【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、綴じ具及びこれを用いたファイルに係り、更に詳しくは、表紙体に対して容易に着脱することのできる綴じ具と、この綴じ具を用いたファイルに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、表紙体の内面側に綴じ具を備えてなるファイルが広く利用されている。このファイルに用いられる綴じ具は、表紙体の内面側に配置されるベースと、このベースに設けられた綴じ部材とを備えて構成されている。この綴じ具を表紙体に取り付ける場合には、表紙体とベースに穴をそれぞれ設けておき、この穴を利用してリベット等を打ち込んで固定する構成が一般的に採用されている。

しかしながら、このような構成では、綴じ具がリベットによって表紙体に固定されているため、表紙体と綴じ具とを分離することが非常に困難となる。

そこで、最近では、表紙体と綴じ具との分離を容易に行うことのできるタイプのファイルが出現するに至っている。このファイルにおける綴じ具は、表紙体の外面側に配置される外側部材と、前記ベース上に配置される抜け止め部材とを用いて固定される構成が採用されている。すなわち、外側部材は、表紙体と綴じ具のベースを部分的に貫通する爪部材を備えている一方、抜け止め部材は、爪部材に引っ掛けられて当該爪部材の脱落を防止する構成となっている。従って、抜け止め部材を取り外すことによって、外側部材がベースと表紙体の穴から抜け出ることができ、これによって表紙体と綴じ具との分離が可能となる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、表紙体と綴じ具との分離を可能とするファイルにあっては、綴じ具自体が完成品であり、これとは別個の部品、すなわち、前述した外側部材や、抜け止め部材等を用いなければ綴じ具を表紙体に固定することはできない。そのため、綴じ具自体を完成させる組み立て工程と、綴じ具を表紙体に装着するファイル組み立て工程とがそれぞれ独立したものとなり、また、全体として、部品点数も多くなるという不都合を招来する。

【発明の目的】
本発明は、このような不都合に着目して案出されたものであり、その目的は、綴じ具を構成する部品を用いて表紙体を挟み込むことができ、この挟み込みによって綴じ具とファイルとを同時に完成させることのできる綴じ具及びこれを用いたファイルを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するため、本発明は、所定の表紙体の外面側に位置する外側綴じ具形成部材と、前記表紙体の内面側に位置して前記外側綴じ具形成部材との間に表紙体を挟み込む内側綴じ具形成部材とを備え、
前記外側綴じ具形成部材は、前記表紙体を貫通して当該表紙体の内面側に位置する第1の綴じ部材を備える一方、
前記内側綴じ具形成部材は、前記第1の綴じ部材と相互に作用して閉ループを形成可能な第2の綴じ部材を備える、という構成を採っている。このような構成によれば、各綴じ具形成部材で表紙体をサンドイッチするように組み合わせることで綴じ具が形成されることとなり、この綴じ具の形成と同時にファイルも形成されることとなる。従って、従来のような綴じ具固定用の部品を一切必要とすることなく綴じ具が形成でき、コスト的にも大幅な低減を図ることが可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明において、前記外側綴じ具形成部材は、前記表紙体と係り合う脱落防止部を備えた構成とすることが好ましい。このような脱落防止部を設ければ、表紙体と外側綴じ具形成部材との相対的な固定位置が安定した状態に保たれ、外側綴じ具形成部材がぐらついたりする虞を効果的に防止することができる。この際、外側綴じ具形成部材の端部は前記表紙体の内面側に位置する連結部を備え、この連結部に前記内側綴じ具形成部材の端部が回転可能に連結されて前記閉ループの形成及び解除が可能に設けられる、という構成を採用するとよい。これによれば、外側綴じ具形成部材が表紙体から抜け落ちることなく当該外側綴じ具形成部材に対して内側綴じ具形成部材を回転させることができる。

更に、前記内側綴じ具形成部材と表紙体との間には中間部材が設けられ、この中間部材と前記外側綴じ具形成部材とが相互に連結される、という構成も採用することができる。このような構成を採れば、外側綴じ具形成部材が表紙体に対して更に強固に固定されることとなる。しかも、前記中間部材を平坦に形成すれば、前記閉ループを解除した際に、表紙体の内面側に凹凸面が表れることもなくなって外観上の体裁を良好に保つことができ、且つ、書類の端部が引っ掛かるような虞も防止することができる。

また、本発明に係るファイルは、表紙体と、当該表紙体に着脱自在に装着される綴じ具とからなり、
前記綴じ具は、前記表紙体の外面側に位置するとともに一部が表紙体を貫通して当該表紙体の内面側に位置する第1の綴じ部材を備えた外側綴じ具形成部材と、前記表紙体の内面側に位置して前記外側綴じ具形成部材との間に表紙体を挟み込むとともに、前記第1の綴じ部材と相互に作用して閉ループを形成可能な第2の綴じ部材とを備えた内側綴じ具形成部材とにより構成される、という構成を採っている。これにより、前述したように、綴じ具とファイルとを同時に完成できる他、表紙体と綴じ具とを難なく分離することができるため、表紙体が老朽化しても、当該表紙体のみを新たなものに交換することができ、綴じ具が使用可能な状態である限り、当該綴じ具の永続的な利用が可能となる。しかも、表紙体と綴じ具とが異種材料からなる場合の分別廃棄も難なく行うことができる。

前記ファイルにおいて、表紙体には、前記外側綴じ具形成部材の一部を受容する開放部が形成されている一方、前記外側綴じ具形成部材には、前記開放部内に位置して当該開放部の形成縁と係り合う脱落防止部が設けられる、という構成を採ることが好ましい。このようなファイルによれば、開放部に脱落防止部を引っ掛けることにより、外側綴じ具形成部材を表紙体に容易に保持させることができ、外側綴じ具形成部材の固定位置を安定化させることが可能となる。特に、表紙体と外側綴じ具形成部材とを相互に組み合わせた後工程で、内側綴じ具形成部材を表紙体の内面側に装着するという生産ラインを構築することが可能となり、生産効率も飛躍的に向上させることができる。

更に、前記表紙体は、外側綴じ具形成部材と内側綴じ具形成部材との間で相互に突き合う二分割構造とすることができる。このような構成では、表表紙と裏表紙とを色違いとした斬新な表紙構造を種々採用することが容易となり、従って、利用者のニーズに応じたファイルの提供が可能となる。しかも、表紙体の上下幅と綴じ具の上下幅を同程度にすることで、前記突き合わせ領域を完全に隠すことができ、外観上は、一枚の表紙体によって形成されているように表すことが可能となる。

以下、本発明の実施例を図面を参照しながら説明する。

[第1実施例]
図1には、第1の実施例に係るファイルの概略斜視図が示され、図2には、図1の分解斜視図が示されている。また、図3には、ファイルの要部平面図が示されている。これらの図において、ファイル10は、中間に背表紙11を介して左右両側に連なる表表紙12及び裏表紙13を有する表紙体15と、前記背表紙11の領域内において当該背表紙11の上下方向に沿って装着されるとともに、背表紙11の上下幅と略同程度の上下幅を有する綴じ具16とを備えて構成されている。

前記背表紙11は、図2に示されるように、当該背表紙11の上下方向、すなわち長手方向に沿って所定間隔を隔てて三箇所に形成された開放部としての撥形穴部19と、背表紙11の一端部近傍に形成された台形穴部20と、背表紙11の他端部に形成された開放部としての凹状切欠部21とを備えた形状に設けられている。

前記綴じ具16は、背表紙11の外面側に位置する外側綴じ具形成部材24と、背表紙11の内面側に位置する内側綴じ具形成部材25との組み合わせによって構成されている。外側綴じ具形成部材24は、略長方形状をなして背表紙11の外面側に位置するとともに、外面に見出し表示用の凹部27A(図4参照)が形成された外側平面部27と、この外側平面部27の内面側に設けられるとともに、前記撥形穴部19内にそれぞれ受容される台状部28と、前記台形穴部20内に受容されるとともに、前記内側綴じ具形成部材25の自由端側と係り合い可能な略L字状の爪部29と、前記凹状切欠部21内に受容される連結部30とを備えて構成されている。

前記台状部28は、前記撥形穴部19の開口形状に対応した基部28Aと、この基部28Aの一端側に位置して当該基部28Aとの間に隙間を形成する屈曲爪状部28Bとからなる。これら台状部28のうち、中央の台状部28を除く両側の台状部28には、第1の綴じ部材を構成する略半円弧状の綴じ足31が一体的に設けられている。また、台状部28において、前記外側平面部27の短寸幅方向に沿う両端部には、図4に示されるように、撥形穴部19の形成縁に係り合う脱落防止部としての溝部28C,28Cがそれぞれ形成されている。

前記連結部30は、図5にも示されるように、平面状をなす基面部34と、この基面部34の一端に連なって当該基面部34との間に隙間を形成する内面部35とにより構成されている。ここで、基面部34には、前記台状部28に形成されたのと同様に、凹状切欠部21の左右形成縁に係り合う脱落防止部としての溝部34Aが形成されている。また、内面部35には、内側綴じ具形成部材16の回転中心を形成する軸受穴35Aが形成されている。

前記内側綴じ具形成部材16は、前記背表紙11の内面側に位置する内側平面部36と、この内側平面部36の短寸幅方向一端側に沿って二箇所に設けられた第2の綴じ部材としての綴じ足37を備えて構成されている。これら綴じ足37は略半円弧状をなし、前記第1の綴じ部材を構成する綴じ足31と相互に作用して閉ループを形成可能となっている。

前記内側平面部36において、綴じ足37の基部位置とは反対側には前記台状部28の屈曲爪状部28Bを受容する凹状の切欠部38と、前記爪部29を受容して当該爪部29に係脱する面形状を備えたストッパ片部39が形成されている。内側平面部36の長手方向一端部には、当該内側平面部36の面よりも若干面位置が低い陥没面部41が形成され、この陥没面部41の領域内に前記軸受穴35Aに挿入される軸42が形成されている。また、内側平面部36の他端側、すなわち、前記ストッパ片部39に隣接する端部側には、滑り止め用のリブが複数設けられた操作部44が形成されている。

以上の構成において、ファイル10を完成させるには、先ず、背表紙11の外面側に外側綴じ具形成部材24を位置させ、前記綴じ足31,31を撥形穴部19内に挿入して貫通させる。この際、台状部28を撥形穴部19内に収まるように完全に押し込むことで、各台状部28に形成された溝部28Cが撥形穴部19の形成縁に係り合うこととなり、また、連結部30の溝部34Aも凹状切欠部21の左右形成縁に係り合い、これによって、外側綴じ具形成部材24の安定した位置を維持して当該外側綴じ具形成部材24を背表紙11に保持させることができる。

次いで、前記内側綴じ具形成部材25を背表紙11の内面側に装着すればよい。この装着は、前記陥没面部41を、連結部30の基面部34及び内面部35間の隙間内に差し込んで軸42を内面部35の軸受穴35Aに強制的に嵌め込むことによって行うことができる。これにより、内側綴じ具形成部材25は、その内側平面部36が、図7中矢印で示されるように、背表紙11と略平行な面内で回転可能となり、綴じ足37,37の各先端を対応する綴じ足31,31の各先端に突き当てることで閉ループが形成でき、同時に、内側平面部36の自由端側に位置するストッパ片部39が爪部29に係り合って前記閉ループを維持するようになっている。この閉ループを解除する場合には、前記操作部44を押圧して爪部29とストッパ片部39との係り合いを解除し、この状態で、内側綴じ具形成部材25を回転させればよい。

従って、このような実施例によれば、綴じ具16を構成する外側綴じ具形成部材24と内側綴じ具形成部材25とによって背表紙11を挟み込むように組み合わせるだけで綴じ具16が完成し、且つ、ファイル10も同時に完成することが可能となる。

[第2実施例]
図8ないし図13には、第2の実施例が示されている。この第2の実施例は、内側綴じ具形成部材25と背表紙11との間に中間部材50を設け、この中間部材50と外側綴じ具形成部材24とによって背表紙11を挟み込むようにした点に主な特徴を有する。

すなわち、外側綴じ具形成部材24の長手方向一端縁には、短寸幅方向に沿って延びる突条部51が設けられ、この突条部51の内縁側にガイド溝52が形成されている。この一方、前記長手方向他端側に設けられた連結部30の内縁にガイド溝53が設けられるとともに、綴じ足31,31をそれぞれ支持する各台状部28の基部28Aにも、ガイド溝54がそれぞれ形成されている。ここで、外側綴じ具形成部材24には、第1の実施例で示した爪部29が一方の台状部28と一体型に設けられ、背表紙11に形成された穴部19の開放形状もこれに対応した形状に設けられている。また、外側綴じ具形成部材24の中央部には背表紙11の中央に形成された角穴63に受容される突起55が形成されている。

前記中間部材50は、全体的に平坦な板状部材からなり、その長手方向両端側における背表紙11側の面には、前記外側綴じ具形成部材24の長手方向両側に位置するガイド溝52,53にスライド操作で嵌り込むレール片58,59が形成され、また、中間領域には、前記台状部28の各ガイド溝54に嵌り込むレール片61が形成されている。

なお、前記第1の実施例では、内側綴じ具形成部材25の回転中心となる軸42が内側綴じ具形成部材25側に設けられているが、この第2の実施例では、内側綴じ具形成部材25の端部に穴65を形成する一方、前記外側綴じ具形成部材24の連結部30に割り軸66を形成し、この割り軸66を穴65内に強制的に嵌め込むことによって内側綴じ具形成部材25が回転可能に連結されている。また、内側綴じ具形成部材25は、その操作部44の内方にストッパ穴69が形成され、このストッパ穴69に外側綴じ具形成部材24の爪部29が係脱可能とされている。その他の構成は、実質的に前記第1の実施例と略同様となっている。

従って、このような第2の実施例によれば、外側綴じ具形成部材24を背表紙11に対して一層強固に固定することができる一方、中間部材50を取り外すだけで表紙体15と綴じ具16とを相互に分離することができる。しかも、中間部材50が平坦な面に設けられているため、内側綴じ具形成部材25を開放位置に回転させた場合でも凹凸が表出することは殆どない。

図14ないし図16には、本発明の第3の実施例が示されている。この第3の実施例は、表紙体15を二分割構造とした点に特徴を有する。

すなわち、表紙体15は、1/2幅背表紙片11Aを一端に備えた表表紙12と、1/2幅背表紙片11Bを一端に備えた裏表紙13とにより構成され、前記背表紙片11A,11Bにより背表紙11が形成されている。各背表紙片11A,11Bの略中央部には、丸穴70が形成されており、これらの丸穴70に挿入される凸部71が外側綴じ具形成部材24の内面側に形成されている。なお、背表紙片11A,11Bには、図15に示されるように、外側綴じ具形成部材24の台状部28、連結部30及び後述するフック部を受容する開放部としての切欠部75が複数箇所に形成されている。

外側綴じ具形成部材24の端部には、内側綴じ具形成部材25の自由端の裏面側を受け入れてこれに係脱可能となるフック部72が設けられており、このフック部72と前記自由端とが係り合ったときに、綴じ足31,37が閉ループを形成するようになっている。なお、外側綴じ具形成部材24の略中央部には、図15及び図16に示されるように、面位置を陥没させた凹部75が形成されている。

なお、表紙体15と綴じ具16とを分離するときは、図16(C)に示されるように、スクリュードライバ等の先端を背表紙片11A,11Bの突合せ端部間から前述した凹部75まで差し込み、梃子の原理を利用してドライバの先端を回転させることで丸穴70と凸部71との嵌め合わせを強制的に解除すればよい。その他の構成は、実質的に、前記第1及び第2の実施例と部分的に略共通した構造となっており、同一符号のみを示して説明を省略する。

従って、このような第3の実施例によれば、表表紙12と裏表紙13とを種々選択して色、質等が異なる各種外観形態を表出する表紙構造となるファイルを提供することができる。また、このように表表紙12と裏表紙13とを突き合わせる構造であっても、当該突き合わせ領域が綴じ具16によって覆われるため、外観上は恰も一枚の表紙によって構成されているように表出させることができ、色違い、或いは質感を異ならせる種々の組み合わせによって、斬新性に富んだファイルを提供することができる。

なお、前記各実施例では、綴じ具16の装着部位が背表紙11の内面である場合を図示、説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されるものではなく、裏表紙13の内面側を装着部位としてもよい。また、綴じ足の数も限定されるものではなく、必要に応じて増加させることもできる。要するに、本発明は、外側綴じ具形成部材24と内側綴じ具形成部材25によって表紙体15を挟み込みでき、且つ、綴じ具16が表紙体15と分離可能となる構造を採用する限りにおいて、種々の設計変更をすることができる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明に係る綴じ具は、第1の綴じ部材を備えた外側綴じ具形成部材と、当該外側綴じ具形成部材と相互に作用して表紙体を挟み込むとともに第1の綴じ部材と相互に作用して閉ループを形成可能な第2の綴じ部材を備えた内側綴じ具形成部材とによって形成されているから、各綴じ具形成部材で表紙体を挟み込むように組み合わせるだけで綴じ具が完成され、且つ、これと同時にファイルも完成されるという効果を得る。

また、外側綴じ具形成部材は、前記表紙体と係り合う脱落防止部を備えているため、表紙体と外側綴じ具形成部材との固定位置が安定することとなり、外側綴じ具形成部材がぐらついたりする虞も防止することができる。また、外側綴じ具形成部材の端部に内側綴じ具形成部材の端部が回転可能に連結された構成では、表紙体を挟み込んだ状態を維持しながら各綴じ具形成部材の端部側において綴じ部材の開閉を行うことができる。

更に、前記ファイルにおける表紙体は、外側綴じ具形成部材の一部を受容する開放部が形成されている一方、前記外側綴じ具形成部材には、前記開放部内に位置して当該開放部の形成縁と係り合う脱落防止部が設けられる構成としたから、開放部に脱落防止部を引っ掛けることにより、外側綴じ具形成部材を表紙体に容易に保持させることができ、外側綴じ具形成部材の固定位置を安定化させることが可能となる。特に、表紙体と外側綴じ具形成部材とを相互に組み立てた後工程で、内側綴じ具形成部材を表紙体の内面側に装着するという生産ラインを構築することが可能となり、生産効率も飛躍的に向上させることができる。

また、前記表紙体を二分割構造とした構成では、表表紙と裏表紙とを色違いとした斬新な表紙構造を種々採用することが容易となり、従って、利用者のニーズに応じたファイルの提供が可能となる。
