Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fireproof cable that can maintain required fireproof performance under high heat and high temperatures, and a method for manufacturing the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A fireproof cable is known in which a conductor is covered with mica (mica) tape to form a fireproof layer. The covering form of the mica tape includes a case where a spiral is wound around the outer periphery of the conductor and a case where the mica tape is vertically attached along the longitudinal direction of the outer periphery of the conductor. The vertical attachment type has a simple and excellent lap workability compared to the horizontal winding type, but since it is vertical addition, it is necessary to press and wind with spun yarn (yarn) from above.
[0003]
FIG. 3 shows a refractory wire described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-176220 as a conventional example of a refractory cable provided with a mica tape vertically attached refractory layer. This refractory electric wire 1 forms a refractory layer by laminating inner and

[0007]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a fireproof cable and a method for manufacturing the fireproof cable that can greatly reduce the manufacturing cost and have the required fireproof performance.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the fireproof cable of the present invention, a fireproof layer is provided by vertically attaching a mica tape to the outer periphery of the conductor, the mica tape of the fireproof layer is covered with an insulator, and the insulator is further covered with a protective layer. be those which is covered with a sheath, it has been pressed by directly the insulator from outside periphery of the mica tape pixels.
[0009]
With the above configuration, it is not necessary to press and wind the outermost mica tape with the conventional yarn, and the material cost can be reduced. In addition, the inner layer of the inner and outer multi-layered mica tape is suitably wound with yarn, so that the lapping operation is suitably performed and the fire resistance performance is improved.
[0012]
A method of manufacturing a fire-proof cable according to claim 2, the mica tape on the outer periphery of the conductor longitudinal served to form a refractory layer on the inner and outer multiple layers, wound pressing the lining of the mica tape by yarn, the outermost A method for manufacturing a fire-resistant cable in which a mica tape is directly covered with an insulator and further covered with a sheath of a protective layer, and the conductor and the mica tape are respectively wound and supplied. Sending out from the drum, joining the mica tape, adhering the mica tape to the outer peripheral surface of the joined conductor with a negative pressure suction head, and sending it vertically, sending the conductor after the addition to the insulator extrusion molding process, The mica tape is covered while being pressed from the outer periphery by the insulator being pushed out .
[0013]
From the above, in the insulator extruding process after vertical attachment, the mica tape is pressed down in the form of being embedded inside the insulator being extruded. In other words, the insulator serves as a substitute for the conventional yarn, and the mica tape on the conductor is pressed from the outside without being peeled off. Further, the mica tape vertically attached on the conductor is attracted to the outer peripheral surface of the conductor by being passed through a negative pressure suction head, which is convenient for simultaneous extrusion in the subsequent insulator extrusion process.
[0016]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fireproof cable manufacturing method in which the conductor sent out from the supply drum is held and adjusted at a constant tension before joining the mica tape and vertically attaching the conductor. It is a thing.
[0017]
That is, keeping the tension of the conductor constant is effective in suppressing the occurrence of unevenness in vertically attaching the joined mica tape along the length of the conductor.
[0018]
A method of manufacturing a fire-proof cable according to
[0019]
In this case, the inner layer of the mica tape composed of inner and outer multiple layers is pressed and wound with yarn, so that the lapping operation is suitably performed together with the subsequent outermost layer mica tape, and the fire resistance is improved.

Next, test sample No. 3-No. For “3”, “dielectric strength” was selected as the test item. Sample No. of them For No. 3, it was tested whether or not the required insulation could be maintained by applying a voltage of 1500 V (volts) for 60 seconds “before heating”. Sample No. For No. 4, it was tested whether the required insulation could be maintained by applying a voltage of 600 V "during heating". However, for the inner layer mica tape, it can be seen that the presence or absence of presser winding by the yarn affects the fire resistance.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the refractory cable according to the present invention has mica tape vertically attached to the outer periphery of the conductor to form a refractory layer with a plurality of inner and outer layers. Even if omitted, the co-extruded insulator acts as a substitute for the yarn, holding the mica tape from the outer periphery and preventing peeling. That is, there is an advantage that materials and work man-hours can be reduced by reducing the press-winding yarn with respect to the outermost mica tape.
