本発明は、給湯装置の温度を制御する給湯制御装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の給湯制御装置で室内温度に応じて湯温設定手段を補正する技術が特開平4−124527に開示されている。それは図4に示すように、熱交換器41をバーナ42で加熱し、その湯温を湯温検出手段43で検出し、湯温設定手段44の信号と湯温制御手段45で比較し、湯温調節手段46で出湯温度を制御し、湯温設定手段と等しい湯温を供給する。一方浴室47内に設けた湯の吐出口48付近の雰囲気温度を検出する室温検出手段49の信号は、さらには給湯制御手段45の湯温補正手段50で演算され湯温設定手段を補正する。

【発明を解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら上記の構成では、入浴したいシャワーを浴びるとき、室内温によってシャワー温度は変わるので身体は快適湯温になるが、浴びた状態で室外に出ると、室内外の温度差によって風邪を引いたりすることが判っている。

【発明を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するために本発明の給湯制御手段は、浴室もしくはシャワー室等の部屋の室内温度を検知する室内温検出手段と、室外温検出手段と、浴槽もしくはシャワーの湯温を検出する湯温検出手段と、浴槽もしくはシャワーの湯温度を設定する湯温設定手段と、室内温と室外温の温度差により湯温温度設定を加減する湯温補正手段とを有する給湯制御装置で、さらに好ましくは、設定温度が室内温度に対して負特性のカーブを持ち、かつそのカーブが室内と室外の温度差により異なったカーブを持つことが好ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施例を図面を用いて説明する。図において、熱交換器1をバーナ2で加熱し、その湯温を湯温検出手段3で検出し、湯温設定手段4の信号と、給湯制御手段5で比較し、湯温調節手段6で出湯温度を制御し、湯温設定手段と等しい湯温を供給するとともに、浴室7内に設けられた湯の吐出口8付近の雰囲気温度を検出する室内温検出手段9の信号と、浴室7外に設けられた壁付近の雰囲気温度を検出する室外温検出手段12の信号は給湯制御手段5の室温補正手段10に入力されて演算され、温度設定手段を補正する。
次に本発明の動作について説明する。吐出口8より吐出が開始されると、熱交換器で加熱された湯が供給される。この湯の温度は湯温検出手段3によって検出され、湯温設定手段4の信号と比較され、湯温調節手段6で燃料の供給量を調節して出湯温量を制御する室内温検出手段9の信号は室外温検出手段12の信号とともに補正手段10で演算され、湯温設定手段の信号を補正するが、室外温検出手段12と室内温度検出手段9の差により複数の補正カーブを選択するものである。
図2に示すように、一例として室外温が15℃で室外温が−5℃のときは、差が20℃なのでAカーブを選択し、湯温設定を40℃とす。
一方、室内温が35℃で外も35℃の時は、Eカーブを選択し30℃の湯を出すのである。
図3は本発明の他の実施例を示すもので、室湯温度検出手段3と湯温設定手段4の信号によって、工藤手段1で湯と水の比較を混合弁12を調節し室湯温度を制御する。室温検出手段9と室外温度検出手段12によって設定温度を変更するのは前述と同様である。
