectional view which shows the other Example of (The cannula part does not carry out cross-sectional display).
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the flashback needle of the present invention includes a cannula 1 having blade edges 11, 12 at both ends and a side hole 13 formed at an intermediate portion, and a transparent hub 2. The hub 2 includes a shaft portion 21 in which a cannula insertion hole 211 is formed, and a base-end-side mounting portion 22 provided concentrically with the shaft portion 21. The mounting portion 22 includes a convex lens portion 221. Is formed. The side hole 13 of the cannula 1 is located on the same cross section as the convex lens portion 221.
[0008]
The cannula 1 is a pipe-like member formed of stainless steel such as SUS304, and has cutting edges 11 and 12 at the distal end and the proximal end, and a side hole 13 is formed at an intermediate portion thereof. On the other hand, the hub 2 is a cap-shaped member having a distal end and a proximal end, and is formed of a transparent synthetic resin, such as polypropylene, polyethylene, or polycarbonate. The hub 2 includes a shaft portion 21 on the distal end side and a mounting portion 22 on the proximal end side that extends concentrically with the shaft portion 21 from the intermediate portion of the shaft portion 21 in the proximal direction. An insertion hole 211 into which the cannula 1 can be liquid-tightly inserted is formed in the shaft portion 21 at the axis, and the cannula 1 is inserted in the insertion hole 211 in a liquid-tight manner. An adhesive injection part 212 is provided on the distal end side of the shaft part 21, and the cannula 1 and the shaft part 21 are fixed by the adhesive 3 injected therein. The mounting portion 22 is a portion for mounting the flashback needle to the mouth portion of a prefilled syringe (not shown), and a convex lens portion is formed in the mounting portion portion on the distal end side from the proximal end of the shaft portion 21. The side hole 13 of the cannula 1 inserted in the insertion hole is located on the same cross section as the convex lens portion. Here, the convex lens portion may be a mounting portion portion 221 formed in a cross-sectional shape having a circular outer surface and a regular polygonal inner surface as shown in FIG. 2, or as shown in FIG. The mounting portion 222 may have an inner surface formed in a convex longitudinal section.
[0009]
When inserting the flashback needle into the blood vessel, it is usually performed with the blade surface facing upward in order to facilitate the insertion operation, but the hub 2 is not shown so as to facilitate confirmation of the orientation of the blade surface. It is preferable that the shaft portion 21 is provided with a blade surface point such as a point, an arrow, or a ▲ for indicating the direction of the blade surface of the tip side cutting edge 11. Further, in order to make it easy to confirm that the flashback needle has been inserted into the blood vessel, the blade surface, the side hole 13 and the blade surface point of the distal end side blade edge 21 are aligned in a straight line. It is preferable (in FIG. 1, the blade surface and the side hole 13 are in a straight line in plan view). Thereby, the insertion operation of the flashback needle and the confirmation of the flashback can be performed substantially simultaneously.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, the following effects can be expected.
Since the number of parts is small, manufacturing is easy and manufacturing cost is low. Further, the cannula is inserted in a liquid-tight manner into the insertion hole 211 of the shaft part, and the side hole 13 of the cannula 1 is enlarged by the convex lens part formed in the attachment part 22, so that visibility is improved. However, blood and chemicals do not substantially remain in the hub.
