【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a device for storing a chart used in a hospital or the like and a method for recording and storing the chart.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A medical record is recorded by a doctor or the like by hand writing medical-related information including a medical history of a patient and a medicine name for treatment of the patient in a hospital or the like, or printed and stored by a printer. The number of charts increases as the number of patient visits increases.
[0003]
Conventionally, a plurality of such medical charts are attached in a notebook shape with cellophane tape and bound. Existing commercially available printers have a configuration in which a single sheet of paper is wrapped around a platen, guided and transported while being printed by a printhead, so the last or most recent medical chart in use. In order to enable printing using the printer, it is not possible to bind the recorded chart with cellophane tape together with the recorded chart, and it is necessary that only the last chart can be taken out. is there. That is, the medical chart must be printed by a printer and easily written by a doctor or the like.
[0004]
In order to solve this problem, some prior art provides a loose-leaf binder for each patient, and the binder is configured to be relatively thick so that it can be used even for patients with frequent visits. Is done. Therefore, even for patients who need only one or two medical charts, such a thick loose-leaf binder must be prepared, which is wasteful and in order to store a large number of such thick binders, There is a problem that a large amount of storage space is required in the thickness direction.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to enable storage space to be reduced even when the number of patients and the number of medical charts increase, and to easily perform recording using an existing commercially available printer. A medical chart storage body characterized by comprising a synthetic resin material.
[0008]
According to the present invention, the medical chart storage body includes a sheet main body and a holding portion, and the sheet main body has substantially the same planar shape as the medical chart.LongA chart that is formed in a square shape and that has a blank field that can be recorded by a doctor by hand or printed using a printer, for example, can be removed on one side of the chart by a holder on the sheet body Is held in a resilient manner. The medical chart is made of paper, and the thickness of one of the sheets is thin. The holding part of the present invention has a base part, a rising part, a cover part, and a pressing part, and one side part of such a thin medical chart is attached to the base part. Press and bind elastically with the surface of the.
[0009]
When a doctor writes by hand or when it is necessary to print and record with a printer, it is easy to remove the chart from the holding portion and write or print with a printer. If there is a blank space in the margin, the chart after writing or printing can be stored again on the sheet body by the holding unit. When there is less or no blank space in the chart after writing or printing, the recorded chart may be bound continuously with an adhesive tape such as cellophane tape on the cover part connected to the other side of the sheet main body to be described later. Alternatively, or alternatively, the other side of the sheet body itself may be bound with an adhesive tape. In this way, the chart in use can be elastically bound to the sheet main body with the holding portion, and the whole is made of a synthetic resin material, so that the present invention can be realized with a simple configuration and in the thickness direction. The storage space can be reduced and a large number of patient charts can be stored in a narrow warehouse, especially when the number of charts per patient is one or several and the number is small. The storage space can be greatly reduced.
[0012]
The present invention also providesThe thickness t is 0.1 to 0.6 mm,

[0013]
In the present invention, the synthetic resin is composed of a polymethacrylic ester synthetic resin or a polyacrylic ester synthetic resin.
[0014]
According to the present invention, the first outer bent portion of the base portion and the rising portion, the second outer bent portion of the rising portion and the cover portion, and the third outer bent portion of the cover portion and the pressing portion are continuously formed. Furthermore, the cover part and the pressing part are formed with the first and second bent parts, and the synthetic resin sheet is bent and deformed in this way, whereby the medical chart storage body can be manufactured, and manufacturing is easy. In addition, for example, one thin medical chart can be sandwiched between the sheet main body and the second fold portion of the pressing portion with as much elasticity as possible.
[0015]
The pressing portion is formed in a V-shaped cross section as described above, and therefore, the one side portion of the chart along the sheet main body is connected to the inner edge of the cover portion and the inner edge of the pressing portion. Thus, an excellent effect that the operability is good can be achieved by smoothly inserting from the vicinity of the outer bent portion to the second bent portion.
[0016]
By making the synthetic resin that composes the chart storage body made of polymethacrylic acid ester or polyacrylic acid ester synthetic resin, at room temperature, a thin medical chart is elastically pressed between the base and the base as large as possible. It can be clamped with a resilient force and is easy to manufacture. These and other types of synthetic resins are easily charged with static electricity, and the electrostatic force can be used to reliably hold a medical chart made of paper.
[0017]
The present invention also includes a storage body for the above-described chart,
A medical chart storage apparatus including a rectangular sheet-like cover portion that is connected to the other side portion of the long side of the sheet main body and has substantially the same planar shape as the medical record.
[0018]
Further, the present invention is a rectangular sheet having substantially the same planar shape as the chart, and a first cover section having a binding means for binding the recorded chart,
A second cover portion that is continuous near one side of the long side of the first cover portion and has substantially the same planar shape as the chart;
Overlaid on the second cover part, the long side of the first cover partSaidA medical chart storage apparatus including the medical chart storage body, which is connected to the other side of the long side of the sheet main body by an adhesive tape in the vicinity of one side.
[0019]
The present invention also provides a storage device for the above-mentioned chart,
Print medical-related information in the blank space of the medical chart using a printer.
Hold one side of the long side of the chart where the blank field remains in the holding part of the chart's container,
When the blank field of the medical chart is printed by the printer, or when the blank field is reduced or lost, the one side portion of the medical chart in which the blank field is reduced or lost is bound by a binding means. The medical chart handling method is characterized in that it is spelled in the vicinity of the left side of the container of the medical chart.
[0021]
According to the present invention, the medical chart storage device and the cover portion described above constitute a medical record storage device, and this cover portion may be constituted by the first and second cover portions, and constitutes a medical record storage body. For example, near the left side of the sheet main body, the right side of the recorded medical chart may be spelled with an adhesive tape, such as a cellophane tape, or a spelling means other than the adhesive tape, such as a string, For example, the right side of such a recorded chart may be spelled on the left side of the sheet body, or may be spelled on a cover part such as a first cover part connected to the sheet body. When the chart with the blank space remaining is held on the chart holder and printed by a printer, the chart is removed from the chart, and medical information about the patient etc. is obtained by using an existing commercially available printer. Can be easily printed. When there is no more blank space in the chart or when the blank section disappears, it is connected to the left side of the seat body of the chart storage body, that is, to the left side of the seat body itself, or to the left side of the seat body. The right side of the chart can be spelled on a cover such as the first cover.

Each processing device A1 to Ai is individually provided for each department. Therefore, in the processing device A11 provided in the internal medicine, for example, the department name and department code are stored in advance in the memory in the processing circuit 113. Thus, the input operation by the input means 114 for such a department name or the like may be omitted. In the display area 139a, disease names determined in internal medicine are displayed. In the area 140 corresponding to each disease name, a code corresponding to the disease name is displayed. The doctor sees the disease name in the area 139a as a result of the medical treatment of the patient, reads the disease name code in the area 140 corresponding to the disease name, and inputs the disease name code to the disease name code by the input means 114. The disease name code displayed in the area 140 is input in step s4 by operating the input means 114. There are many types of disease names for each department. For example, the disease name may be about 200 to 300 for each department. In order to display a large number of disease names, the display screen by the display device 118 can be changed.
[0043]
When the operation for inputting the disease name is completed in step s5, the processing circuit 113 displays the drug name in step s6 by the display device 118. In the display area of the display device 118, a disease name corresponding to the disease name code input in step s4 is displayed. The drug name used for the treatment of the input disease name is displayed in another display area. The code corresponding to each drug name and dose is displayed in the display area corresponding to the drug name individually, and the drug name code displayed in this display area is a 5-digit code in this embodiment. Consists of numbers. The doctor selects a necessary medicine name by looking at the display area, sees the medicine name code display area corresponding to the medicine name, and inputs it by the input means 114 in step s7. In order to display a large number of drug names corresponding to the disease names, the display screen by the display device 118 can be changed.
