Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure of an artificial nail that a user can freely attach and detach, and a method for manufacturing the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, artificial nails have been used for various purposes. Various synthetic resin materials are usually used as the material for the artificial nail, and this is processed into a nail shape to form an artificial nail. In order to wear the artificial nail on the nail of the human body, in the case of semi-permanent wearing, the adhesive is applied to the back surface of the artificial nail or the surface of the human nail and the two are joined by joining them together.
[0003]
In addition to the artificial nail, a separately coated flat adhesive is prepared, and each time it is used, the flat adhesive is cut off according to the nail, and this is applied to the back of the artificial nail or the surface of the human nail. Adhering to the nail, pressing the nail against the human nail is worn.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described conventional technology, in the case of joining with an adhesive, the artificial nail cannot be easily peeled off and a special chemical must be used, which is not only inconvenient for use but also for the nail. It was not preferable.
[0005]
In addition, when using a flat adhesive that is separately coated, the shape of the nail is not a flat surface, but it is a complicated aspect, so it is difficult to cut it according to the nail, and it should be joined to every corner. It was difficult. Furthermore, when peeling off the nail, adhesive or contaminate the human nail side Many pawl to remain, it is difficult to remove without damaging the nail the adhesive. Moreover, in order to wear an artificial nail again, it had to be cut out again according to the shape of the nail from a separately applied flat adhesive, and there was a problem that the above-mentioned difficulty had to be repeated.
[0006]
Also, when using the above method, the strength of the adhesive strength after adhesion varies depending on the material of the synthetic resin of the nail, and the artificial nail may fall off during use or There was a problem that the flat adhesive remained on the nail of the human body and the artificial nail was peeled off. This is because the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is constant and the shape of the nail of the human body and the shape of the artificial nail do not always coincide with each other. In the gap between the artificial nails, a sticky part and a non-sticky part are generated, which causes the artificial nails to fall off during use.
[0007]
The object of the present invention is to be able to be worn at any time simply by pressing the artificial nail lightly on the nail of the human body, and to be removed simply by pushing it up with a finger, and the adhesive remains on the nail side of the human body after removal Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a nail structure and a method for manufacturing the same which can repeatedly wear the same artificial nail and improve the conventional defects.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the artificial nail structure of the present invention comprises a synthetic resin artificial nail body and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on the surface of the artificial nail body in contact with the human nail. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is composed of a mixture of a pressure-sensitive adhesive and a catalyst that attacks the surface of the artificial nail so that the state of adhering to the artificial nail side is maintained. and thicker the middle part of the portion corresponding to the human nails in, is characterized that you have thinned ends.
[0009]
Further, the artificial nail manufacturing method of the present invention comprises forming an artificial nail body with a synthetic resin so as to correspond to a human nail, and applying the whole or a part of the back surface of the artificial nail to the human nail. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed is composed of a mixture of a pressure-sensitive adhesive and a catalyst that attacks the surface of the artificial nail so that the state adhered to the artificial nail is maintained , and the thickness of the adhesive layer is It is characterized in that the middle part of the part corresponding to the nail is thickened and both ends are thinned .
[0010]
The reason why the above adhesive layer is a mixture of an adhesive and a catalyst that attacks the surface of the synthetic resin material that is the material of the artificial nail is that the material surface is affected by this catalyst even if the synthetic resin material is different. The adhesive sticks to the material of the artificial nail more strongly, and the adhesive is constantly left on the artificial nail side so as not to move to the human nail. As a result, the adhesive remains on the human nail as before. The adhesive itself has also been improved.
[0011]
By changing the thickness of the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in parts, even if the shape of the artificial nail mass-produced varies slightly depending on the individual person used, The adhesive spreads over the entire surface, and the force with which the artificial nail is attached to the nail of the human body is significantly increased compared to the conventional one, and the problem that the artificial nail is lifted or peeled off during use has been improved. Examples of the attachment method include a spray method, a coating brush, and automatic filling.
[0012]
As the synthetic resin material for the artificial nail, polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, AES, EVA, EEA and the like are appropriately used.
[0013]
As the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive, various commercially available products such as water-soluble, solvent-borne, hot-melt, etc., such as Olivevine BPS1109 (Toyo Ink Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) or Cybinol AT-500, AT-181 (Siden Co., Ltd.) )) Etc. can be used as appropriate.
[0014]
As a catalyst that attacks the surface of the artificial nail, a so-called primary treatment agent is used. For example, a silicon primer (Union Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.) or a plastic primer 349-102 (Kansai Paint Co., Ltd.) can be used. .
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig.1 (a) is a reverse view of an artificial nail. First, only one artificial nail body 1 is shown here, but its width and curved surface are set so as to substantially correspond to the counting of the left and right ten finger nails, and the length is longer than that of the human nail. For example, a polyethylene resin is used for injection molding. Although not shown, the surface of the artificial nail body 1 may be appropriately decorated such as coloring it in a preferable color as a nail polish color or forming a pattern using a glossy material.
[0016]
Next, as shown in FIGS. 1A to 1F, a silicon primer is mixed with Cybinol AT-181 at a weight ratio of 3% at a portion of the back surface of the artificial nail body 1 that is in contact with the nail of the human body. Thus, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 is formed. At this time, as the thickness of the adhesive layer 2 (e), the thicker the middle part of the portion corresponding to the human nails in nail was Chigae the Thickness and thin at both ends. Thereafter, it was left to stand for 4 hours and dried, and further dried at a temperature of 70 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes. When this example was actually worn on the human body by the method described later, the desired result was obtained.
[0017]
When wearing an artificial nail having such a structure, it is only necessary to press the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 against the corresponding nail of the human body. It will not drop out. When removing the artificial nail, lift the tip of the artificial nail lightly with your finger and the artificial nail will come off the human nail. At that time, the adhesive layer 2 is kept attached to the artificial nail, and the human nail Never move to the side. For this reason, there is no dirt of a nail and it is not necessary to use a solvent harmful to the nail. When it is desired to wear the artificial nail again, it can be similarly pressed against the nail, and can be attached and detached any number of times as long as the adhesive force of the adhesive layer 2 remains.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is implemented in the form as described above, and has the following effects.
[0019]
Since the artificial nail body and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are provided, it can be worn very easily. Moreover, when removing the artificial nail once worn on the nail of the human body, the adhesive does not move to the nail side of the human body, and the state where it is always attached to the artificial nail side is maintained. Therefore, the nail of the human body is not soiled, and no harmful solvent is used, so that the nail is not damaged.
[0020]
As long as the adhesive strength of the pressure- sensitive adhesive layer remains, it can be attached and detached as many times as you like, so you can easily take it on and take it off whenever you need it and remove it when it is no longer needed.
[0021]
By changing the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, even if the shape of the artificial nail that is mass-produced varies slightly depending on the individual person used, As the agent spreads, the force with which the artificial nail is attached to the nail of the human body is remarkably increased as compared with the conventional one, and the problem that the artificial nail is lifted or peeled off during use has been improved .
[0022]
Further, the artificial nail manufacturing method of the present invention has an effect that the artificial nail having the above effects can be easily manufactured and can be manufactured at low cost.
