建物開口部等に設置されシャツターカーテンの開閉により空間部を区画するようにした建築用シャツターは、巻き取られた前記シャツターカーテンを収納すべくシャツターケースが開口部上方位置躯体側に設けられており、該シャツターケースは機能や目的に合わせて種々のものが存在し、これらの中には大開口部に取り付けられる所詮重量シャツター用シャツターケースのように躯体側に取り付けた巻き取りドラム等の上廻り部分へ被装するために箱型に形成されたものがある。
そして、従来このような箱型のシャツターケースは工場での製造過程であらかじめ左右一対の側面板間に各面板を溶接手段によって組み付けた後、該溶接部分の仕上げと塗装工程を経て形成されるようになっている。これは取り付け現場において、溶接作業が煩雑である上、組み付け後の塗装作業が実際上行えないため製造段階においてシャツターケースを組み付け完成し、該完成品を現場搬入して取り付けるようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、上記のように出荷時既に組み付けられたシャツターケースは、その空間容積が大きいため取り付け現場への搬送時においてトラック等運搬手段への積載効率が極めて悪いばかりか、溶接作業の際に発生する溶接スパッタや溶接痕を研磨除去した後に塗装作業をしなければならなく組立作業の煩雑さとコストアップを招いていた。
本発明は、シャツターケースを構成する側面板、上面板、下面板および前面板の各面板を単体で取り付け現場へ搬入した後、ボルトを介してその組み付けを可能とすることにより溶接作業とそれに伴う煩雑な作業を不要とすると共に搬送の効率化と在庫スペースの削減を図ることを解決課題とするものである。

本発明は、叙述の課題を解決するためになされたものであって、左右両端側に対設した一対の側面板間に上面板と下面板および前面板をそれぞれ張設してシャツターカーテンの収納空間を形成するようにした箱型シャツターケースの組み付け構造であって、該シャツターケースを構成する前記側面板の上下縁部には所定間隔を存して複数のボルト貫通孔を穿設した取り付け部を形成すると共に、前記上面板と下面板はその縁部側に所定間隔を存して突設したスタッドボルトを介して前記取り付け部に固定され、前面板は前記側面板と上面板および下面板に着脱自在に取着するようにしたものである。これによって、シャツターケースの組み付け作業の簡素化と搬送効率の著しい向上を図ると共に在庫スペースの削減を実現することができるようにしたものである。

つぎに、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図において1は、シャツターケースであって、該シャツターケース1は左右に配設した左右側面板2,3と上下面板4,5および前面板6とで箱型に形成されるものであるが、本実施の形態においては左側面板2と右側面板3とは前後方向の出巾寸法をそれぞれ異ならせてありこれら両側面板2,3間に更に中間側面板7を設けて平面視略L字状に形成されている。
